s1, firstly, adding water and a special cleaning agent into the cleaning box (6), secondly, pressing the cosmetic brush to be cleaned at an opening at one side of one clamping device (11), so that the first clamping block (1103) and the second clamping block (1104) can rotate to open towards two sides of the fixing block (1101) by taking the rotating shaft (1102) as a circular point, the handle part of the cosmetic brush can be clamped between the elastic rubber pads at the opposite sides of the inner walls of the first clamping block (1103) and the second clamping block (1104), the two limiting springs (1105) respectively apply force to the first clamping block (1103) and the second clamping block (1104) by utilizing the lever principle, so that the cosmetic brush can be stably clamped, and the operation is repeated until all the cosmetic brushes to be cleaned are fixed.
S2, sleeving the turntable (1006) on the movable barrel (1001), starting the electronic hydraulic rod (1005) through the control panel, enabling the electronic hydraulic rod to push the push block (1004) and the limiting block (1003) to move towards the bottom of the movable barrel (1001), and enabling the end parts of the two limiting pins (1002) to be respectively inserted into the slots on the two sides of the inner wall of the turntable (1006) through displacement towards the two sides along with the electronic hydraulic rod.
