s4, starting the electric cylinder 24 on the carrying bed 18, controlling the second movable bed plate 19 to move downwards completely to the first empty groove 36, closing the electric cylinder 24, starting the servo motor 21, and driving the second movable bed plate 19 to return to the initial position by the screw nut 32; the hand wheel 6 on the sickbed 2 is rotated to enable the screw rod 37 to be screwed out of the large nut 13, the first movable bed plate 3 moves upwards along with the screw rod 37 until the upper plane of the first movable bed plate 3 is flush with the upper plane of the upper bed plate 4, the hand wheel 6 stops rotating, and the patient is conveyed to the sickbed 2 from the conveying bed 18.
It should be noted that, when the second driving mechanism drives the ejecting expansion bracket 22 to move to contact with the bottom end of the bed plate 28, at this time, the second movable bed plate 19 just moves out of the second empty slot 39, because the height of the bed plate 28 is slightly higher than the height of the middle bed plate 5, the thickness of the upper bed plate 4 is slightly larger than the thickness of the second movable bed plate 19, it is ensured that the upper plane of the second movable bed plate 19 is slightly higher than the upper plane of the upper bed plate 4, so that the patient on the second movable bed plate 19 moves onto the upper bed plate 4 through the moving mechanism, and the patient is prevented from being injured due to the insufficient height of the second movable bed plate 19.
The thickness of the first movable bed plate 3 is slightly larger than that of the second movable bed plate 19, and the thickness of the first empty groove 36 is slightly larger than that of the second movable bed plate 19, so that the first empty groove 36 has enough space to facilitate the downward movement of the second movable bed plate 19, and then the second movable bed plate 19 returns to the initial position under the action of the moving mechanism.
If the beddings and bed sheets need to be laid on the sickbed, the bed sheets can be completely laid on the carrying bed 18 firstly, namely, the bed sheets or the beddings and the bed sheets are attached to the patient along with the ascending and the left moving of the second movable bed plate 19, and the second movable bed plate 19 is not influenced to be drawn out from the first empty groove 36 when the placement of the patient is finished. Thus, the sheet and mattress remain with the patient on the bed.
