The automatic moxibustion machine 100 provided by the embodiment has the beneficial effects that:
in the automatic moxibustion machine 100 provided by this embodiment, after the ignited moxibustion stick 40 is fixed in the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20, the whole process of moxibustion does not need manual operation, and the moxibustion stick 40 can drive the moxibustion stick 40 to automatically advance or retreat by rotating the advancing and retreating mechanism 20, so as to automatically adjust the height of the moxibustion stick 40 from the skin of the human body; it sweeps grey smoking switching mechanism 50 and sets up, can be used for the smog that the automatic suction moxa-moxibustion process produced and be used for sweeping the moxa ash that the moxa-moxibustion in-process produced to realize sweeping the automatic switch-over of grey and smoking through the cooperation with rotatory advancing and retreating mechanism 20, its whole process need not artificial operation, uses convenience more, realizes the both hands of the most genuine liberation medical personnel.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the first rotary conveying unit 21 includes a first transmission member 211 and a first conveying wheel 212, the first transmission member 211 can be linked with the first conveying wheel 212 to rotate, and the first conveying wheel 212 extrudes the moxibustion strip 40 and drives the moxibustion strip 40 to rotate; the second rotary conveying unit 22 includes a second transmission part 221 and a second conveying wheel 222, the second transmission part 221 can be linked with the second conveying wheel 222 to rotate, and the second conveying wheel 222 extrudes the moxibustion sticks 40 and drives the moxibustion sticks 40 to rotate. Since the first transmission piece 211 can be linked with the first conveying wheel 212, the second transmission piece 221 can be linked with the second conveying wheel 222, and since the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 are both extruded with the moxa sticks 40, when the moxa sticks 40 need to be adjusted to advance or retreat, the first transmission wheel 211 is linked with the first conveying wheel 212 to rotate, and the second transmission wheel 221 is linked with the second conveying wheel 222 to rotate and is matched with the pressing conveying unit 23 to drive the moxa sticks 40 to advance or retreat.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 2, the first transmission member 211 includes a first motor 211a, a first driving wheel 211b and a first driven wheel 211c, the first motor 211a is connected to the first driving wheel 211b and drives the first driving wheel 211b to rotate, the first driving wheel 211b is engaged with the first driven wheel 211c to link the first driven wheel 211c to rotate, the first driven wheel 211c is fixedly connected to the first conveying wheel 212 to drive the first conveying wheel 212 to rotate, and the first conveying wheel 212 and the moxibustion sticks 40 are squeezed to drive the moxibustion sticks 40 to rotate; the second transmission member 221 includes a second motor 221a, a second driving wheel 221b and a second driven wheel 221c, the second motor 221a is connected to the second driving wheel 221b and drives the second driving wheel 221b to rotate, the second driving wheel 221b is meshed with the second driven wheel 221c to link the second driven wheel 221c to rotate, the second driven wheel 221c is fixedly connected to the second conveying wheel 222 to drive the second conveying wheel 222 to rotate, and the second conveying wheel 222 is pressed against the moxibustion strip 40 to drive the moxibustion strip 40 to rotate. The first motor 211a and the second motor 221a are provided to respectively drive the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 to rotate, thereby ensuring independent and smooth operation of each rotary conveying unit.
In another embodiment, the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 can be driven to rotate by a motor and a belt, which is not limited to the above situation and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the outer diameter of the first conveying rotating wheel 212 is larger than that of the first driven wheel 211c, and the outer diameter of the second conveying rotating wheel 222 is larger than that of the second driven wheel 221c, so that the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 can press the moxa roll 40, thereby driving the moxa roll 40 to advance or retreat.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 in combination, the pressing and conveying unit 23 includes a pressing wheel seat 231 for rotatably connecting with the machine base 10, a clamping piece 232 fixedly connected with the pressing wheel seat 231, a conveying pressing wheel 233 rotatably connected with the clamping piece 232, and the pressing and conveying unit 23 further includes an elastic buckle 234 connected with the machine base 10 for cooperatively connecting with the clamping piece 232; the clamping piece 232 can drive the conveying pressing wheel 233 to open or close relative to the machine base 10, and when the clamping piece 232 drives the conveying pressing wheel 233 to open relative to the machine base 10, the moxa stick 40 can be placed conveniently; when the clamping piece 232 drives the conveying pressing wheel 233 to close relative to the machine base 10, the elastic buckle 234 is connected with the clamping piece 232 in a buckling manner, and the conveying pressing wheel 233 can extrude the moxibustion stick 40 so as to extrude and fix the moxibustion stick 40. When the moxibustion stick 40 needs to be placed in the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20, the clamping piece 232 and the elastic buckle 234 which are connected in a matched mode are opened, force is applied to the clamping piece 232, the clamping piece 232 drives the conveying pressing wheel 233 to rotate relative to the base 10 through the pressing wheel seat 231, the conveying pressing wheel 233 can be opened relative to the base 10, then the moxibustion stick 40 is placed, after the moxibustion stick 40 is placed, force is applied to the clamping piece 232 in the reverse direction again, the clamping piece 232 drives the conveying pressing wheel 233 to rotate relative to the base 10 through the pressing wheel seat 231, the conveying pressing wheel 233 can be closed relative to the base 10, meanwhile, the conveying pressing wheel 233 extrudes the moxibustion stick 40, as the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 are connected with the side wall of the moxibustion stick 40 in an extrusion mode, and when the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 are driven to rotate, the conveying pressing wheel 233 is also driven to rotate synchronously through the moxibustion stick 40.
Referring to fig. 4, optionally, at least one ratchet 2321 is disposed on the latching member 232, a hook 2341 is disposed on the elastic latch 234, and the elastic latch 234 and the latching member 232 are connected by the ratchet 2321 and the hook 2341.
Optionally, a pressing wheel handle 2322 is arranged on the clamping piece 232, so that a user can conveniently hold the pressing wheel handle 2322 to drive the conveying pressing wheel 233 to rotate relative to the base 10, and when the conveying pressing wheel 233 is not pressed against the moxa roll 40 after rotating, the moxa roll 40 can be conveniently taken out or replaced by a new moxa roll 40.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the first conveying wheel 212, the second conveying wheel 222 and the conveying press wheel 233 all have spiral guide protrusions 24 with the same direction, the first conveying wheel 212, the second conveying wheel 222 and the conveying press wheel 233 cooperate to press the moxa roll 40, and the first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 are linked with the conveying press wheel 233 to rotate synchronously through the moxa roll 40. The first conveying wheel 212 and the second conveying wheel 222 are extruded with the moxa stick 40 to generate friction force to drive the moxa stick 40 to rotate, and then the moxa stick 40 drives the conveying pressing wheel 233 to rotate under the action of friction force, so that synchronous rotation of the first conveying wheel and the second conveying wheel is realized, and the moxa stick 40 can be driven to advance or retreat.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the smoking unit 51 includes a smoking connecting arm 511 connected to the driving unit 53, and a smoking cartridge 512 connected to the smoking connecting arm 511; the smoking barrel 512 comprises an inner barrel 5121 and an outer barrel 5122 sleeved outside the inner barrel 5121, a gap is formed between the outer wall of the inner barrel 5121 and the inner wall of the outer barrel 5122, the upper end of the gap is a sealed end, the lower end of the gap is an open end, the opening of the outer barrel 5122 is lower than the opening of the inner barrel 5121, a smoking air duct 5123 is formed between the inner barrel 5121 and the outer barrel 5122, an air exhaust pipe 5124 is arranged on the outer barrel 5122, and the air exhaust pipe 5124 is communicated with the air exhaust channel 5123; during moxibustion, the moxibustion stick 40 is placed in the inner cylinder 5121, and because the outer diameter of the moxibustion stick 40 is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cylinder 5121, an annular ventilation channel is formed between the moxibustion stick 40 and the inner wall of the inner cylinder 5121, under the air draft effect of the air draft pipe, air flow goes downward to supply the moxibustion stick 40 to burn, hot air flow with drug power after burning continues to downwards contact skin, and is combined with the radiation of fire light to perform moxibustion on acupuncture points, then enters the smoke draft channel 5123 through the opening of the inner cylinder 5121 to form effective air flow, and the smoke in the smoke draft channel 5123 can be drawn out by the air draft pipe 5124. It should be understood that the effective air flow can be formed in other manners, for example, a longitudinal hollow space is formed on the moxa stick 40, so that another air inlet channel is formed for the moxa stick to burn, the hot air flow with drug power after burning continues to contact the skin downwards and combines with the radiation of the fire light to perform moxibustion on acupuncture points, and then enters the smoke exhaust channel 5123 through the opening of the inner cylinder 5121 to form an effective air flow, and the smoke in the smoke exhaust channel 5123 can be extracted by the smoke exhaust tube 5124. If external air flow directly enters the smoke exhaust duct 5123 from the opening of the outer barrel 5122, ineffective air flow is formed, so that the opening position of the outer barrel 5122 is set to be lower than the opening position of the inner barrel 5121, the distance between the opening of the inner barrel 5121 and the skin can be ensured, the smoke of the inner barrel 5121 can conveniently enter the smoke exhaust duct 5123, and meanwhile, the gap between the opening of the outer barrel 5122 and the skin can be reduced, so that the generation of ineffective air flow is reduced, and the moxibustion effect is improved.
Optionally, the bottom of the inner cylinder 5121 is provided with an ash screen for preventing ash or sparks from falling onto the skin of a human body, thereby avoiding scalding the skin.
Optionally, a plurality of choke plates 5125 are disposed in the smoking air path 5123 at a position lower than the smoking pipe 5124, so that the smoking air path 5123 forms a high pressure cavity and a low pressure cavity, and a vent 5126 is formed between adjacent choke plates 5125, and the size of the vent 5126 is smaller as the closer to the smoking pipe 5124, and the size of the vent 5126 is larger as the farther from the smoking pipe 5124, so as to obtain an equal air flow around the smoking air path 5123 with the opening of the bobbin during air draft. Alternatively, the inner and outer barrels 5121 and 5122 are circular in cross-section.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the ash sweeping unit 52 includes an ash sweeping connecting arm 521 for connecting with the driving unit 53, and an ash sweeping motor 522 and an ash sweeping pocket 523 connected with the ash sweeping connecting arm 521, the ash sweeping motor 522 is connected with an ash sweeping portion 524 in a strip shape, the ash sweeping portion 524 is located in a cavity formed by the ash sweeping pocket 523, a profile plate 5231 is arranged in the cavity of the ash sweeping pocket 523, and the profile plate 5231 cooperates with the ash sweeping portion 524 to sweep the combustion end of the moxa stick 40 into a taper shape. Optionally, the ash sweep 524 is comprised of a plurality of steel wires. The moxibustion stick 40 is moved back to sweep ash, the ash sweeping motor 522 drives the ash sweeping part 524 to rotate, the combustion surface of the moxibustion stick 40 is straight-edge conical, the motion track of the ash sweeping part 524 is arc-shaped, and the motion track close to the conical combustion surface can be obtained through the guiding of the profile plate 5231, so that the moxa ash on the moxibustion stick 40 can be swept completely.
Optionally, an ash extraction port 5232 is disposed on the ash sweeping pocket 523 and is used for extracting the moxa ash in the ash sweeping pocket 523 from the ash sweeping pocket 523.
Optionally, the ash sweeping pocket 523 comprises a bottom plate 5233 and a surrounding plate 5234 arranged on the bottom plate 5233, one side of the bottom plate 5233 is an opening, and an ash blocking strip 5235 is arranged at the opening to form the accommodating cavity. When the automatic moxibustion machine is used vertically, the bottom plate 5233 is used for containing moxa ash, and when the automatic moxibustion machine is placed horizontally or obliquely for use, the coaming 5234 can also be used for containing moxa ash, so that the automatic moxibustion machine can be used at multiple angles.
Optionally, the smoking connecting arm 511 and the ash sweeping connecting arm 521 are fixedly connected in a C shape, and the smoking connecting arm 511 is equal to the shaft arm of the ash sweeping connecting arm 521, so that the smoking unit 51 and the ash sweeping unit 52 can be located right below the moxibustion stick 40 to perform corresponding work when switching.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination with fig. 8, the driving unit 53 includes a fixing base 531, a transverse motor 532 and a lifting motor 533; the fixed seat 531 is slidably connected with the machine base 10; the transverse motor 532 is connected with the fixed seat 531, the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 are both connected with the transverse motor 532, and the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 are driven by the transverse motor 532 to transversely rotate; the lifting motor 533 is connected to the fixing base 531 through a second screw 534 to drive the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 to ascend or descend. When dust is required to be swept, the moxibustion stick 40 rotates and retracts away from the smoking unit 51, after the moxibustion stick reaches a preset position, the transverse motor 532 drives the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 to move transversely, so that the dust sweeping unit 52 gradually rotates to the position below the moxibustion stick 40, the dust sweeping motor 522 drives the dust sweeping part 524 to rotate to start dust sweeping work, meanwhile, the lifting motor 533 also drives the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 to move upwards synchronously along with the moxibustion stick 40, and the dust sweeping work can be finished after the moxibustion stick 40 rotates for a circle; subsequently, the lifting motor 533 works reversely to drive the ash sweeping unit 52 and the smoking unit 51 to descend and return to the original positions, and then is driven by the transverse motor 532 to switch the smoking unit 51 to enter the working position, and the moxibustion stick enters the smoking unit 51 again to perform smoking work.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the driving unit 53 includes a fixing base 531, a transverse motor 532; the fixed seat 531 is slidably connected with the machine base 10; the transverse motor 532 is connected with the fixed seat 531, the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 are both connected with the transverse motor 532, and the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 are driven by the transverse motor 532 to transversely rotate; the connection part of the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 is provided with a linkage part 536, the linkage part 536 can be matched with the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20 to drive the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 to ascend, an elastic component 535 is sleeved on the fixed seat 531, and the smoking unit 51 and the dust sweeping unit 52 are driven to descend by the restoring force of the elastic component 535. Optionally, linkage 536 is a timing rack. When the smoking unit 51 is located below the moxibustion stick 40, the synchronous rack is not meshed with the first conveying wheel 212, and when the smoking unit 51 and the ash sweeping unit 52 are driven to rotate, the synchronous rack is meshed with the first conveying wheel 212, and along with the retraction of the rotary advancing and retracting mechanism 20, the synchronous rack drives the ash sweeping and smoking switching mechanism 50 to ascend and rotate, so that ash sweeping is realized. When the ash removal is finished and the smoke suction unit needs to be switched to return to the working position, the synchronous rack rotates along with the synchronous rack and is separated from the first conveying wheel, and the ash removal and smoke suction switching mechanism 50 descends to the original position under the action of the elastic component 535. It should be understood that the synchronizing rack is not limited to being engageable with only the first transport wheel 212, but may also be engageable with the second transport wheel 222, without limitation thereto.
In an embodiment, a limiting sliding groove (not shown in the drawings, the same applies below) is formed on the guiding sliding shaft of the base 10, and a limiting sliding block 5311 is disposed on the fixing base 531, and the limiting sliding block 5311 is engaged with the limiting sliding groove, so that the fixing base 531 can slide up and down relative to the base 10, and while sliding up and down, the fixing base 531 limits horizontal rotation between the base 10 relatively.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the automatic moxibustion device 100 further includes a sensing assembly 30; the sensing assembly 30 includes a feeding amount sensing unit 31 for sensing the temperature of the skin of the human body, a dust sweeping sensing unit 32 for sensing whether the moxa stick 40 is retracted to a preset position, and a moxa stick sensing unit 33 for sensing whether the moxa stick 40 is present, and the feeding amount sensing unit 31 is installed at the bottom of the machine base 10, the dust sweeping sensing unit 32 is installed at the middle of the machine base 10, and the moxa stick sensing unit 33 is installed at the top of the machine base 10. When the feeding amount sensing unit 31 senses that the skin temperature of the human body reaches the set value, the moxa roll 40 stops feeding, when the skin temperature is higher than the set value due to the continuous roasting of the moxa fire, the moxa roll 40 can be driven to retreat away from the skin of the human body by the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20, and when the feeding amount sensing unit 31 senses that the skin temperature of the human body is lower than the set value, the moxa roll 40 can be driven to advance to be close to the skin of the human body by the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20 again, and the process is repeated. When the ash needs to be swept for a preset time, the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20 drives the moxa stick to reversely rotate and retreat (not controlled by the temperature reduction of the feeding amount sensing unit 31 at this time), when the ash sweeping sensing unit 32 senses that the temperature reaches a set value (the value can be set according to a preset measurement value when the moxa stick retreats to a proper ash sweeping height), the driving unit 53 drives the ash sweeping and smoking mechanism 50 to switch the ash sweeping unit 52 to a working position and simultaneously drive the ash sweeping motor to sweep ash, the lifting motor is started at the same time, the ash sweeping and smoking switching mechanism 50 is driven to synchronously ascend along with the retreat of the moxa stick 40, after the ash sweeping operation reaches a set time value (the time value can be set according to the time that the moxa stick sweeps ash for one circle), the driving unit 53 drives the ash sweeping and smoking switching mechanism 50 to reversely rotate, the ash sweeping unit 51 to the working position, and simultaneously, the ash sweeping motor, The lifting motor reversely rotates to drive the ash sweeping and smoking switching mechanism 50 to return to the original position, the rotary advancing and retreating mechanism 20 feeds again, and the second moxibustion is conducted after ash sweeping is repeated. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the feeding amount sensing unit 31 includes a feeding amount sensing element 311, an arc-shaped first light shielding plate 312 is disposed on a side of the feeding amount sensing element 311 away from the skin of the human body, and the first light shielding plate 312 can move along the axial direction of the feeding amount sensing element 311, and the first light shielding plate 312 is used for reducing the area of the moxa fire irradiated to the feeding amount sensing element 311. The feeding amount sensing unit 31 is arranged close to the skin of the human body and used for sensing the temperature of the skin of the human body, the arc-shaped first light shielding plate 312 is arranged on one side, away from the skin of the human body, of the feeding amount sensing element 311, the feeding amount sensing element can be used for shielding the irradiation of part of moxa fire when moxibustion is carried out, the area of the feeding amount sensing element 311 is reduced, and the accuracy of sensing the temperature of the skin of the human body by the feeding amount sensing element 311 is improved. And since first light shielding plate 312 can move axially along feed sensing element 311, the user can adjust the position of first light shielding plate 312 according to the use requirement. It should be understood that the feed amount sensing element 311 may also be a non-contact type element such as an infrared sensor, which is not limited herein because it directly measures the skin surface temperature and is not affected by the environment such as light, and the light shielding adjustment is not required here.
In one embodiment, with reference to fig. 11, the feeding amount sensing unit 31 further includes a feeding amount sensing base 313, and the feeding amount sensing element 311 is disposed on the feeding amount sensing base 313 and extends out of the feeding amount sensing base 313; the feeding amount sensing seat 313 is further provided with a through hole 3131, two ends of the through hole 3131 are respectively in threaded connection with a first end screw 314 with an internal thread through hole and a second end screw 315 with a smooth surface through hole, a boss light-shielding push rod 316 is arranged between the first end screw 314 and the second end screw 315, a first screw 317 penetrates through the first end screw 314 and abuts against a large end section of the boss light-shielding push rod 316 to push the boss light-shielding push rod 316 to move in the through hole 3131, a small end section of the boss light-shielding push rod 316 penetrates through and extends out of the second end screw 315, a tail end of a small end section of the boss light-shielding push rod 316 is fixedly connected with the first light shielding plate 312 for shielding the feeding amount sensing element 311, the first light shielding plate 312 is arranged on a side far away from the skin of a human body, and a user can adjust the movement of the boss light-shielding push rod 316 by advancing the first screw 317, then the boss shading push rod 316 drives the first shading plate 312 fixedly connected with the boss shading push rod to move, so that the irradiation of the mugwort fire is regulated and shaded through the first shading plate 312, and the area of the feeding induction head irradiated by the mugwort fire can be accurately regulated. A spring 318 is arranged between the second end screw 315 and the large end section of the boss shading push rod 316, and when the first screw 317 needs to be adjusted to retract, the spring 318 plays a role of pushing back. Referring to fig. 5 in combination with fig. 6, optionally, a limiting hole 3132 is disposed on a side wall of the through hole 3131, a push rod guiding post 3161 is disposed on a large end section of the boss light-shielding push rod 316, and the push rod guiding post 3161 protrudes out of the limiting hole 3132. The arrangement enables the first screw 317 to be adjusted to push the boss shading push rod 316 forward, and then to be pushed along a preset direction, so as to prevent the first screw from rotating, so that the first shading plate 312 can be always positioned on one side far away from the skin of a human body, thereby reducing the radiation of heat during the burning of the moxibustion stick, and further improving the sensing accuracy of the feeding quantity sensing element 311. It should be understood that the axial movement of the first light shielding plate 312 relative to the feeding amount sensing element 311 is not limited to the above structure, and may be implemented by other structures, which are not limited herein.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the ash sweeping sensing unit 32 includes a back-off point sensing element 321, a second light shielding plate 322 having an L-shaped or U-shaped cross section is disposed around the back-off point sensing element 321, the second light shielding plate 322 is axially movable along the back-off point sensing element 321, and the second light shielding plate 322 is configured to reduce a phenomenon that the back-off point sensing element 321 is pre-warmed by the moxa fire and the ascending hot air before the burning end of the moxa stick 40 backs to a preset position, so as to improve accuracy for sensing whether the burning end of the moxa stick 40 backs to the preset position. It should be understood that the back point sensing element 321 may also be a non-contact component such as an infrared sensing component, which is not affected by the environment such as light, and the shading adjustment is not required here, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the second light shielding plate 322 includes an L-shaped or U-shaped side light shielding plate 3221 located at the side of the retraction point sensing element 321 and an L-shaped or U-shaped front light shielding plate 3222 located at the front end of the retraction point sensing element 321, and the side light shielding plate 3221 and the front light shielding plate 3222 are in an integrated structure and form the second light shielding plate 322 with a small opening and a large inner cavity, so that the phenomenon that the retraction point sensing element 321 is pre-heated before the moxa fire rises to the retraction point is reduced, and the accuracy for sensing whether the burning end of the moxa stick 40 is retracted to the preset position is improved.
Optionally, the ash-sweeping sensing unit 32 further includes a back-off point sensing seat 323, the back-off point sensing element 321 is disposed through the back-off point sensing seat 323 and extends out of the back-off point sensing seat 323, a sliding guiding pillar (not shown in the figure, the same applies below) is disposed on the back-off point sensing seat 323, a sliding cavity 3223 is disposed on the side light shielding plate 3221, the sliding guiding pillar extends out of the side light shielding plate 3221, so as to limit a moving distance of the second light shielding plate 322, and a user can apply a force to the second light shielding plate 322, so that the second.
