本申请实施例公开了一种调度资源的方法、终端设备和网络设备,该方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的下行控制信息DCI,该DCI用于调度当前处于激活态的该终端设备的第一带宽部分BWP上的资源;该终端设备确定与加扰该DCI的无线网络临时标识RNTI对应的子载波间隔,该与加扰该DCI的RNTI对应的子载波间隔为在该第一BWP上调度资源所采用的子载波间隔。本申请实施例的方法、终端设备和网络设备,通过加扰DCI的RNTI指示子载波间隔,使得在待处理业务的类型发生变化时,终端设备可以快速进行子载波间隔的切换,大大提高了终端设备的业务丰富性和业务能力,从而提高了通信性能。
