The application discloses electronic equipment and data line belongs to consumer electronics product technical field. Technical Field

Background
With the development of science and technology, various electronic products have more and more powerful functions, the updating speed of the electronic products is faster and faster, and the dependence of people on the electronic products and the use requirements are higher and higher. The charging mode of the electronic product can influence the overall structure of the electronic product and the use experience of a user, and by taking a smart phone as an example, in the prior art, a charging interface is mostly arranged at the bottom of the smart phone, and the charging interface is connected with a data line provided with a matched connector to realize a charging function. In the charging mode, an opening is required to be formed in the bottom of the mobile phone to serve as a charging interface, so that the structural strength of the whole mobile phone is damaged; in other words, when the mobile phone is opened, the mobile phone cannot be made thinner to ensure the structural strength of the whole mobile phone, which affects the development of the mobile phone.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The data line provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
The embodiment of the application provides electronic equipment, which comprises an equipment body and a side key 100, wherein a feedback circuit is arranged in the equipment body, and the equipment body is provided with a first side part; the side key 100 is movably disposed on the first side portion, and an interface is disposed on the side key 100 and electrically connected to the feedback circuit.
In the electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the side key 100 is, for example, a power key of the electronic device, or a volume adjustment key; the side key 100 is provided with an interface electrically connected with a feedback circuit inside the electronic equipment, so that the side key can be reused as a charging element of the electronic equipment, and when the electronic equipment needs to be charged, a matched charging device is connected to the side key 100, so that the equipment body of the electronic equipment does not need to be provided with a charging interface, and the overall strength of the electronic equipment is ensured. In addition, since the side key 100 is disposed at the first side of the electronic device rather than at the bottom, the electronic device is charged at the side, which can improve the user experience during the charging process of the electronic device. Especially, when a user uses the electronic device to perform a landscape operation such as a game, the side charging greatly reduces the interference of an external charging device to the user compared to the bottom charging mode. Alternatively, the side key 100 is made of a stainless steel material.

Further, the contact may be a metal terminal 101, and an insulating diaphragm 102 is disposed around the circumference of the metal terminal 101. The metal terminal 101 is used to form an electrical connection with a mating charging device, and the insulating membrane 102 surrounds the periphery of the metal terminal 101 to isolate it from the opening of the side key 100 to prevent a short circuit. Alternatively, the cross section of the metal terminal 101 is provided in a circular shape, and the cross section of the insulating diaphragm 102 is provided in a circular ring shape.
Referring to fig. 2-3, in one embodiment, the electronic device further includes a first circuit board 104, an integrated chip 105, and a second circuit board 106; the interface is electrically connected to the integrated chip 105, the integrated chip 105 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 104, the first circuit board 104 is electrically connected to the second circuit board 106, and the second circuit board 106 is electrically connected to the feedback circuit.
In this specific example, the integrated chip 105 integrates the current and the signal input from the interface and transmits the current and the signal to the first circuit board 104, the first circuit board 104 transmits the current and the signal to the second circuit board 106, the BTB connector is mounted on the second circuit board 106, and the second circuit board 106 is connected to the feedback circuit inside the electronic device through the BTB connector. Specifically, the first circuit board 104 is a PCB, and the second circuit board 106 is a flexible circuit board.
Referring to fig. 2-3, in one embodiment, the first circuit board 104 is connected to the side key 100, and the ic 105 is disposed between the first circuit board 104 and the side key 100.
More specifically, a receiving cavity is formed in the side key 100, the integrated chip 105 is embedded in the receiving cavity, and then the first circuit board 104 is connected to the side key 100. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, further, the side key 100 has an outer bottom surface 1001 away from the device body and an inner bottom surface 1003 disposed opposite to the outer bottom surface 1001, and the first circuit board 104 is connected to the inner bottom surface 1003; a mounting opening is formed in the first side of the device body, the first circuit board 104 is provided with a skirt protruding out of the side key 100, and the first circuit board 104 is located inside the device body and abuts against the periphery of the mounting opening.
Optionally, the first circuit board 104 is bonded to the inner bottom surface 1003 of the side key 100 by means of glue dispensing or the like. The skirt of the first circuit board 104 protruding from the side key 100 can function as a support for the side key 100 at the periphery of the mounting opening, preventing the side key 100 from coming off the mounting opening of the device body.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the side key 100 has an outer bottom surface 1001 away from the device body, and the interface is disposed on the outer bottom surface 1001. In one embodiment, the side key 100 has a side 1002 adjacent to the first side of the device body, and the side 1002 defines the slot 103.
The arrangement position of the interface is not limited to the outer bottom surface 1001, and the arrangement position of the card slot 103 is not limited to the side surface 1002; in other embodiments, it is also possible to provide the interface at the side face 1002 of the side key 100 and the card slot 103 at the outer bottom face 1001 of the side key 100.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, further, a metal terminal 101 as an interface is disposed flush with the outer bottom surface 1001.
Since the side key 100 is frequently pressed by the user as a power key or a volume adjustment key when the electronic device is in a non-charging state, if the metal terminal 101 protrudes from the outer bottom surface 1001, the pressing feeling of the user will be affected. The metal terminals 101 are therefore arranged flush with the outer bottom surface 1001 to ensure that the arrangement of the metal terminals 101 does not degrade the feel experience of the user pressing the side key 100.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the electronic device further includes an elastic arm 107 and a third circuit board 108, the elastic arm 107 and the third circuit board 108 are disposed inside the device body, the side key 100 is connected to the elastic arm 107, the elastic arm 107 abuts against the third circuit board 108, and the side key 100, the elastic arm 107 and the third circuit board 108 form a pressing linkage fit.
In this specific example, the side key 100 performs a function of press control by cooperating with the elastic arm 107 and the third circuit board 108. Specifically, the elastic arm 107 includes a pressing bump 1071 located in the middle and fixed ends 1072 with a bending structure disposed at two ends, wherein the fixed ends 1072 can be hung on a component of the electronic device, such as the middle frame 110, to fix the side key 100; when the user presses the side key 100, the pressing protrusion 1071 is used to cooperate with the snap 1081 of the third circuit board 108, and the pressing protrusion 1071 presses the snap 1081, thereby implementing the key function of the side key 100. It is understood that, in the case where the inner bottom surface 1003 of the side key 100 is assembled with the first circuit board 104, the elastic arm 107 is actually directly connected to the first circuit board 104, and the connection manner between the two can be a glue-dropping manner. Further specifically, the third circuit board 108 is a flexible circuit board.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, an embodiment of the present application further provides a data line, where the data line is used to be electrically connected to the interface; the data line comprises a body part 201, wherein the body part 201 is provided with an insertion groove 202, and the body part 201 can be inserted in the side key 100 in a matching way through the insertion groove 202; a connector is arranged in the insertion groove 202, and the connector can form current transmission with an external power supply; in a state where the main body 201 is inserted into the side key 100, the connector is in contact with the interface.
The data line in this embodiment may cooperate with the side key 100 of the electronic device to implement a charging function for the electronic device. When the electronic device needs to be charged, the side key 100 is inserted into the insertion groove 202 of the data line, the interface is in contact conduction with the connector, and the electronic device forms current transmission with an external power supply through the connector, so that the electronic device is charged. Further, an electric wire 205 connected to an external power supply is provided on the body portion 201 of the data line; when the user needs to press the side key 100 during the charging process of the electronic device, the user only needs to press the body 201 of the data line. The wire 205 is disposed at a side of the main body 201, so as to avoid affecting the hand feeling of the user when pressing the side key 100.
In one embodiment, in the case where the interface includes a metal terminal 101, the contact is a resilient gold finger 203; in a state where the main body 201 is inserted into the side key 100, the elastic gold finger 203 is brought into contact with the metal terminal 101 and conducted.
In this specific example, the elastic gold finger 203 is adopted to form a matching connection relationship with the metal terminal 101 so as to charge the electronic device by the data line.
In one embodiment, the side key 100 has an outer bottom surface 1001 away from the device body, and the interface is disposed on the outer bottom surface 1001; the connector is arranged at the bottom of the insertion groove 202.
In this specific example, the interface provided at the outer bottom surface 1001 of the side key 100 exactly matches the position of the connector provided at the bottom of the insertion groove 202, and the interface and the connector are in face-to-face contact conduction when the main body 201 is inserted into the side key 100.
In one embodiment, the side key 100 has a side 1002 adjacent to the first side of the device body, the side 1002 defining a slot 103; the side of the insertion groove 202 is provided with a protrusion 204, and the protrusion 204 is engaged with the slot 103 in a matching manner when the main body 201 is inserted into the side key 100.
In this specific example, the positioning accuracy and the stability when the main body 201 is connected to the side key 100 can be improved by the matching engagement of the protrusion 204 and the slot 103. It can be understood that, there are two opposite side faces 1002 on the side key 100, and the two side faces 1002 are both provided with the card slot 103; the insertion groove 202 has two opposite side portions, and the two side portions are also provided with the protrusions 204. Alternatively, the protrusion 204 has elasticity, and the protrusion 204 having elasticity can be more conveniently connected to the card slot 103. Alternatively, a projection may be provided on side key 100 and a matching slot may be provided on mating slot 202.
Alternatively, magnetic members may be disposed on both sides of the body portion 201 of the data line, and since the side key 100 is made of stainless steel, the magnetic members may attract the side key 100 by magnetic force, so as to improve the tightness reliability of the connection between the data line and the side key 100. Alternatively, the magnetic member may be an electromagnet, and when the data line charges the electronic device, the circuit is turned on, and the electromagnet operates to generate magnetic force to attract the side key 100; of course, the magnetic member may be a magnet.
The electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application may be, for example, a mobile phone.

6. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the side key (100) has an outer bottom surface (1001) remote from the device body, the interface being provided to the outer bottom surface (1001).
