4. The pot lid assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the first flow perturbation portion (33) comprises:
a first spoiler (331) disposed on the lid portion (32), the first spoiler (331) being located at the air outlet (221), the first spoiler (331) being disposed to protrude from the lid portion (32);
the second spoiler (332) is arranged at one end, far away from the cover body part (32), of the first spoiler (331), the second spoiler (332) and the first spoiler (331) are arranged at a preset angle, and the second spoiler (332) and the air inlet (31) are arranged oppositely.
5. The pot lid assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the second spoiler (332) is arranged perpendicular to the first spoiler (331), the second spoiler (332) having an air intake gap between a projection on the bottom wall of the lid portion (32) and the air inlet (31).
