As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 8, the coating assembly 21 includes a material containing box 211, a temperature control tube 212 and a material guiding tube 213, wherein the material containing box 211 is disposed on the dryer housing 23 for containing the coating components; the temperature control pipe 212 is arranged in the dryer shell 23 and is communicated with the hot air transmission piece 25; the material guiding pipe 213 is arranged in the temperature controlling pipe 212, one end of the material guiding pipe 213 is communicated with the material containing box 211, the other end is a closed end, and the material guiding pipe 213 is provided with a material spraying head 2131 which penetrates through the temperature controlling pipe 212 and extends into the dryer shell 23. When the granules are dried, the coating composition in the material holding box 211 flows into the material guiding pipe 213 through a water pump, and the coating composition is uniformly sprayed on the surface of each granule through the material spraying head 2131. The temperature control tube 212 is arranged so that a user can adjust the temperature in the dryer housing 23 by adjusting the gas introduced into the temperature control tube 212, and the gas in the temperature control tube 212 also has a temperature adjusting effect on the coating components located in the material guide tube 213.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 8 together, the pushing member 32 includes a pneumatic telescopic member 321, a pressure relief valve 323 and a return spring 322, one end of the pneumatic telescopic member 321 is connected with the inner wall of the screening machine housing 33, the other end is connected with the vibrating screen assembly 31, the pneumatic telescopic member 321 is communicated with the air outlet 22; the pressure relief valve 323 is arranged on the pneumatic telescopic piece 321; one end of the return spring 322 is connected with the screening machine casing 33, and the other end is connected with the vibrating screen assembly 31, and is used for returning the pneumatic telescopic member 321 after the air pressure in the pneumatic telescopic member 321 is released. The airflow in the dryer 2 flows out from the air outlet 22 and then flows into the pneumatic telescopic part 321, along with the increase of the volume of the airflow flowing into the pneumatic telescopic part 321, the pneumatic telescopic part 321 deforms to drive the vibrating screen assembly 31 to move, the return spring 322 is stressed to generate elastic deformation, when the air pressure in the pneumatic telescopic part 321 reaches a preset threshold value of the pressure release valve 323, the pressure release valve 323 starts to release pressure quickly, after the pressure is released by the pneumatic telescopic part 321, the return spring 322 recovers to an original state to drive the pneumatic telescopic part 321 to move back to the original position, and one period of the vibrating screen assembly 31 for screening granular products is completed. The screening of all granular products is completed after several cycles.
In the present embodiment, the relief valve 323 communicates with the pneumatic expansion/contraction member 321 through a pipeline, the relief valve 323 is provided outside the screen machine casing 33, and when the relief valve 323 exhausts, the gas is discharged outside the screen machine 3.

The elastic moving piece 3214 is formed by an inverted V-shaped structure and a spring with one end connected with the inverted V-shaped structure and the other end connected with the inside of the high pressure chamber 3211, and a groove 3212 for accommodating the elastic moving piece 3214 is formed in the inner wall of the high pressure chamber 3211. It should be noted that a piston block is provided at one end of the piston rod 3213 located in the high pressure chamber 3211. The air flow is provided to the high pressure chamber 3211, and as the pressure in the high pressure chamber 3211 increases, the piston block contacts the elastic moving member 3214 until the pressure in the high pressure chamber 3211 on the piston block overcomes the acting force required by the piston block to extrude the elastic moving member 3214, and the piston block continues to move after extruding the elastic moving member 3214, thereby driving the movement of the vibrating screen assembly 31. When the high pressure chamber 3211 is deflated, the piston rod 3213 will provide the force required by the piston to compress the resilient movable element 3214 under the action of the return spring 322, and then move back to the original position.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 8, the vibrating screen assembly 31 includes a fixing frame 311 and a screen 312, the fixing frame 311 is disposed in the casing 33 of the screening machine, the fixing frame 311 is formed by a hollow pipe and is communicated with the hot air transmission member 25; the screens 312 are provided in several layers along the height direction of the fixing frame 311, and the size of the aperture of each screen 312 is different. The arrangement of the fixing frame 311 communicated with the hot air transmission member 25 ensures that the granular products are in a dry environment in the screening process, further reduces the moisture contained in the granular products, and improves the quality guarantee time of the granular products.
In the present embodiment, the screen 312 is obliquely provided at a fixed frame 311 at a certain angle (15 ° -30 °).
In this embodiment, be equipped with a plurality of air jets that communicate with the hollow tube in fixed frame 311, the setting of air jet improves the motility of granular product, improves the efficiency to granular product screening.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the spice seasoning, which comprises the following steps:
s1, screening raw materials;
determining the range of the spice seasoning product to be prepared suitable for dishes, and then selecting the types and the mass part ratios of the raw materials according to the dishes so as to meet the requirements of various cooking methods such as frying, frying and the like on taste.
S2, respectively sterilizing and disinfecting the selected raw materials, and then mixing the raw materials according to the preset proportion;
s3, mixing and stirring the materials, and puffing and forming the materials to obtain a crude product;
s4, drying the crude product;
s5, selecting the dried crude product to obtain the finished product
And S6, packaging the finished product.
During the preparation process of the spice condiment, the materials are puffed and molded, so that a plurality of small holes are formed in the product, and during the cooking process (such as cooking, soup cooking and the like), water in a pot can enter the small holes, so that the spice condiment is quickly dissolved.
The invention also provides another preparation method of the spice condiment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
SS1, screening raw materials;
determining the range of the spice seasoning product to be prepared suitable for dishes, and then selecting the types and the mass part ratios of the raw materials according to the dishes so as to meet the requirements of various cooking methods such as frying, frying and the like on taste.
SS2, respectively sterilizing and disinfecting the selected raw materials, and then mixing the raw materials according to the preset proportion;
SS3, mixing and stirring the materials, and puffing and forming the materials to obtain a crude product;
SS4, drying the crude product;
the crude product is also coated with a coating component in step SS4 for extending the shelf life of the product.
SS5, selecting the dried crude product to obtain the final product
SS6, packaging the finished product.
During the preparation process of the spice seasoning product, the surface of the crude product is coated with a coating, the coating is composed of one or more of milk protein casein, water, glycerol, flour, wheat flour and other materials, and the components of the coating can be quickly dissolved in water. During cooking (such as frying, boiling soup, etc.), the water in the pot can firstly dissolve the coating on the surface of the crude product, and then the water enters the small holes, so that the spice seasoning product coated by the coating is also quickly dissolved.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the spice condiment provided by the invention has the advantages that spice is mixed with salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and other essence spices, then the mixture is sequentially subjected to puffing forming, fluidized drying and fine selection to obtain a product combining the spice, the essence and the spices, and a new product form is added for the condiment industry; the product also has the characteristics of easy storage, resource waste reduction and more convenient use.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
