Naturally, the spring 115 causes the sealing sheet 114 to seal the pressure relief tube 113; when the inserting column 61 abuts against the top column 1141, that is, abuts against the sealing sheet 114, the inserting column 61 moves inwards to pass through the inserting through hole 26, and the inserting column 61 drives the top column 1141 inwards, so that the sealing sheet 114 no longer seals the pressure relief pipe 113. The annular mounting pipe 10 is communicated with the outside, and the external pressure is equal to the pressure of the annular mounting pipe 10, so that the first piston 103 can be conveniently pulled out of the annular mounting pipe 10, and the operation is more labor-saving.

The driving wheel 5 rotates to drive the piston cylinder 72 to rotate, the sliding column 731 is slidably connected in the sliding insertion hole 272, the second piston 73 can only slide longitudinally, and the rotation of the piston cylinder 72 will make the guide slot 721 drive the guide rod 7311 to move, so that the second piston 73 can slide longitudinally and reciprocally in the piston cylinder 72. When the second piston 73 slides upwards, the pressure below the second piston 73 is reduced, so that the air in the annular mounting pipe 10 sequentially enters the piston cylinder 72 through the air vent 101, the sleeve 111, the inner cavity 116, the air vent 112, the air vent pipe and the air inlet pipe 711; when the second piston 73 slides downward, the second piston 73 compresses the gas therebelow to be discharged outward 712 through the gas outlet pipe. As the second piston cylinder 72 slides back and forth, air in the annular mounting tube 10 is gradually pumped out, the pressure inside the annular mounting tube 10 is reduced, the first piston 103 slides towards the annular mounting tube 10 due to the external atmospheric pressure, the diameter of the closed ring formed by the annular mounting tube 10 is reduced, and the massage plate 25 of the massage unit 2 is pressed against the body. Then, the "start" button on the control panel 45 is pressed again, and the drive motor 3 stops rotating. The annular mounting tube 10 can be adjusted steplessly according to different waist and abdomen circumferences of different users, so that the massage plate 25 is attached to the body more closely.

The centrifugal force produced by the balance weight shell 41 will pull the massage unit outwards periodically, so that the massage plate 25 is pressed against the body tightly and loosened in a reciprocating manner, and the body is massaged, and meanwhile, the centrifugal force produced by the balance weight shell 41 will drive the joints of the body to shake in a reciprocating manner, so that the body is exercised. And when the rotation time is over, the control module automatically controls the driving motor 3 to stop rotating.
The fixing unit 2a is held by hand, the counterweight housing 41 is rotated to the outer side of the fixing unit 2a, the pressing block 62 is pressed down, the inserting column 61 enters the inserting through hole 26, the pressing block 62 is continuously pressed inwards and kept, the inserting column abuts against the top column 1141, the sealing sheet 114 moves inwards, and the spring 115 is compressed. The sealing sheet 114 moves inwards to no longer seal the pressure relief pipe 113, and outside air enters the pressure relief pipe 113, the inner cavity 116, the sleeve pipe 111 and the ventilation head 101 into the annular mounting pipe 10 in sequence, so that the pressure inside the annular mounting pipe 10 is gradually equal to that outside. The annular mounting tube 10 is held by a hand, the first piston 103 is pulled out of the annular mounting tube 10, the pressing block 62 is sent out, the sealing piece 114 moves outwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 115, the sealing piece 114 reseals the pressure relief tube 113, and the product is removed.
