Application example
The method comprises the steps of selecting fattening sheep with the age of 4 months and the weight of 20.25 +/-1.08, adding the feed additive for the ruminants obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 into common feed in the embodiment, adding 400g of the feed per ton, uniformly stirring, applying the feed additive to the fattening sheep, feeding the fattening sheep for 3 months, measuring the influence of the feed additive on the production performance of the fattening sheep, and taking the common feed as a control group, wherein 5 fattening sheep are parallelly arranged in each group. The measurement results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 results of the influence of feed additives for ruminants on the production performance of fattening sheep
Group of | Total weight gain (kg) | Daily gain (g) | Number of heads with diarrhea |
Example 1 | 51.63±2.31 | 573.57±23.54 | 0 |
Example 2 | 53.17±1.67 | 590.39±26.12 | 0 |
Example 3 | 52.53±1.94 | 583.11±27.31 | 0 |
Comparative example 1 | 48.67±1.62 | 540.58±19.68 | 0 |
Comparative example 2 | 48.23±1.77 | 535.12±25.22 | 0 |
Comparative example 3 | 49.69±2.53 | 552.37±26.42 | 0 |
Control group | 44.06±1.96 | 489.64±17.68 | 2 |
As can be seen from Table 1, when the feed additive for the ruminants obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention is added to a common feed, the total weight gain and the daily gain rate are both higher than those of a control group, and the diarrhea rate is greatly reduced, which indicates that the additive obtained in the technical scheme of the present invention has a good effect of improving the growth rate of the ruminants, and has a certain effect of regulating diarrhea, and the improvement effect is weak in the comparative examples and the comparative examples 1 to 3, which indicates that a synergistic effect exists between each enzyme and a microbial preparation.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered as the technical scope of the present invention, and equivalents and modifications of the technical solutions and concepts of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
