According to the method and the device, the first identification information of the wireless network to which the household appliance needs to be accessed can be acquired through the first acquisition module, the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the signal intensity of each network access point in the wireless network according to the first identification information, the polling module is used for controlling the household appliance to poll and log in at least one network access point, and the target network access point of the household appliance is acquired.
For a better understanding of the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The following describes a terminal device, a home appliance, and a method and an apparatus for acquiring failure information thereof according to embodiments of the present application, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a network access method of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the network access method of the home appliance includes:
s1, first identification information of a wireless network to which the household appliance needs to be accessed is obtained.
According to an embodiment of the present application, acquiring first identification information of a wireless network to which a home appliance device needs to access includes: reading a storage area in the household appliance, and acquiring first identification information of the wireless network and a login password of the wireless network from the storage area.
The wireless network can be established through a router, and the first identification information of the wireless network can be the name of the wireless network and the login password of the wireless network.
Specifically, after the home appliance is connected to the current wireless network, the name of the wireless network and the login password of the wireless network can be acquired from the storage area of the home appliance.
And S2, acquiring the signal intensity of each network access point in the wireless network according to the first identification information.
It should be understood that with the popularization of wireless networks, whether households or companies have higher requirements on network coverage, a plurality of routers are generally arranged to build a wireless environment, and passwords and names of the routers are consistent.
Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present application, the home appliance is controlled to scan to obtain candidate network access points, network access points in a wireless network are screened out from the candidate network access points according to the first identification information, and the signal strength of the network access points is obtained.
According to an embodiment of the present application, screening network access points in a wireless network from candidate network access points according to identification information includes: acquiring second identification information of each candidate network access point; and taking the candidate network access point with the second identification information consistent with the first identification information as the network access point of the wireless network.
Specifically, the method and the device for acquiring the network access point can control the household appliance to scan to acquire the candidate network access point and acquire the name of the wireless network of the candidate network access point and the login password of the wireless network, and if the name of the wireless network of the candidate network access point and the login password of the wireless network are consistent with the first identification information, the candidate network access point is used as the network access point of the wireless network, and the signal intensity of the network access point of the wireless network is acquired.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the signal strength of the network access point may be classified in advance, such as maximum signal strength, 3/4 of the maximum signal strength, 2/4 of the maximum signal strength, and 1/4 of the maximum signal strength.
And S3, controlling the household appliance to log in at least one network access point in a polling way according to the signal intensity so as to obtain a target network access point of the household appliance.
According to an embodiment of the present application, controlling the home device to poll and log in at least one network access point according to the signal strength includes: sequencing the signal strengths of all the network access points; controlling the household appliances to log in the network access points one by one according to the sequence from high to low, and stopping continuously polling and logging in until the household appliances successfully log in one network access point; and the successfully logged-in network access point is the target network access point.
For example, if the signal strength of the network access point a is the maximum strength, the signal strength of the network access point B is 1/4 of the maximum strength, the signal strength of the network access point C is 3/4 of the maximum strength, and the signal strength of the network access point a is 2/4 of the maximum strength, the sequence of the sorted network access points is ACDB, and the home appliance device is controlled to connect to the network access point a first, connect to the network access point C if the login fails, connect to the network access point B if the login fails, stop polling the login if the connection succeeds, and use the network access point B as the target network access point.

Therefore, the household appliance can be connected to the optimal network access point by polling the login network access point, and the problem of networking stability caused by the fact that the household appliance cannot log in the network access point or frequently logs in and out of the network access point is solved.
According to an embodiment of the present application, controlling the home appliance to log in the network access points one by one until the home appliance successfully logs in one network access point, further includes: controlling the household appliance to repeatedly log in the currently polled network access point according to preset times; and identifying that the household appliance logs in successfully every time, and determining that the household appliance logs in the current polled network access point successfully.
It can be understood that the home device may log in for a preset number of times when logging in to the network access point, and if the home device can log in successfully each time, it is determined that the home device successfully logs in to the currently polled network access point. The preset times may be set according to actual conditions, and are not limited herein.
According to an embodiment of the present application, after acquiring the target network access point of the home device, the method further includes: and storing the physical address of the target network access point into a storage area in the household appliance.
It should be understood that, since the network access points are different and have different physical addresses, after the target network access point is determined, the physical address of the target network access point may be stored in the storage area of the home appliance in the embodiment of the present application, so that the physical address may be used as a connection basis when connecting next time, so as to directly connect, thereby reducing connection time.
According to one embodiment of the application, if the household appliance cannot log in the network access point within the preset times, the network access point is set with a white list, or the number of the connected persons reaches the maximum value, the household appliance is controlled to switch the next network access point to log in, and the household appliance stops polling and logging in until the household appliance successfully logs in one network access point.
