Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to an oral ulcer wound surface care agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Oral ulcer, commonly known as "aphtha", is a common ulcerative injury disease occurring in oral mucosa, which is mostly seen on mucosa of the inner side of the lip, tongue abdomen, buccal mucosa, vestibular sulcus, soft palate and other parts, and is a round or oval pain ulcer point. The oral ulcer has severe pain and obvious local burning pain during the attack, serious patients can influence diet and speaking, the daily life is greatly inconvenient, and the oral ulcer can be complicated with the general symptoms of halitosis, chronic pharyngitis, constipation, headache, dizziness, nausea, hypodynamia, dysphoria, fever, lymphadenectasis and the like. Canker sores develop as a result of a combination of factors including topical trauma, stress, food, medication, malnutrition, altered hormone levels, and vitamin or trace element deficiencies. Systemic diseases, heredity, immunity and microorganisms may play an important role in the development and development of oral ulcers. Canker sores can be divided into three types, including recurrent canker sores, traumatic canker sores, canker sores with concomitant disease.
At present, the main treatment method of oral ulcer in China is local medication, and traditional Chinese medicine component medicines or glucocorticoid medicines with the functions of resisting inflammation, easing pain and promoting ulcer healing are locally used. In addition, patients with oral ulcer can also be supplemented with vitamin C to help eliminate oral inflammation and heal ulcer. However, the above methods all have certain limitations, mainly manifested in that the medicine needs to be applied repeatedly for many times every day, the operation is complex or frequent, and the local burning pain of the dental ulcer is still accompanied to a certain extent in the using process, which affects diet and speaking and causes great inconvenience to daily life.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oral ulcer wound surface care agent.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the oral ulcer wound care agent.
The oral ulcer wound care agent comprises 60-90 wt% of benzenesulfonic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid derivatives, 1-10 wt% of thickening agent and the balance of water.
The wound surface care agent takes benzenesulfonic acid and benzenesulfonic acid derivatives as key functional components, rapidly extracts water in the oral ulcer part through the rapid water absorption effect of the key functional components, rapidly removes necrotic tissues in the oral ulcer part through the corrosion effect of the key functional components, and forms a layer of white protective film with a physical barrier effect on the ulcer surface. Therefore, the wound nursing agent provided by the invention is used for nursing the ulcer wound by utilizing non-pharmacological action.
The prior art does not use the key functional components as auxiliary raw materials of pharmacologic action. The key functional components exert effects by utilizing a physical barrier formed by the corrosive action of the key functional components on the ulcer wound surface, and therefore, are different from pharmacological products with the same expected action in the prior art. The wound surface care agent disclosed by the invention is simple to use and convenient to operate, and can be used for quickly and effectively cleaning the wound surface, reducing the irritation of the ulcer wound surface to the outside, relieving the pain of ulcer and promoting the ulcer healing.
According to the oral ulcer wound nursing agent of the embodiment of the invention, the benzene sulfonic acid derivative comprises p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid, hydroxyl methoxy benzene sulfonic acid, methane sulfonic acid, benzene sulfonic acid, methyl sulfonic acid and/or p-toluene sulfonic acid.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the care agent for the wound surface of the oral ulcer further comprises 0.01-1% of a coloring agent.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the oral ulcer wound nursing agent comprises 65-85 wt% of benzenesulfonic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid derivatives, 5-9 wt% of thickening agent, 0.02-0.5 wt% of colorant and the balance of water.
The oral ulcer wound surface care agent is characterized by comprising 70-80 wt% of benzenesulfonic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid derivatives, 2-3 wt% of thickening agent, 0.01-0.05 wt% of coloring agent and the balance of water. When the concentration of the thickening agent is 2-3%, the dosage form of the wound care agent can be correspondingly adjusted to be ointment
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the oral ulcer wound nursing agent comprises 75-80 wt% of benzenesulfonic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid derivatives, 6-7 wt% of thickening agent, 0.03-0.05 wt% of colorant and the balance of water.
According to the oral ulcer wound surface care agent of the embodiment of the invention, the thickening agent is silicon dioxide, and the specific surface area of the silicon dioxide is not less than 100m2(ii) in terms of/g. The silicon dioxide can not only adjust the viscosity of the medicament, but also stably exist in the medicament without denaturation.
According to the oral ulcer wound surface care agent of the embodiment of the invention, the coloring agent is amaranth, carmine, erythrosine and/or allura red.
The preparation method of the oral ulcer wound care agent according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: weighing the thickening agent and the benzenesulfonic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid derivatives in sequence, adding water, stirring for 10-15min, adding water to a ratio while stirring, and stirring for 30-60 min.
According to the preparation method of the oral ulcer wound care agent provided by the embodiment of the invention, the thickening agent, the benzenesulfonic acid and/or benzenesulfonic acid derivative are stirred for 10-15min, then the coloring agent is added, and water is added to the mixture ratio while stirring.
The invention can ensure that the dosage form is liquid preparation and semisolid preparation by properly adjusting the dosage of the thickening agent on the basis of ensuring the content of key functional components, for example, the dosage of the thickening agent is 6-7 percent when preparing an ointment dosage form; and the amount of thickener in the liquid dosage form is 2-3%.
When the oral ulcer wound care agent is prepared into a semi-solid preparation, PP material thermoforming, filling and aluminum-plastic heat sealing packaging can be adopted, and a cotton swab is matched to facilitate direct tearing of an aluminum-plastic film and dipping of the cotton swab in the semi-solid preparation for use; the oral ulcer wound care agent can also be filled in a PP plastic bottle and matched with a reusable smearing rod, so that the semisolid preparation can be conveniently and directly taken for use.
When the oral ulcer wound care agent is prepared into a liquid preparation, the liquid preparation can be directly filled into a plastic tube with a cotton swab head, one end of the cotton swab is broken off to enable the other end of the cotton swab to be soaked by the liquid preparation, and then the liquid preparation is smeared on an affected part for use.
When in use, the wound surface care agent can be directly smeared on the surface of ulcer, the coating time is not more than 20 seconds, and then the wound surface care agent can be used for thorough gargling. Generally, a single application provides relief from oral pain and discomfort, and more than two treatments on the same site are not recommended and do not require excessive use.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the wound surface care agent disclosed by the invention is simple to use and convenient to operate, and can be used for quickly and effectively cleaning the wound surface, reducing the irritation of the ulcer wound surface to the outside, relieving the pain of ulcer and promoting the healing of ulcer.
