本发明提供一种新型硅片承载花篮,包括支架面板和花篮杆,所述花篮杆为中空柱状,成组对称的固定于两块所述支架面板中间,两块所述支架面板之间还设置有底杆,位于所述花篮杆的下方,所述底杆是横截面为U形的长槽管,所述底杆的U型槽口朝下,所述花篮杆和底杆的外壁涂覆有一层纳米膜。本发明解决花篮带水的设计,结构合理,操作简单可控,利用底杆U型结构,且内壁不喷涂纳米氟使底杆U型处不吸水,解决现有花篮携带残液的问题,缓解后续烘干槽时间长、产能少的压力,在缩减烘干时间的情况下,还可提高电池片的A级品率,在太阳能电池领域具有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能电池领域,尤其涉及一种新型硅片承载花篮。
背景技术
在晶硅太阳电池生产中,湿法技术是不可或缺的工艺流程,如切割后的硅片表面清洗损伤层、电池预清洗与制绒、刻蚀与抛光等工序都会用到湿法处理工艺。由于槽式湿法处理过程中需要把大量脆性硅片均匀分开、逐一浸入各个反应槽中进行定时定量的化学反应,因此需要适当器具将硅片均匀分层放置,湿法花篮目前作为该步骤最重要工装治具,当从槽体中提起后,花篮底部极易携带残液,主要在底杆的底部中心残留液体,该液滴一般呈酸性、碱性或中性,在后续烘干槽内会破坏花篮内的硅片正面PN结,以及对背面进行污染,形成黑斑黑点,影响电池片的A级良品率。
发明内容
鉴于以上,本发明提供一种新型硅片承载花篮,通过将花篮底杆设计成U型槽管结构,并对花篮杆和底杆的外壁涂覆有一层纳米膜,优化解决了花篮携带残液的问题,提高了电池片的良品率。
本发明具体技术方案如下:
一种新型硅片承载花篮,包括支架面板和花篮杆,其特征在于,所述花篮杆为中空柱状,成组对称的固定于两块所述支架面板中间,两块所述支架面板之间还设置有底杆,位于所述花篮杆的下方,所述底杆是横截面为U形的长槽管,所述底杆的U型槽口朝下,所述花篮杆和底杆的外壁涂覆有一层纳米膜。
进一步,所述花篮杆外壁上规则的排列有凸出的花篮齿。
进一步,所述花篮杆内部嵌入有碳纤棒。
进一步,所述纳米膜为纳米氟材料。

具体实施方式

参照图1,新型硅片承载花篮的一种实施例,包括支架面板1和花篮杆2,花篮杆2为中空柱状,成组对称的固定于两块支架面板1中间,两块支架面板1之间还设置有底杆3,位于花篮杆2的下方,底杆3是横截面为U形的长槽管,如图2所示,底杆3的U型槽口朝下,且底杆3的外壁涂覆一层纳米氟膜,U型槽内壁不涂,以此解决现有技术中花篮底杆中间遗留残液的问题。
优选的,本实施例中花篮杆2外壁也涂覆有一层纳米氟膜,避免花篮杆上的残液流至硅片上,且有利于后续烘干槽快速烘干。
进一步,花篮杆2外壁上规则的排列有凸出的花篮齿4,用于钩挂硅片。
进一步,花篮杆2内部嵌入有碳纤棒,可增加花篮的使用寿命。
进一步,花篮杆采用PVDF材料,耐酸碱、疏水性好。
本发明解决花篮带水的设计,结构合理,操作简单可控,利用底杆U型结构,且内壁不喷涂纳米氟使底杆U型处不吸水,解决现有花篮携带残液的问题,缓解后续烘干槽时间长、产能少的压力,在缩减烘干时间的情况下,还可提高电池片的A级品率,在太阳能电池领域具有广阔的应用前景。
