Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cover assembly and a cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 15.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a cover assembly including: the cover body assembly includes: a lid body 10; a driving member provided on the cover 10; a locking cover 20 installed below the cover body 10, wherein the driving member can drive the locking cover 20 to rotate relative to the cover body 10; the linkage assembly 30 is arranged on the lock cover 20, and the linkage assembly 30 synchronously rotates along with the lock cover 20; a rotation member 50 provided on the cover body 10; the linkage assembly 30 is connected to the rotating member 50, and the rotating member 50 is driven to rotate by the linkage assembly 30 when the lock cover 20 rotates.
The invention provides a cover body assembly, which comprises a cover body 10, a driving part, a lock cover 20, a linkage assembly 30 and a rotating part 50, wherein the linkage assembly 30 is arranged on the lock cover 20 and can synchronously rotate along with the lock cover 20, the driving part is arranged on the cover body 10, the driving part can be a motor, the driving part can also be a handle 80 operated by a user, the lock cover 20 is positioned below the cover body 10, the driving part can drive the lock cover 20 to rotate relative to the cover body 10, the linkage assembly 30 is connected with the rotating part 50, and the rotating part 50 is driven to rotate by the linkage assembly 30 when the lock cover 20 rotates, so that the lock cover 20 and the rotating part 50 synchronously rotate; because the linkage assembly 30, the rotating part 50 and the lock cover 20 rotate synchronously, and then the linkage assembly 30 does not need to be arranged at the central position of the lock cover 20, the linkage assembly 30 can be arranged at a proper position according to design requirements, and further distribution and design of positions of each part of the cover body assembly are facilitated, so that the lock cover 20 rotates in the center, the linkage assembly 30 can be arranged eccentrically, and because the rotating part 50 rotates synchronously along with the linkage assembly 30, the linkage assembly 30 does not need to be added on the rotating part 50 to avoid vacant positions, and meanwhile, the top-mounted display can be made for products. Further, the product design can be more compact and the structural use space can be reduced by the design that the rotating piece 50 rotates synchronously with the lock cover 20.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the linkage assembly 30 includes: the locking device comprises a convex column 301 and a connecting hole 502 matched with the convex column 301, wherein one of the convex column 301 and the connecting hole 502 is arranged on the locking cover 20, the other one of the convex column 301 and the connecting hole 502 is arranged on the rotating piece 50, and the convex column 301 is sleeved in the connecting hole 502 so that the linkage assembly 30 drives the rotating piece 50 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the linking assembly 30 includes a convex pillar 301 and a connecting hole 502 matching with the convex pillar 301, specifically, the convex pillar 301 is disposed on the lock cover 20, the connecting hole 502 is disposed on the rotating member 50, and the convex pillar 301 is sleeved in the connecting hole 502, so that the convex pillar 301 can drive the rotating member 50 to rotate through the connecting hole 502, and the rotating member 50 can rotate synchronously with the lock cover 20.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the lock cover 20 is provided with a convex pillar 301, and an exhaust passage 302 is provided in the convex pillar 301; and a float 60 disposed in the exhaust passage 302.
In this embodiment, the lock cover 20 is provided with a convex column 301, an exhaust channel 302 is arranged in the convex column 301, the float 60 is arranged in the exhaust channel 302, when the cold air in the pot body of the cooking appliance is exhausted, the cold air is exhausted through the float 60, the exhaust channel 302 and the connecting hole 502 on the rotating member 50 in sequence, the cold air is ensured not to be exhausted in the lock cover 20, and the float 60 is preferably a zero-pressure float 60.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that a bubble breaker 52 is further disposed on the cover body 10, the bubble breaker 52 has an air inlet, the rotating member 50 is provided with a connecting post 504 extending toward the convex post 301, a connecting hole 502 is disposed in the connecting post 504, and the air exhaust passage 302 is communicated with the bubble breaker 52 through the connecting hole 502.
In this embodiment, the cover 10 is further provided with a bubble breaker 52, the bubble breaker 52 has an air inlet, the rotating member 50 is provided with a connecting post 504 extending toward the convex post 301, the connecting hole 502 is disposed in the connecting post 504, the exhaust channel 302 is communicated with the bubble breaker 52 through the connecting hole 502, and the bubble breaker 52 is disposed to prevent steam from directly exhausting out of the cover assembly to cause overflow. Specifically, the foam breaker comprises a foam breaker cover 522, a foam breaker seat 524 and a sealing ring 526, wherein the sealing ring 526 seals the joint of the foam breaker 52 and the rotating member 50; further, the cover assembly further includes a sealing member 53, and the sealing member 53 seals a connection portion of the discharge valve assembly and the rotation member 50.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the linkage assembly 30 further includes: the exhaust valve assembly comprises an exhaust valve 306 and an exhaust valve core 304, a vent hole is formed in the exhaust valve core 304, the exhaust valve 306 is used for plugging the vent hole, and the exhaust valve core 304 is installed on the lock cover 20; the rotary member 50 is provided with an exhaust valve assembly receiving opening 506, and a part of the exhaust valve assembly extends out of the rotary member 50 through the exhaust valve assembly receiving opening 506, and the rotary member 50 is rotated by the exhaust valve assembly receiving opening 506 when the exhaust valve 306 rotates along with the locking cap 20.
In this embodiment, the linkage assembly 30 further includes: the exhaust valve assembly comprises an exhaust valve 306 and an exhaust valve core 304, the exhaust valve core 304 is provided with a vent hole, the exhaust valve 306 is used for plugging the vent hole, the rotating part 50 is provided with an exhaust valve assembly accommodating hole 506, part of the exhaust valve assembly extends out of the rotating part 50 through the exhaust valve assembly accommodating hole 506, and when the exhaust valve 306 rotates along with the locking cover 20, the rotating part 50 is driven to rotate through the exhaust valve assembly accommodating hole 506. During the operation of the cooking device, when the pressure in the pot body of the cooking device reaches a certain value, the vent valve core 304 jacks up the vent valve 306 so that the steam can be discharged from the vent valve core 304 and then directly discharged through the vent valve assembly receiving opening 506 arranged on the rotating member 50, thereby preventing the steam from entering other positions of the cover assembly.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the exhaust valve 306 is a solenoid valve, and the exhaust valve assembly further includes an electromagnetic coil 310 and an exhaust valve seat 308, the electromagnetic coil 310 is disposed on the exhaust valve seat 308, and the exhaust valve seat 308 is integrally formed with the boss 301.
In this embodiment, the exhaust valve 306 is a solenoid valve, the exhaust valve assembly further includes an electromagnetic coil 310 and an exhaust valve seat 308, the electromagnetic coil 310 is disposed on the exhaust valve seat 308, the electromagnetic coil 310 is energized, and the magnitude of the pressure is adjusted by changing the magnitude of the current of the electromagnetic coil 310 to change the attractive force or the repulsive force to the electromagnetic valve; further, exhaust valve seat 308 and projection 301 integrated into one piece, through with exhaust valve seat 308 and projection 301 design for integrated into one piece's integral type structure, improved the wholeness of lid subassembly, reduced spare part quantity, reduced the installation procedure, improved the installation effectiveness, make the installation of lid subassembly more convenient and reliable.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover body 10 includes a surface cover 40 and an inner cover 12 disposed inside the surface cover 40, the surface cover 40 is provided with a mounting groove 402, the rotating member 50 is disposed in the mounting groove 402 and can rotate in the mounting groove 402, the inner cover 12 is provided with an avoiding opening 102, and the linkage assembly 30 is connected to the rotating member 50 through the avoiding opening 102.
In this embodiment, the cover body 10 includes a surface cover 40 and an inner cover 12, the inner cover 12 is disposed inside the surface cover 40, a mounting groove 402 is disposed on the surface cover 40, the rotating member 50 is disposed in the mounting groove 402 of the surface cover 40 and can rotate in the mounting groove 402, so that the rotating member 50 rotates along with the lock cover 20, an avoiding opening 102 is disposed on the inner cover 12, the linkage assembly 30 is connected with the rotating member 50 through the avoiding opening 102, that is, the linkage assembly 30 extends into the avoiding opening 102 and can move in an area defined by the avoiding opening 102, so that the linkage assembly 30 is connected with the rotating member 50.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, an evading area 404 is disposed on the bottom of the mounting groove 402, and a bridging portion 406 is disposed on the mounting groove 402; the rotating member 50 is provided with a support portion 508, and the rotating member 50 is mounted on the overlapping portion 406 through the support portion 508.
In this embodiment, be equipped with on the tank bottom of mounting groove 402 and keep away the dead zone 404, be equipped with overlap joint portion 406 on the mounting groove 402, be equipped with supporting part 508 on the rotation piece 50, the rotation piece 50 sets up on overlap joint portion 406 through supporting part 508, through setting up overlap joint portion 406, set up supporting part 508 on the rotation piece 50 simultaneously, make the rotation piece 50 can set up on overlap joint portion 406 with the help of supporting part 508, and be convenient for the rotation piece 50 to rotate along overlap joint portion 406 under the drive of driving piece, and then realize the rotatory uncapping of lid subassembly, can satisfy the installation and the user demand of rotating piece 50. Further, the bridging portion 406 may be provided on the inner side wall of the mounting groove 402, or may be directly provided on the surface cover 40 on the outer periphery of the top end surface of the mounting groove 402.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the rotation member 50 includes at least one catch 510, and the at least one catch 510 extends downward from the support portion 508; the overlapping part 406 is provided with at least one notch 408, the at least one notch 408 corresponds to the at least one buckle 510, and after the at least one buckle 510 passes through the at least one notch 408, the rotating member 50 rotates a certain angle and then overlaps the overlapping part 406.
In this embodiment, the rotating member 50 includes at least one latch 510 extending downward from the supporting portion 508, the bridge portion 406 is provided with at least one notch 408, the at least one notch 408 corresponds to the at least one latch 510, and after the at least one latch 510 passes through the at least one notch 408, the rotating member 50 is rotated by a certain angle and then is engaged with the engaging portion 406, at this time, at least one of the hooks 510 is hooked on the engaging portion 406, so that the rotating member 50 is fastened to the face cover 40 without falling off, and the connection strength between the rotating member 50 and the face cover 40 is improved, preferably, the number of the fasteners 510 is three to five, the number of the notches 408 is equal to the number of the fasteners 510, within this range, it is ensured that the number of the hooks 510 is not too large, more than five of the hooks may cause the structure of the rotating member 50 to be complicated, which may affect the processing efficiency of the rotating member 50, and the number of the hooks 510 is not too small, less than three of the hooks may affect the connection strength between the rotating member 50 and the face cover 40.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 6, 11 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the cap body 10 includes an inner cap 12 and a face cap 40, the driving member is a handle 80, the rotating member 50 is disposed on the face cap 40, the rotating member 50 is provided with a handle passing hole 518, and the cap body assembly further includes: a hanger shaft 202 provided on the lock cover 20; a slide groove 104 provided on the inner lid 12; the hanging shaft 202 extends into the sliding slot 104, and the hanging shaft 202 slides in the sliding slot 104 to rotate the lock cover 20; and a connecting rod assembly 82 arranged on the inner cover 12, wherein the handle 80 passes through the handle through hole 518 to be connected with the connecting rod assembly 82, the connecting rod assembly 82 is connected with the hanging shaft 202, and the handle 80 drives the connecting rod assembly 82 to rotate so as to drive the locking cover 20 to rotate when being operated.
In this embodiment, the cover body 10 includes an inner cover 12 and a face cover 40, the driving element is a handle 80, the rotating element 50 is disposed on the face cover 40, the rotating element 50 is provided with a handle through hole 518, the cover body assembly further includes a sliding slot 104 disposed on the inner cover 12 and a hanging shaft 202 disposed on the lock cover 20, the hanging shaft 202 passes through the sliding slot 104 and can move along the sliding slot 104 of the hanging shaft 202, meanwhile, the hanging shaft 202 drives the lock cover 20 to rotate together, the hanging shaft 202 can be controlled to move along the sliding slot 104 by disposing a connecting rod assembly 82 above the inner cover 12, so as to realize rotation of the lock cover 20, simplify the structures of the lock cover 20 and the inner cover 12, facilitate driving the lock cover 20 to rotate, and.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the locking cap 20 is rotatable between an open-cap position and a closed-cap position, the angle of rotation of the locking cap 20 between the open-cap position and the closed-cap position is a second angle, and when the locking cap 20 is rotated to the open-cap position, the linking component 30 drives the rotating component 50 to rotate to the first position, when the locking lid 20 rotates to the lid closing position, the linking component 30 drives the rotating component 50 to rotate to the second position, wherein, when any point on the rotating member 50 is located at the assembling position and the first position, respectively, an included angle formed with the center of the rotating member 50 is a first preset angle, and when any point on the rotating member 50 is located at the assembling position and the second position, respectively, an included angle formed with the center of the rotation member 50 is a second preset angle, a larger angle of the first preset angle and the second preset angle is a first angle, and the second angle is smaller than the first angle.
In this embodiment, the locking cover 20 can rotate between the open-cover position and the close-cover position, the rotation angle of the locking cover 20 between the open-cover position and the close-cover position is a second angle, since the hanging shaft 202 of the locking cover 20 moves in the sliding slot 104 of the inner cover 12 to drive the locking cover 20 to rotate, the second angle is an angle formed by a connecting line between two ends of the sliding slot 104 and the rotation center of the locking cover 20, when the locking cover 20 rotates to the open-cover position, the linking component 30 drives the rotating component 50 to rotate to the first position, when the locking cover 20 rotates to the close-cover position, the linking component 30 drives the rotating component 50 to rotate to the second position, wherein when any point on the rotating component 50 is located at the assembly position and the first position respectively, an included angle formed by the rotating component 50 and the assembly position and the second position respectively, an included angle formed by any point on the rotating component 50 and the assembly position and the second position is a second preset angle, the larger angle of the first preset angle and the second preset angle is the first angle, the second angle is smaller than the first angle, and in the use process of the subsequent cooking appliance, the rotating part 50 cannot rotate to the original installation angle along with the rotation of the locking cover 20, namely, the rotating part 50 and the face cover 40 are always in the buckling state of the buckle 510 and cannot be separated from the face cover 40, so that the connection between the rotating part 50 and the face cover 40 is ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, when the locking cover rotates to the uncovering position, the pot teeth 206 of the pot body and the cover teeth 204 of the locking cover are dislocated, and at this time, the buckle 510 rotates to a position far away from the notch 408; as shown in fig. 12, when the locking cover is rotated to the closed position, the pot teeth 206 of the pot body and the cover teeth 204 of the locking cover are engaged with each other, and at this time, the buckle 510 is rotated to a position slightly close to the notch 408, but is still spaced from the notch 408, so as to ensure that the buckle 510 is not disengaged from the notch.
As shown in fig. 5, 10, 11 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that a boss 512 is provided on the bottom wall of the rotation member 50, and the boss 512 is inserted into the clearance area 404; the bottom of the mounting groove 402 is provided with a second limiting rib 414, the rotating member 50 can rotate from the assembling position to the second position first, and then rotate from the second position to the first position, and when the rotating member 50 rotates to the first position, the second limiting rib 414 limits the rotating member 50 to continue rotating.
In this embodiment, a boss 512 is disposed on a bottom wall of the rotating member 50, the boss 512 is inserted into the clearance area 404 of the mounting groove 402, a second limiting rib 414 is disposed at a bottom of the mounting groove 402, the rotating member 50 can rotate from the assembly position to the second position, and then rotate from the second position to the first position, when the rotating member 50 rotates to the first position, the second limiting rib 414 limits the rotating member 50 to continue rotating, so as to prevent the rotating member 50 from exceeding the stroke and causing separation between the rotating member 50 and the face cover 40, and further ensure that the rotating member 50 cannot be separated from the face cover 40, thereby ensuring connection between the rotating member 50 and the face cover 40.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the bottom of the mounting groove 402 is further provided with a first limiting rib 412, the first limiting rib 412 is used for aligning when the rotating member 50 is mounted to the mounting position, and an angle formed between an extension line of the first limiting rib 412 and the second limiting rib 414 is a first angle.

In this embodiment, the boss 512 includes a limiting wall 514 and an arc wall 516, the limiting wall 514 is a straight wall surface, the limiting wall 514 does not pass through the rotation center of the rotating member 50, the arc wall 516 extends from the circumferential direction of part of the rotating member 50, the arc wall 516 and the limiting wall 514 are connected to enclose the boss 512, and the boss 512 has a simple structure and is convenient to process and produce.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly further includes: the cover opening buckle 70 is movably arranged on the inner cover 12, and the cover opening buckle 70 is buckled with the pot body of the cooking utensil in a cover closing state; the link assembly 82 includes: a rotating part 830, on which a rotating shaft is provided on the inner lid 12, the rotating part is rotatably installed on the inner lid 12 through the rotating shaft, and the handle 80 is connected to the rotating part 830; a first link 822 connected to the rotating part 830, wherein a locking groove 826 is disposed at one end of the first link 822 away from the rotating part 830, and the hanging shaft 202 is located in the locking groove 826; a second connecting rod 824 connected to the rotating part 830, wherein a predetermined angle is formed between the second connecting rod 824 and the first connecting rod 822, and one end of the second connecting rod 824 away from the rotating part 830 can push the cover opening buckle 70 to be separated from the pot body; the first link 822 or the second link 824 is provided with a connector 828, and the handle 80 is connected to both the rotating portion 830 and the connector 828.
In this embodiment, the lid assembly further includes a lid opening buckle 70 and a connecting rod assembly 82, which are disposed on the inner lid 12, wherein the lid opening buckle 70 is movably disposed on the inner lid 12, the lid opening buckle 70 is buckled with the pan body in the lid closing state of the cooking appliance, the handle 80 drives the connecting rod assembly 82 to move or rotate, which drives the locking lid 20 to rotate, when the locking lid 20 rotates to the lid opening position of the cooking appliance, the connecting rod assembly 82 is located at the lid opening position and pushes the lid opening buckle 70 to separate from the pan body, at this time, the locking lid 20 can be opened; the link assembly 82 further includes a rotating portion 830, a first link 822, a second link 824 and a connecting member 828, wherein the inner lid 12 is provided with a rotating shaft, the rotating portion 830 is mounted on the inner lid 12 through the rotating shaft and can rotate on the inner lid 12, the first link 822 and the second link 824 are respectively connected to the rotating portion 830, a preset angle is formed between the second link 824 and the first link 822, one end of the first link 822, which is far away from the rotating portion 830, is provided with a locking slot 826, the hanging shaft 202 is located in the locking slot 826, and one end of the second link 824, which is far away from the rotating portion 830, pushes the cover button 70 to separate from the pot body; further, be equipped with connecting piece 828 on first connecting rod 822 or the second connecting rod 824, handle 80 is connected with rotary part 830 and connecting piece 828 simultaneously for when handle 80 drives link assembly 82, can increase handle 80 and drive the arm of force that link assembly 82 carries out the pivoted effort, realize reducing the user and open and shut the mesh of the required rotatory resultant force of lid in-process, thereby make the operation of uncapping of product more convenient, promoted user's use experience.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the interlocking member 30 is offset from the center position of the locking cap 20; and/or the cover assembly further comprises: and an operation display area 90 arranged on the surface cover 40, wherein the operation display area 90 avoids the installation groove 402.
In this embodiment, by disposing the linkage assembly 30 at a position offset from the center of the lock cover 20, the exhaust valve core 304 of the linkage assembly 30 is also offset from the center of the lock cover 20, thereby solving the problem that the exhaust valve core 304 has to be located at the center of the lock cover 20 in the related art; the designer can place the linkage assembly 30 at the position as far back as possible on the locking cover 20, so that enough positions can be reserved for placing the display assembly, the function of top-mounted display of the cooking appliance is realized, a user can operate the cooking appliance conveniently through the display area on the face cover 40, and the problem that the user cannot operate conveniently due to the fact that the display area of a product needs to be arranged on the side wall of the cooking appliance in the prior art is solved. a rotating member disposed on the cover body;

the linkage assembly comprises: the lock cover is provided with a convex column and a connecting hole matched with the convex column, one of the convex column and the connecting hole is arranged on the lock cover, the other of the convex column and the connecting hole is arranged on the rotating piece, and the convex column is sleeved in the connecting hole so that the linkage assembly drives the rotating piece to rotate.
