Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection, relates to a waste gas and sewage treatment equipment technology, and particularly relates to a stink and sewage treatment system.
Background
With the progress of society and the development of industry, a large amount of waste water and toxic and harmful gas are inevitably generated, and the production environment of human beings is seriously damaged after the waste water and the toxic and harmful gas are discharged into the environment, so that the environmental problems are paid high attention and concern to various countries in the world, and people take various measures to prevent and control the environmental pollution.
The treatment of exhaust gas is currently carried out by water washing (neutral water, acid washing, alkali washing). Generally, the water washing converts the soluble or partially slightly water-soluble substances in the exhaust gas into other substances, such as neutral water (e.g. deionized water) which can convert ammonia gas into ammonia water; the acid washing can convert ammonia, amines and the like into other alkaline substances; alkaline washing is suitable for converting hydrogen sulfide, lower fatty acids, etc. into other acidic substances. Therefore, in order to convert various kinds of malodorous substances in waste gas and wastewater into harmless substances, a multistage chemical washing mode of acid washing and alkali washing in series is generally adopted for deodorization, and an irreversible chemical reaction is generated between the malodorous components and main components of chemical liquid medicine to generate new malodorous substances so as to achieve the aim of deodorization.
At present, the waste gas is handled through the spray column mostly to the washing mode and is realized, and its principle is: and introducing the waste gas into the spray tower to make the waste gas contact with spray water in the spray tower, and treating the waste gas through physical dissolution and chemical reaction. In the actual operation process, after the components in the waste gas are dissolved by the spray water, the chemical reaction efficiency is low, and pollutants cannot be effectively treated. The discharged waste gas and waste liquid also contain untreated pollutants, so that the discharged waste gas and waste water need to be treated again on one hand, and the risk of environmental pollution can be caused on the other hand.
Therefore, there is a need for an improvement of the existing odor and sewage treatment apparatus to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of low efficiency, high cost and low treatment effect of the existing odor and sewage treatment device for treating odor and/or sewage, and provides an odor and sewage treatment system which has a simple structure, good decomposition effect of pollutant components in odor and/or sewage and low cost.
The design idea of the invention is as follows: cavitation is a physical phenomenon occurring in a liquid medium and refers to the process of formation, development and collapse of vapor or gas cavities within a liquid or at a liquid-solid interface when the local pressure within the liquid is reduced. When cavitation reaction occurs, local extremely high temperature and high pressure are formed at the moment when cavitation bubbles collapse, and strong shock waves and microjets are accompanied, so that strong disturbance and huge shearing force action can be formed in liquid, and simultaneously, impact is formed on an object surface to form a mechanical effect of cavitation; meanwhile, although the collapse time of the cavitation bubbles is extremely short, local hot spots can be formed in tiny spaces around the bubbles during collapse of the cavitation bubbles at the moment of collapse, and a cavitation heat effect can be formed, which can cause decomposition of high molecules of substances, breakage of chemical bonds and generation of free radicals. For example: when the collapse time of the cavitation bubble is in the order of microseconds, the generated high-temperature and high-pressure condition is enough to open O-H bonds (the binding energy is 498.7kJ/mol) in water molecules, so that the water molecules are directly cracked into H and OH free radicals, and the free radicals can further generate HO2And H202. Active radicals having strong oxidizing properties and oxidizing substances are present in a gas phase region inside the cavitation bubbles, an interface layer region near the bubble walls, and a liquid phase region at ambient normal temperature and pressure.
Meanwhile, the ozone catalytic oxidation technology is a process for removing the organic matters which are difficult to biodegrade in the sewage by utilizing the high-reaction-activity free radical intermediate generated on the surface of the catalyst by ozone molecules, particularly hydroxyl free radical oxidation. During the reaction, a large amount of strong oxidative HO radicals can be generated, which can oxidize and decompose organic substances in water to achieve the purpose of purifying water. When dissolved with O3When the sewage (ozone) passes through the filter layer, the catalytic oxidation reaction is carried out under the action of the catalyst, so that the color, turbidity and odor can be effectively removed, and pollutants such as phenol, cyanogen, sulfide, pesticide, petroleum and the like in the sewage can be removed.
Therefore, it is considered that the hydrodynamic cavitation technology can be combined with the ozone catalytic oxidation technology to degrade pollutants in sewage and odor.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the odor and sewage treatment system comprises a spray tower, wherein a sewage collecting tank is arranged at the bottom in the spray tower, and an air inlet, an air outlet and a sewage discharge pipe opening are formed in the spray tower.
Wherein, odor and sewage treatment system still includes ozone microbubble and takes place the subassembly, and ozone microbubble takes place the subassembly and includes ozone generator and the first microbubble generator that communicates with ozone generator.
The ozone generator generates ozone and delivers the ozone into the first microbubble generator. The first micro-bubble generator mixes the ozone with the water liquid in the first micro-bubble generator and generates ozone micro-bubbles.
The first microbubble generator is communicated with the sewage collecting tank through a first pipeline and is used for conveying ozone microbubbles into the sewage collecting tank.
According to the invention, by designing the ozone microbubble generating assembly, the ozone microbubble generating assembly can provide ozone microbubbles for the sewage collecting tank in the spray tower, so that the treatment efficiency and effect of water liquid (dissolved with harmful components in odor) in the sewage collecting tank are accelerated.
Furthermore, the first microbubble generator is also communicated with a sewage collecting tank through a second pipeline, and the sewage collecting tank discharges part of water liquid into the first microbubble generator through the second pipeline and mixes the water liquid with ozone to generate ozone microbubbles. The water liquid in the sewage collecting tank circulates between the sewage collecting tank and the first microbubble generator through the second pipeline, so that the utilization rate of the water liquid in the sewage collecting tank is improved, and the water use cost of the system and the subsequent water treatment cost are reduced.
Furthermore, a first ozone catalyst is arranged in the sewage collecting tank and used for catalyzing the decomposition of ozone and generating OH with strong oxidizing property. Specifically, a first ozone catalyst can be placed on the grid, and the first ozone catalyst can efficiently catalyze the conversion of ozone into OH hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidation activity. The ozone microbubbles are in full contact with the first ozone catalyst in the sewage collecting tank and react to generate OH which can oxidize macromolecular harmful substances in water liquid (namely sewage) in the sewage collecting tank and decompose and convert the macromolecular harmful substances into harmless micromolecules so as to achieve the treatment effect.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the odor and sewage treatment system further comprises a hydrodynamic cavitation device, one end of the hydrodynamic cavitation device is communicated with the sewage collecting tank through a third pipeline, and the other end of the hydrodynamic cavitation device is communicated with the spray pipeline in the spray tower through a fourth pipeline. The hydraulic cavitator is used for performing hydraulic cavitation reaction on part of water liquid discharged from the sewage collecting tank and then spraying the water liquid through a spray head of the spray pipeline. The principle of the hydrodynamic cavitation reaction is as follows: when the local pressure in the water liquid is reduced, the formation, development and collapse of steam or gas cavities in the water liquid or on the liquid-solid interface of the water liquid, when the cavitation reaction occurs, local extreme high temperature and high pressure are formed at the moment of collapse of cavitation bubbles, and strong shock waves and micro-jet are accompanied, so that strong disturbance and huge shear force action can be formed in the water liquid, and simultaneously, the impact is formed on the object surface of pollutants in the water liquid to form the mechanical effect of cavitation; although the collapse time of the cavitation bubbles is extremely short, local hot spots are formed in the micro space around the bubbles during collapse of the cavitation bubbles at the moment of collapse, and a cavitation heat effect is formed, which can cause decomposition of high molecules of substances, breakage of chemical bonds and generation of free radicals. In the invention, the hydrodynamic cavitation device can be any device and apparatus which can realize hydrodynamic cavitation principle, including but not limited to jet cavitation device, orifice plate cavitation device, Venturi tube cavitation device, etc.
Furthermore, the hydraulic cavitator is also communicated with an ozone generator through a fifth pipeline, the ozone generator inputs the part for generating ozone into the hydraulic cavitator, and the ozone is mixed with water liquid input into the hydraulic cavitator through a third pipeline, so that the generated liquid vacuoles are ozone vacuoles.
Preferably, the third pipeline is further provided with a pressure gauge, a flow meter and a pressure regulating valve, the pressure gauge and the flow meter can measure the pressure and the flow of the water liquid before cavitation, and then the pressure regulating valve can regulate the pressure of the sewage entering the hydrodynamic cavitation device, so that the hydrodynamic cavitation device can better operate.
Furthermore, the spray head is a hydraulic cavitation spray head, and the hydraulic cavitation spray head is selected, so that the water liquid sprayed out through the spray pipeline can be subjected to further hydraulic cavitation reaction.
Ultraviolet rays are invisible light having a higher frequency than blue-violet light in an electromagnetic spectrum having a wavelength of 400nm to 10nm, and do not cause human vision. When the photon energy of ultraviolet light is greater than the chemical bond energy of organic pollutants, a photolysis reaction is usually generated, so that the chemical bond of the organic pollutants is broken. For example: the photon energy of 185nm ultraviolet rays and 254nm ultraviolet rays is 647kJ/mol and 472kJ/mol respectively, the photon energy is larger than the molecular covalent bond energy of most organic waste gas gases, the covalent bond of most organic waste gas molecules can be directly broken, the molecular chain breakage is caused, and therefore, the macromolecular odor molecules are decomposed into H2O、O2And other small molecules to achieve the odor treatment effect. Meanwhile, when the ultraviolet wavelength is 200nm or less, O is present2The molecule will be decomposed to generate active O; active O and O2Combined to form O3。O3Can produce simple, low-harmful or harmless substances such as H by oxidation reaction with organic pollutant ions in a free state2O、CO2And the like. Irradiating 185nm photons to oxygen molecules to convert oxygen (O)2) After the covalent bond is broken into oxygen atoms, the oxygen atoms are further reacted with the surrounding oxygen molecules (O)2) Combine to form ozone (O) containing 3 oxygen atoms3)。
Therefore, the present invention improves the odor and sewage treatment system on the basis of the above odor and sewage treatment system. The odor and sewage treatment system further comprises an ultraviolet lamp assembly, the ultraviolet lamp assembly is used for decomposing and catalyzing odor entering the spray tower, and the ultraviolet lamp assembly comprises a first ultraviolet lamp arranged on the inner wall of the spray tower. When the odor and sewage treatment system treats odor, the odor enters the spray tower from the air inlet of the spray tower, moves upwards along the spray tower, passes through the packing layer and the spray layer and is discharged from the air outlet at the top of the spray tower. The first ultraviolet lamp on the inner wall of the spray tower can emit ultraviolet light (185nm and 254nm) with specific wavelength to further treat odor.
Because ozone has a certain poisoning effect, the direct discharge of the ozone can cause the nerve poisoning of people, so that the people have dizziness, headache, vision deterioration, memory decline and the like, a second ozone catalyst is arranged in the spray tower and close to the exhaust port, and is used for catalytically decomposing the ozone in the spray tower into oxygen, so that the gas discharged from the exhaust port does not contain ozone.
In the present invention, the second ozone catalyst is disposed on the grid. Meanwhile, a packing layer is arranged in the spray tower and consists of a grating and packing. The grid is mainly used for supporting the filler, the filler is loose and porous, the retention time of the odor in the spray tower can be prolonged, meanwhile, the odor can be fully contacted with sprayed liquid drops, and the odor treatment efficiency is improved. The liquid drops sprayed by the spraying layer are converged into the sewage collecting tank at the bottom of the spraying layer under the action of gravity to form sewage (namely water liquid) to be treated, and pollutants in the sewage to be treated are decomposed at an accelerated speed under the action of ozone microbubbles and an ozone catalyst in the sewage collecting tank.
Further, in order to further improve the treatment effect of the odor, the ultraviolet lamp assembly further comprises a second ultraviolet lamp, the second ultraviolet lamp is positioned in the odor pipeline communicated with the air inlet, the second ultraviolet lamp pretreats the odor in the odor pipeline, decomposes partial pollutants in the odor, and then discharges the pollutants into the spray tower for treatment.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the odor and sewage treatment system further comprises a second micro-bubble generator, an inlet end of the second micro-bubble generator is connected to the sewage inlet pipe and the ozone generator respectively, an outlet end of the second micro-bubble generator is communicated with the sewage inlet at the upper part of the spray tower, and the second micro-bubble generator is used for mixing the sewage and the ozone to form the nano micro-bubbles. Set up the second microbubble generator on sewage inlet channel, can make foul smell and sewage treatment system both can handle the foul smell, also can handle sewage, also can handle foul smell and sewage simultaneously, in the actual operation in-process, according to actual demand, open and close through the valve control pipeline on each pipeline. The working process specifically comprises the following steps: the sewage to be treated and the ozone form nano microbubbles in the second microbubble generator, the nano microbubbles enter the spray tower through the sewage inlet at the upper part of the spray tower, and the nano microbubbles are sprayed out through the nozzle to form small sewage droplets; the small sewage droplets move downwards under the action of gravity and are converged into sewage which is treated in a sewage collecting tank; and a part of sewage moves upwards under the action of the water pump, sequentially passes through the third pipeline, the hydraulic cavitator, the fourth pipeline and the spray pipeline, then flows into the spray tower from the hydraulic cavitator nozzle, then flows downwards into the sewage collection tank, and is treated in a reciprocating cycle manner. And a part of sewage is discharged from a sewage discharge pipe port of the sewage collecting tank and enters the next procedure for treatment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through the design of the ozone microbubble generation assembly, the ozone microbubble generation assembly can provide ozone microbubbles for the sewage collection pool in the spray tower, so that the treatment efficiency and effect of water liquid (dissolved with harmful components in odor) in the sewage collection pool are accelerated.

Example 3:
as a further improvement to examples 1 and 2, when the odor and sewage treatment system is treating odor. Since ultraviolet rays are invisible light having a higher frequency than blue-violet light in an electromagnetic spectrum having a wavelength of 400nm to 10nm, they do not cause human vision. Simultaneously, when the ultraviolet ray is appliedAt a line wavelength of 200nm or less, O2The molecule will be decomposed to generate active O; active O and O2Combined to form O3。O3Can produce simple, low-harmful or harmless substances such as H by oxidation reaction with organic pollutant ions in a free state2O、CO2And the like.

When the odor and sewage treatment system treats odor, the odor enters the spray tower 1 from the air inlet 2 of the spray tower 1, moves upwards along the spray tower 1, passes through the packing layer and the spray layer and is discharged from the air outlet 4 at the top of the spray tower 1. The first ultraviolet lamps 24 on the inner wall of the spray tower 1 can emit ultraviolet light (185nm and 254nm) with specific wavelength to further treat the odor.

In the invention, the second ozone catalyst is arranged on the grid, the packing layer is also arranged in the spray tower 1 and consists of the grid and the packing, the grid is mainly used for supporting the packing, the packing is loose and porous, the retention time of odor in the spray tower 1 can be prolonged, meanwhile, the odor can be fully contacted with sprayed liquid drops, and the odor treatment efficiency is improved; the liquid drops sprayed by the spraying layer are converged into a sewage collecting tank 2 at the bottom 1 of the spraying tower under the action of gravity to form sewage (namely water liquid) to be treated, and pollutants in the sewage to be treated are decomposed at an accelerated speed under the action of ozone microbubbles and an ozone catalyst in the sewage collecting tank 2.
Further, in order to further improve the treatment effect of the odor, the ultraviolet lamp assembly further comprises a second ultraviolet lamp (not shown in the attached drawing), the second ultraviolet lamp is positioned in an odor pipeline (not shown in the attached drawing) communicated with the air inlet 3, the second ultraviolet lamp pretreats the odor by communicating the odor pipeline, decomposes partial pollutants in the odor, and then discharges the decomposed partial pollutants into the spray tower 1 for treatment.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
