The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing or treating colitis.
Background
Colitis is an intestinal inflammatory disease with uncertain etiology, is clinically mainly manifested by abdominal pain, diarrhea and bloody pus, is easy to repeatedly attack, is continuous in winding, and can seriously trouble the quality of life of people. Modern medicine generally considers that the inflammatory response of the gut is associated with infections caused by bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc. The treatment strategies of inflammation reaction control, such as inflammation diminishing, pain relieving, infection resistance and the like are mainly adopted, but the treatment is not permanent, the clinical curative effect is not good, the adverse reaction is large, and the recurrence rate is high.
According to the clinical symptoms of colitis, it can be classified into diarrhea and dysentery in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis of the disease is mainly related to the weakness of the spleen and the stomach, and the course of the disease is indicated as mixed deficiency and excess. Among them, chronic colitis due to cold-type deficiency of the spleen and kidney is common in clinic. Often, such colitis is characterized by a long course of disease and presents certain difficulties in treatment. Therefore, the discovery of traditional Chinese medicines with effects of treating colitis, especially chronic colitis due to deficiency of spleen and kidney cold is a problem to be solved urgently at present.
