s3, the guardrail 4 is pressed downwards by manpower until the guardrail is pressed still, the guardrail 4 is folded, the belt conveyor 16 is rotated to enable the belt conveyor 16 to be parallel to the ground, the carrying bed 18 is pushed to move leftwards, and the belt conveyor 16 enters the sickbed 13; the belt conveyor 16 is rotated downwards, meanwhile, the carrying bed 18 is continuously pushed to move leftwards, so that the left end of the belt conveyor 16 is contacted with the right end of the left bed body 3, at the moment, the patient 6 is changed from a lying state to a lying state through manpower, and part of the body of the patient 6 lies on the belt conveyor 16;
s4, starting the belt conveyor 16, enabling the belt conveyor 16 to rotate clockwise to drive the patient 6 to move to the carrying bed 18 through the belt conveyor 16 to finish carrying work of the patient, enabling the right bed body 7 to return to the initial position by rotating the transverse crank handle 1 and the lifting crank handle 15, and rotating the belt conveyor 16 to enable the belt conveyor 16 to return to the initial position to finish carrying work of the patient 6 from the sickbed 13 to the carrying bed 18.
It should be noted that, during operation, the right bed body 7 can be driven to move upwards for a proper distance through the lifting hand crank 15, so that the patient 6 can be conveniently changed from the lying state to the lying state by manpower, and when the patient 6 is changed to the lying state, the right bed body 7 is driven to move downwards through the lifting hand crank 15.
When the belt conveyor 16 rotates to be parallel to the ground, the height of the belt conveyor 16 is slightly higher than that of the left bed body 3 at the moment, so that the carrying bed 18 can be conveniently moved leftwards, the belt conveyor 16 enters the sickbed 13, the belt conveyor 16 continues to rotate downwards, meanwhile, the carrying bed 18 continues to be pushed leftwards, the left end of the belt conveyor 16 is contacted with the right end of the left bed body 3, the contact position of the belt conveyor 16 and the left bed body 3 is slightly lower than the upper plane of the left bed body 3 at the moment, and part of the body of the patient 6 can conveniently lie on the belt conveyor 16.
When a patient 6 needs to be transported from the carrying bed 18 to the hospital bed 13, the method is the same as the method for transporting the patient 6 from the hospital bed 13 to the carrying bed 18, except that the right bed body 7 is moved to the lower part of the left bed body 3 through the lifting mechanism and the moving mechanism, the left end of the belt conveyor 16 is contacted with the right end of the left bed body 3 by rotating the belt conveyor 16 and pushing the carrying bed 18 to move leftwards, at the moment, the belt conveyor 16 rotates anticlockwise, the patient 6 is moved from the carrying bed 18 to the left bed body 3, and the patient 6 is changed from a lying state to a side lying state through manpower; the right bed body 7 is returned to the initial position through the lifting mechanism and the moving mechanism, and the patient 6 is changed from the side lying state to the flat lying state through manpower, so that the patient 6 is transported from the transport bed 18 to the sickbed 13.

Claims (9)

1. A care transfer system comprising a transfer bed (18), at least one patient bed (13);
the patient bed (13) comprises: the bed comprises left and right bed supports (8), wherein an upper bed plate (19) with a hollow interior and a lower bed plate (24) with a hollow interior are fixedly connected between the left and right bed supports (8) from top to bottom in sequence; the left end of the upper bed plate (19) is fixedly connected with a left bed body (3), and a right bed body (7) is arranged in the right end space of the upper bed plate (19); the bottom end of the right bed body (7) is connected with a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is connected with the lower bed plate (24) through a moving mechanism, the lifting mechanism is used for moving the right bed body (7) up and down, and the moving mechanism is used for moving the right bed body (7) left and right;
the carrying bed (18) is used for carrying patients between the hospital beds (13), and comprises: the conveying bed comprises a conveying bed support (25), a bed board (30) is fixedly connected between the upper ends of the conveying bed support (25), and the left end of the conveying bed support (25) is hinged with a belt conveyor (16); the height of the bed board (30) is matched with that of the left bed body (3), and the bottom end of the carrying bed support (25) is rotatably connected with a plurality of universal wheels (22).

A care handling system as recited in claim 1, wherein the lift mechanism comprises: a plurality of guide rails (11) are fixedly connected to the lower bed plate (24), and a movable plate (26) is connected to the guide rails (11) in a sliding manner through a sliding block (10); the movable plate (26) is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft (14) through a second bearing seat (27), and the right end of the rotating shaft (14) is fixedly connected with a lifting crank (15); the rotating shaft (14) is connected with a plurality of hand-operated screw lifters (9), and the upper ends of the hand-operated screw lifters (9) are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the right bed body (7); the hand-operated screw rod lifter (9) is arranged in the space of the lower bed plate (24).
3. A care handling system according to claim 2, characterized in that said guide rails (11) are provided at both ends of said movable plate (26), said guide rails (11) being provided in two.

A care handling system as recited in claim 1, wherein the movement mechanism comprises: the two ends of the screw rod (2) are connected with the lower bed plate (24) through a first bearing seat (20), and the screw rod (2) is rotatably connected with the first bearing seat (20); the left end fixedly connected with horizontal crank (1) of lead screw (2), screw-nut (12) on lead screw (2) with fly leaf (26) fixed connection.

A nursing handling system according to claim 1, characterized in that two guardrails (4) are symmetrically arranged on the left and right bed supports (8) along the vertical center line of the upper bed board (19), the bottom ends of the guardrails (4) are hinged with a plurality of small connecting rods (28) through bases (29), and the bottom ends of the small connecting rods (28) are hinged with the upper ends of the left and right bed supports (8).

A care transfer system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a back board (5) is fixedly connected to the left end of the left and right bed supports (8); in an initial state, the right end of the left bed body (3) is contacted with the left end of the right bed body (7), the length and the width of the left bed body (3) are the same as those of the right bed body (7), and the height from the left bed body (3) to the ground is the same as that from the right bed body (7); the right end of the carrying bed (18) is fixedly connected with a carrying vehicle handrail (17).
7. A handling method, characterized in that a care handling system according to any of claims 1-4 is used, when a patient is being carried from a patient bed (13) to a handling bed (18), comprising the steps of:
s1, firstly, the carrying bed (18) is pushed to move to a position parallel to the sickbed (13), the patient is changed from a lying state to a side lying state by manpower, and then the right bed body (7) is driven to descend to a proper position by a lifting mechanism on the sickbed (13);
s2, driving the right bed body (7) to move leftwards through a moving mechanism on the sickbed (13) so that the right bed body (7) moves below the left bed body (3);
s3, rotating the belt conveyor (16) on the carrying bed (18) to enable the belt conveyor (16) to be parallel to the ground, pushing the carrying bed (18) to move leftwards, and enabling the belt conveyor (16) to enter the sickbed (13); then the belt conveyor (16) is rotated downwards, meanwhile, the carrying bed (18) is continuously pushed to move leftwards, so that the left end of the belt conveyor (16) is contacted with the right end of the left bed body (3), then the patient is changed from a side lying state to a flat lying state through manpower, and part of the body of the patient lies on the belt conveyor (16);
and S4, starting the belt conveyor (16), clockwise rotating the belt conveyor (16) to drive the patient to move to the carrying bed (18) through the belt conveyor (16) to finish carrying work of the patient, returning the right bed body (7) to the initial position through the lifting mechanism and the moving mechanism, rotating the belt conveyor (16) to return the belt conveyor (16) to the initial position, and finishing carrying work of the patient from the sickbed (13) to the carrying bed (18).
8. The conveying method according to claim 8, wherein in step S1, the method for controlling the lifting mechanism includes: the lifting crank (15) on the sickbed (13) is rotated, the lifting crank (15) drives the rotating shaft (14) to rotate, the rotating shaft (14) drives the hand-operated screw rod lifter (9) to descend, and at the moment, the right bed body (7) descends under the action of the hand-operated screw rod lifter (9).
9. The conveying method according to claim 8, wherein in step S2, the method for controlling the moving mechanism includes: the horizontal crank handle (1) on the sick bed (13) is rotated, the horizontal crank handle (1) drives the lead screw (2) to rotate, the lead screw nut (12) on the lead screw (2) moves left, under the effect of guide rail (11), the fly leaf (26) slides left, drives the right bed body (7) to move left, until the horizontal crank handle (1) does not rotate, at this moment, the right bed body (7) is located the below of the left bed body (3).
