8. The processing method of the poultry meat product processing plant according to any of the claims 1-7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
step 1: performing primary treatment on the poultry, manually killing the poultry, performing unhairing treatment on the poultry by using a unhairing machine after killing, cutting open the abdomen, taking out internal organs, and then putting the internal organs into processing equipment for processing treatment;
