In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application. In the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict. The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
In practical applications, the medical disciplines in which each medical practitioner excels differ. Illustratively, practicing pharmacist a is good at pediatrics, practicing pharmacist B is good at traditional Chinese medicine, and practicing pharmacist C is good at diabetes. Patients or patients who purchase medications may need to purchase medications for treating pediatric diseases and perhaps for treating diabetes. By using the subsequent scheme of the embodiment of the application, the auditing system in the embodiment of the application can realize accurate pushing or recommendation of medical practitioners for each patient or patient, realize targeted recommendation or pushing, and further ensure the medication safety of each patient.
The first embodiment of the auditor method provided by the application is applied to an auditor system. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101: obtaining bill information of a patient;
here, the ticket information may include information on a medicine to be purchased for the treatment of the patient. The medication may be a medication prescribed by a hospital for the patient. The drug needs to be purchased through an online or offline pharmacy after confirmation by a target medical practitioner recommended or pushed by the reviewing system in the embodiment of the application.
In this step, the patient or the family member of the patient may input the ticket information to the auditor system, and the auditor system obtains the ticket information by receiving the input ticket information. Or acquiring a bill image, and identifying the bill image to acquire bill information. Illustratively, the patient or the family members of the patient uses an image acquisition device such as a camera to take an image of a paper bill, and uploads the taken image of the bill to the auditor system, and the auditor system identifies information from the received image of the bill to obtain information of the bill, specifically, information of drugs to be purchased by the patient or the family members of the patient for treating the patient.
S102: determining the medical discipline of the sicknesses according to the bill information;
in practical applications, the medical disciplines can be divided according to various departments set in a hospital, such as a diabetes department, a cardiology department (department related to heart disease), a pediatrics department, a gastroenterology department, a medical department, and the like.
S103: determining a target medical practitioner matched with the medical subject, wherein the target medical practitioner is used for confirming the medicine information in the bill information;
in this step, the target medical practitioner matching the medical discipline may be a medical practitioner who works, engages or excels in the medical discipline. The randomly assigned medical practitioners in the related art are more aware of whether the medication in the ticket information is safe for the patient to take than the medical practitioner who works, engages, or excels in the medical discipline.
S104: outputting user information of the target medical practitioner; and/or pushing a task for confirming the drug information to the target medical practitioner.
In this step, the user information of the target medical practitioner is the user basic information of the target medical practitioner, such as the name, or the combination of the name and one of the gender, age, work unit, and medical discipline with good expertise. The checking system outputs the user basic information of the target medical practitioner for the patient or the patient family member who inputs the bill information, so that the patient or the patient family member can confirm whether the target medical practitioner performs drug checking. And/or the party reviewing system pushes the task for the medicine information to the target medical practitioner so as to ensure that the target medical practitioner performs safety audit on the medicine.
The scheme for executing S101-S104 is an auditor system. The system for checking the medical condition obtains the bill information of the patient, determines the medical discipline to which the patient belongs according to the bill information, and determines the target medical practitioner information matched with the medical discipline. The auditing system determines that the medical practitioners matched with the medical disciplines to which the patients are ill are target medical practitioners, can realize accurate pushing or recommendation of the medical practitioners for each patient or patient, and realizes targeted recommendation or pushing of the medical practitioners. Since the medical practitioner who is purposefully recommended or pushed is better at the medical discipline to which the illness information of the patient belongs, whether the medicine information in the bill information can be safely used for the patient can be accurately confirmed, and therefore the medication safety of each patient is guaranteed.
With respect to the foregoing S102, the ticket information in the embodiment of the present application may include reference illness information in addition to the medicine information. Wherein, the reference information is the diagnosis result of the patient, such as diabetes and heart disease. In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding relation between the sick diagnosis result and the medical subject information is recorded in advance, and the corresponding relation is recorded in the rule database of the examination. Illustratively, tachycardia, myocardial ischemia (diseased diagnosis) and the like are recorded in correspondence with the cardiology department (department set for heart disease); diabetes, type I diabetes, type II diabetes (disease diagnosis) and the like are recorded in association with the diabetes department. According to the corresponding relation, the examining system searches the medical subject information corresponding to the reference illness information in the bill information in the corresponding relation, and uses the searched medical subject information as the medical subject to which the illness of the patient belongs. The scheme is equivalent to that the examining side system directly identifies the medical discipline according to the reference sicken information in the bill information, and the direct identification scheme can shorten the identification time and ensure the identification accuracy. In addition, the method for reviewing the party according to the embodiment of the present application can also be implemented by the scheme shown in fig. 2.
The second embodiment of the auditor method provided by the application is applied to an auditor system. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201: obtaining bill information of a patient;
s202: determining the illness information of the patient according to the bill information;
illustratively, the information about the disease may refer to what kind of disease the patient suffers from, such as diabetes, cold, heart disease, stomach disease, etc., in a wide range. Each disease may also be classified specifically in the medical discipline, such as diabetes may also include type I diabetes, type II diabetes. The cold can be viral cold, and common cold due to heat. If the categories such as diabetes, cold, heart disease, stomach disease, etc. are regarded as broad categories, the respective cases included in the broad categories may be regarded as minor categories. The disease information determined according to the bill information in this step may be the above-mentioned large-class information or the above-mentioned small-class information.
S203: determining the medical discipline to which the illness information belongs according to the illness information;
s204: determining a target medical practitioner matched with the medical subject, wherein the target medical practitioner is used for confirming the medicine information in the bill information;
in this step, the target medical practitioner matching the medical discipline may be a medical practitioner who works, engages or excels in the medical discipline. The randomly assigned medical practitioners in the related art are more aware of whether the medication in the ticket information is safe for the patient to take than the medical practitioner who works, engages, or excels in the medical discipline.
S205: outputting user information of the target medical practitioner; and/or pushing a task for confirming the drug information to the target medical practitioner.
The scheme for executing S201 to S205 is an auditor system. The same or similar steps in S201 to S205 as those in S101 to S104 are please refer to the related description of S101 to S104, and the repeated parts are not repeated.
The system for checking the medical condition obtains the bill information of the patient, determines the illness information of the patient according to the bill information, determines the medical discipline to which the illness information belongs according to the illness information, and determines the target medical practitioner information matched with the medical discipline. The reviewing system determines that the medical practitioner matched with the medical subject to which the disease information belongs is a target medical practitioner, and can realize accurate pushing or recommendation of the medical practitioner for each patient or patient and realize targeted recommendation or pushing of the medical practitioner. Since the medical practitioner who is purposefully recommended or pushed is better at the medical discipline to which the illness information of the patient belongs, whether the medicine information in the bill information can be safely used for the patient can be accurately confirmed, and therefore the medication safety of each patient is guaranteed.
If the aforesaid scheme of the examining system performing identification of the medical discipline according to the reference disease information in the ticket information in S102 is regarded as a scheme of directly identifying the medical discipline, the scheme of S201 to S204 is a scheme of identifying the type of disease of the patient according to the ticket information, and then identifying the medical discipline according to the disease type, which can be regarded as an indirect identification scheme of identifying the medical discipline by using the disease type as an identification medium.
In contrast to the prior art scheme of randomly assigning an online medical practitioner to a patient, in the embodiment of the present application, before determining a target medical practitioner matching a medical discipline, the method further comprises: obtaining an online medical practitioner; from among the on-line medical practitioner, a target medical practitioner matching the medical discipline is determined. The approval pharmacist recommended or pushed by the party reviewing system for the patient or the family member of the patient who inputs the bill information of the patient is a practice pharmacist which is screened from the currently online practice pharmacist and matched with the medical subject to which the disease information of the current patient belongs. That is, the target medical practitioner recommended or pushed by the reviewing system in the embodiment of the present application is a medical practitioner who is online and adept in the medical subject to which the disease information of the current patient belongs. Therefore, accurate recommendation or pushing of the medical practitioners can be achieved, compared with the fact that the recommended or pushed medical practitioners are not on line, the medical practitioners who are recommended or pushed in a targeted mode are on line in time, and whether the medicine is safe or not can be confirmed in time.
Alternatively, the determination of the target medical practitioner matching the medical discipline in the foregoing S103 and S204 may also be implemented by a scheme as shown in fig. 3.
In the context of figure 3 of the drawings,
s2040: determining from a database a medical practitioner operable in the medical discipline; the database at least records user information of each medical practitioner and medical subject information which can be worked by each medical practitioner;
s2041: judging whether the number of medical practitioners determined from the database is one or not;
if yes, executing S2042;
if the judgment result is no, executing S2043;
s2042: determining the medical practitioner determined from the database as a target medical practitioner;
s2043: obtaining scoring information of the two or more medical practitioners in the medical discipline;
s2044: and determining the target medical practitioner from the two or more medical practitioners according to the grading information.
And the entity executing the S2040-S2044 is the auditor system. Since the aforementioned database records user information of each medical practitioner and medical subject information that each medical practitioner can work, practice or excel in, the database can be referred to as a pharmacist information database. In S2040, based on the medical subject information recorded in the pharmacist information database, which each medical practitioner can work, engage or excel in, the user information of the medical practitioner who excels in the medical subject to which the illness information of the current patient belongs is read. For convenience of the subsequent description, the medical discipline to which the information about the disease of the patient currently belongs is referred to as a target medical discipline.
It is understood that, in practical applications, the number of medical practitioners who may work, engage or excel in the target medical subject recorded in the database may be one, or may be two or more. And recommending or pushing the user information of the medical practitioner to the patient or family members of the patient who inputs the bill information to the reviewing system under the condition that the number of the medical practitioners who work, engage in or are adept at the target medical subject is one, which is read from the pharmacist information database. In the case where the number of medical practitioners read out from the pharmacist information database is two or more, the following description will be made with reference to the following schemes.
In the concrete implementation, the pharmacist information database can record the user information of each medical practitioner and the medical subject information that each medical practitioner can work, practice or excel in, and can also record the grading information of the medical subject that each medical practitioner can work, practice or excel in. Alternatively, the pharmacist information database may further record the scoring information of each medical practitioner in each medical subject. It is understood that, in this case, the scoring information of the medical discipline whose excellence is higher or greater than the scoring information of the medical discipline whose ineffectiveness is, among the scoring information of the respective medical disciplines, for the same medical practitioner. In S2043, when the number of medical practitioners read from the pharmacist information database is two or more, the score information of each medical practitioner in the target medical subject, which can be worked, worked or skilled, is read out based on the score information of each medical practitioner in the medical subject, which is recorded in the pharmacist information database, or the score information of each medical practitioner in each medical subject. It is understood that in S2044, one medical practitioner is selected as the target medical practitioner from the two or more medical practitioners that are read out according to the scoring information. And reading the user information of the target medical practitioner from the pharmacist information database, and recommending or pushing the user information of the target medical practitioner to the patient or the family of the patient, who inputs the bill information of the patient in the reviewing system, by the reviewing system. In S2040 to S2044, the target practicing pharmacists are screened according to the scoring information of the practicing pharmacists who are adept at the target medical subject recorded in the pharmacist information database, so that the screening accuracy of the target practicing pharmacists can be ensured, and accurate recommendation or pushing of the target practicing pharmacists can be realized.
In an alternative, the determining the target practicing pharmacist among the two or more practicing pharmacists according to the scoring information in S2044 includes: determining, among the two or more medical practitioners, a medical practitioner who has a high score in the target medical discipline as a target medical practitioner. In terms of technical implementation, the auditing system may compare the scoring information of each of two or more practicing pharmacists in the target medical subject, and take the practicing pharmacist with the highest or highest scoring information as the target practicing pharmacist. Alternatively, the medical practitioners may be ranked in order of small to large or large to small according to the score of the medical practitioner. In the big-to-small ranking, the first-ranked medical practitioner is the target medical practitioner. In the small-to-large ranking, the last-ranked medical practitioner is targeted. In practical applications, there may be a case where the scores of two or more medical practitioners are first aligned, in which case the target medical practitioner may be selected according to a predetermined selection rule. The screening rule can be that one practicing pharmacist is randomly selected from the first practicing pharmacists with scores in parallel as a target practicing pharmacist; the medical practitioner with the family name arranged at the front can be used as the target medical practitioner; and outputting the information of each medical practitioner with scores parallel to the first score to the patient or the family of the patient, so that the patient or the family of the patient can select the target medical practitioner. Of course, the above is merely a specific example of a screening rule, and any reasonable situation other than the above is included in the screening rule. The content can ensure the screening accuracy of the target medical practitioner, so that accurate recommendation or pushing of the target medical practitioner can be realized.
As described in the foregoing embodiments, the billing information in the present application includes the medicine information to be purchased for treating the patient, and thus, the above-mentioned S202 may determine the patient' S illness information according to the billing information by determining the illness information according to the medicine information. The medicine information may be a name of the medicine or a main component of the medicine. In order to implement this scheme, an audition rule database is preset in the embodiment of the present application, and the audition rule database at least records the correspondence between the types of patients and the drug identifiers for treating the types of patients. The medicine identification can be a medicine name or a main component of the medicine. Illustratively, the correspondence between the type of disease, e.g., diabetes, and the respective drugs, e.g., bayer oxazepine, bisbiguanide tablets, etc., for treating the disease; such as the corresponding relationship between the type of common cold and the oral liquid for clearing heat from throat, the oral liquid for Shuanghuanglian and the like. It can be understood that the database of the approval rules in the embodiment of the present application may record the correspondence between the types of major diseases and the identification of the drugs for treating the major diseases. The corresponding relation between the disease types of the subclasses and the identification of the medicines for treating the diseases of the subclasses can be recorded. The corresponding relation between the disease types such as type I diabetes and the medicines for treating the disease types, namely diabetes mellitus pills and metformin sustained-release tablets. The correspondence between the type of type II diabetes, a subclass of diseases, and the drugs for treating the type of diseases, insulin secretion, sulfonylurea tablets, etc. In the embodiment of the application, the auditor system searches the sick type by taking the medicine information as the medicine identification from the auditor rule database according to the medicine information in the currently input bill information, and takes the searched sick type as the sick information. In the concrete implementation, the major disease types can be searched according to the corresponding relation between the major disease types recorded in the review rule base and the medicine identifications for treating the major diseases. And searching the small-class diseased type according to the corresponding relationship between the small-class diseased type and the medicine identification for treating each small-class diseased. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, both the major and minor disease types may be searched, and in addition, the major and minor disease types may be searched at the same time, and the search results of the major and minor disease types may be compared, and if the comparison result is similar, the comparison result is used as the final disease information. Illustratively, if the disease type is found to be diabetes by using the corresponding relationship between the disease types and the drug identifications for treating various types of patients. And searching the type of the disease as the type I diabetes according to the corresponding relationship between the type of the disease of the subclass and the identification of the medicine for treating the disease of each subclass. The results found by the two methods are both diabetes, and if the comparison is similar, the current disease (illness information) of the patient is regarded as diabetes. In addition, the rule database of the prescription is also recorded with the corresponding relation between each disease type and the medical discipline to which each disease type belongs. Such as diabetes, type I diabetes, type II diabetes (this type of diabetes) and the diabetes department (medical discipline). Gastric ulcer, superficial gastritis, etc. and gastroenterology. And searching medical subject information corresponding to the current disease type according to the corresponding relation between the disease types recorded in the rule base of the examination and the medical subjects to which the disease types belong. Illustratively, when the disease information of the current patient is diabetes, the medical discipline information corresponding to the type of diabetes is searched for as the diabetes discipline from the correspondence between each disease type recorded in the review rule library and the medical discipline to which each disease type belongs. According to the scheme, the examiner system can intelligently identify the disease type according to the medicine information in the bill information, and intelligently identify the medical subject by utilizing the intelligently identified disease type, so that the intelligence of the examiner system is reflected. The identification process is carried out according to an auditing rule database which is preset, the information in the database is accurate, intelligent identification is carried out according to the database with accurate information, and the identification accuracy can be ensured.
In an alternative, the ticket information may include reference patient information of the patient in addition to the medicine information. The reference patient information may be diagnosis result information medically prescribed for the patient. After determining the ill information according to the medicine information, namely after intelligently identifying the ill information according to the medicine information in the bill information, the auditor system can also judge whether the identified ill information is consistent with the reference ill information in the bill information in order to ensure the identification accuracy; and under the condition of judging that the detected disease information is consistent, determining the medical discipline to which the disease information belongs according to the identified disease information. The identified sickening information is judged to be consistent with the reference sickening information in the bill information, the sickening information intelligently identified by the auditor system is indicated to be accurate information, the target medical subject is determined according to the accurately identified sickening information, the identification accuracy of the target medical subject and the identification accuracy of the target medical subject can be guaranteed, and the identification accuracy of a target medical practitioner can be guaranteed, so that accurate targeted pushing or recommendation can be achieved.
In a specific implementation, because the bill information includes reference diseased information in addition to the medicine information, the system of the auditor in the embodiment of the application can also directly use the reference diseased information in the bill information as the diseased information to be identified without identifying the diseased information according to the medicine information. Thus, the diseased information can be quickly identified.
In practical applications, the age factor of the patient is also a reference factor for the doctor to take the medicine. There may be different types of medications prescribed for the same type of illness, such as a cold, for children and adults. Based on this, in the embodiment of the present application, the ticket information may include not only the medicine information, but also the basic information of the patient, where the basic information includes at least the age, and may further include at least one of the name, the sex, the home address, the patient history, and the like. Therefore, the auditor system can determine the target medical discipline according to the illness information and the basic information of the patient. Illustratively, in the case that the current patient is identified to have a cold according to the medicine information in the ticket information, if the age information of the current patient is combined, the target medical subject is determined to be pediatric if the age of the current patient is 6 years. The system combines the information of the illness and the basic information of the illness to identify the medical discipline to which the illness belongs, so that the identification accuracy can be improved.
Embodiments of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to figures 4-6 and the accompanying detailed description.
The form or origin of the pharmacist information database will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 4.
The auditing system collects the relevant data of the medical practitioner from the server or equipment recorded with the medical practitioner information; or receive manually entered data relating to the medical practitioner. Wherein the related data includes identification information of the medical practitioner and information of the medical discipline that is skilled. The identification of the medical practitioner may be a name or a number on the medical practitioner's certificate. The medical subject information that each medical practitioner excels in can be obtained by scoring the medical practitioner at each medical subject. In addition, the related data may include data of a plurality of dimensions such as sex, age, current employment unit, degree of awareness of the medical practitioner, evaluation information of the medical practitioner by the user, and the like, in addition to the identification information of the medical practitioner and the medical subject information of excellence. The number of medical subjects skilled by the medical practitioner may be one, or two or more. Under the condition that the auditing system collects or receives the information, the scoring information of each medical practitioner in each medical subject which the practitioner excels in is calculated by utilizing a big data analysis algorithm according to the information of each medical practitioner excels in, the degree of awareness, the evaluation of the medical practitioner by the user and the like. As shown in fig. 4, taking three collected medical practitioners as an example, the score information calculated by medical practitioner a in the three medical disciplines which medical practitioner a excels in, i.e., pediatric, traditional Chinese medicine, and diabetes fields, is 0.3, 0.7, and 0.9, respectively. The scoring information calculated by medical practitioner B in the fields of pediatrics, traditional Chinese medicine and diabetes is 0.6, 0.8 and 0.2 respectively. The scoring information calculated by medical practitioner C in the fields of pediatrics, traditional Chinese medicine and diabetes is 0.8, 0.4 and 0.5 respectively. It is understood that the medical discipline having high score information is the medical discipline that the medical practitioner excels in. In fig. 4, medical practitioner a is more adept at diabetes within the three medical disciplines of pediatrics, traditional chinese medicine, and diabetes; medical practitioner B is better at traditional chinese medicine; medical practitioner C is better at pediatrics. The scoring information shown in fig. 4 is an example in which the total score is 1, and may also be an example in which the total score is 10 or 100, which is not particularly limited.
The medical practitioner A, B, C in fig. 4 is only one specific example, and in practice there may be other medical practitioners with a score information in the pediatric direction that is higher than or equal to the score information in the pediatric direction of medical practitioner C. The above related data and the data such as the scoring information of each medical practitioner in each medical subject can be stored in the pharmacist information database (data storage) for subsequent use. It will be appreciated that the pharmacist information database may be stored in the auditor system, or may be stored in a device or system other than the auditor system, and read when needed. To enable fast reading of the data in the pharmacist information database, it is preferably stored in the auditor system. The aforementioned database of the auditor rules may be stored in the auditor system, or may be stored in a device or system other than the auditor system, preferably in the auditor system.
In the application scenario, as shown in fig. 6, a person who purchases a prescription (a patient or a family member of the patient) wants to purchase a prescription drug through an online or offline pharmacy, and a prescription checking system recommends or pushes a professional medical practitioner (a medical practitioner who can more clearly determine whether the purchased prescription drug is safe) for the person.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 5, the billing information includes a prescription slip recorded with medicine information and a clinical diagnostic book recorded with reference illness information. The bill information can be regarded as paper bills made by hospitals.
The medicine buyer wants to purchase medicine by the prescription order through the line to the pharmacy and logs in the checking system. And after successfully logging in to the auditor system, inputting the bill information into the auditor system. Here, the ticket information may be input to the auditor system in one of two ways.
First, the prescribing system presents an interface for the drug purchaser to enter prescription information and reference diseased information. And inputting the information in the paper bill to an interface, and receiving the bill information input by the drug buyer through the interface by the auditor system. This approach is equivalent to a manual approach to entering ticket information.
And secondly, the drug buyer starts an image acquisition device such as a camera of the auditor system to shoot the bill information to obtain a bill image. Of course, the bill image may be an image of a drug purchaser photographed before logging in to the auditor system using his/her own mobile phone. The drug buyer uploads the bill image to the auditor system, and the auditor system receives the bill image and identifies information in the bill image, specifically, characters in the bill image are identified to obtain drug information and reference ill information. This approach corresponds to the way in which the auditor system automatically identifies the ticket information.
In some application scenarios, the auditor system can also obtain the bill information by combining the two modes.
In practical applications, since the prescription and clinical diagnostic book record the basic information of the patient, such as name, sex, age, address, etc., the reviewing system can also obtain the basic information in one or two ways.
In the specific implementation, under the condition that the auditor system receives the information and the bill image input by the medicine buyer, the auditor system conducts preliminary audit on the received information. If the audit ticket image is clear enough, the audit ticket information is complete, for example, the input patient identity information is complete (which is equivalent to performing integrity check on the patient identity information). If the bill image is clear enough and the input bill information is complete, the primary examination of the bill image and the integrity examination of the input information are passed. If the bill image is not clear and the input bill information is incomplete, the preliminary examination does not pass, and prompt information for prompting that the preliminary examination does not pass is generated for prompting the medicine buyer to upload the bill image again or input the bill information again. And under the condition that the primary audit is passed, the auditor system obtains bill information according to the manually input information and/or the uploaded bill image.
In order to ensure the medication safety of patients, for the medicine information in the bill information, under the condition that the number of the medicines issued by the hospital is two or more, the auditing system also needs to identify whether the medicines with mutually exclusive medicine properties exist in the medicines. The review rule database in the embodiment of the application records the names or the corresponding relations between the main components of the medicines with mutually exclusive drug properties. Illustratively, the drugs used to purge fire and the drugs causing excessive internal heat are drugs that mutually exclude drug properties. The examining system searches whether a corresponding relation related to the property of the medicine exists in an examining rule database by using one medicine name in the bill information, if so, searches whether other medicine names in the bill information appear in the corresponding relation, if so, considers that the medicines with the mutual exclusion characteristic exist in the medicines prescribed by the hospital, and generates prompt information for prompting the medicine buyer hospital to specify which medicines prescribed by the patient have the mutual exclusion characteristic, so that the medicine buyer can determine whether to purchase the medicines. If the mutual exclusion characteristic does not exist in the medicines prescribed by the hospital, the process is normally carried out.
Further, it is understood that the billing information, such as clinical diagnosis, may record information on the amount of medication prescribed, such as several times a day, several times more or less. The auditor system can also obtain usage information in at least one of the two manners previously described. In order to ensure the safety of medication, the prescription rule database also records the information of each medicine and the normal dosage thereof. After the auditor system identifies the name of the medicine prescribed by the hospital for the patient and the dosage information of the medicine, the normal dosage information of the prescribed medicine is found out according to the medicines and the normal dosage information thereof recorded in the auditor rule database, whether the dosage information of the medicine prescribed by the hospital is within the normal dosage information range is judged, if yes, the dosage of the medicine prescribed by the hospital is considered as the normal dosage, otherwise, the dosage is considered as the abnormal dosage, and information used for prompting the medicine buyer that the dosage information of the medicine prescribed by the hospital for the patient is abnormal is generated.
In the case that the data recorded in the rule database of the auditor is used for auditing the relevant information, the auditor system can use the direct identification scheme to directly identify the target medical subject (the medical subject to which the current patient suffers from illness) according to the reference illness information in the bill information, or use the indirect identification scheme to identify the type of illness of the patient according to the bill information and then identify the target medical subject according to the illness type. Illustratively, the reviewing system identifies the current patient as diabetes according to the relationship between the medical subject information of the medical prescribed drug, such as the baizaipine, the bismethylguanidine tablet and the diabetes, recorded in the reviewing rule database as shown in fig. 5. Or the examining system directly identifies the text information in clinical diagnosis to obtain the result of the doctor for diagnosing the patient, namely the diabetes, and the diagnosis result of the diabetes belongs to the medical discipline of diabetes. For example, the trial system can determine that the patient is suffering from tonsil inflammation according to the drug information prescribed by medicine, such as the corresponding relationship between the oral liquid for throat clearing, cefixime and common cold recorded in the trial rule database as shown in fig. 5. In combination with the age information of the current patient, for example, 6 years old, it is considered that the tonsil inflammation of the current patient should be medically classified as pediatric. If the current patient's age information is, for example, 30 years old, an adult, it is considered that the current patient has tonsillitis that should be medically classified as a respiratory tract family.
Taking the medical subject of pediatrics, for example, the examining system identifies that the current disease is tonsil inflammation, the examining system obtains the current online medical practitioners, judges which of the current online medical practitioners can work in the pediatrics from the pharmacist information database, and selects the medical practitioners that can work in the pediatrics. In technical terms, a medical practitioner who can work in pediatrics may be a medical practitioner who has a score of 0 in the medical discipline of pediatrics in the medical practitioner database. The checking system judges whether the number of the medical practitioners which can work in the department of pediatrics and are selected from the pharmacist information database is one or not, and determines the medical practitioner to be the target medical practitioner if the judgment is yes. In practical applications, multiple medical practitioners who are skilled in the same medical discipline can be on-line at the same time. In this way, it is determined that the number of the medical practitioners capable of working in the pediatric department selected from the pharmacist information database is not one, but two or more, and it is assumed that the two medical practitioners capable of working in the pediatric department are medical practitioner B and medical practitioner C in fig. 4. The auditing system obtains the scoring information of the medical practitioner B and the medical practitioner C in the medical subject of the pediatrics from the pharmacist information database, and compares the scoring information of the medical practitioner B and the medical practitioner C in the medical subject of the pediatrics, wherein the scoring information of the medical practitioner B and the medical practitioner C is higher than that of the medical practitioner. The scoring information of the medical discipline of the medical practitioner B and the medical practitioner C in the pediatrics is 0.6 and 0.8, and the scoring information of the medical practitioner C in the pediatrics is higher than that of the medical practitioner B, so that the approval system screens the medical practitioner C as a medical practitioner (target medical practitioner) who can safely check the medicine to be purchased by the current medicine purchaser. As shown in fig. 5, the auditor result may be the result of the auditor system passing the received ticket information; the recommended (medical discipline) label is the aforementioned target medical discipline information; the recommended pharmacist is the name of the target medical practitioner, or the name and the score information in pediatrics.
The auditing system pushes the bill information input by the current drug buyer, including the drug information to be purchased, to the target medical practitioner. In other words, the auditing system distributes the current drug auditing task to the target medical practitioner C, and the target medical practitioner C performs manual auditing on the information of the drug to be purchased by the current drug purchaser, so as to ensure that the drug prescribed by the hospital for the current patient is safe. And the target medical practitioner inputs the verification result into the reviewing system. The audit result comprises the safety of the medicines prescribed by the hospital for the current patient, and the audit is passed. Or, the safety of the medicines prescribed by the hospital for the current patients is not approved. The auditor system may also call user information of the target medical practitioner, such as a name and scoring information in the pediatric medical discipline, and output the name of the target medical practitioner and scoring information in the pediatric medical discipline to the user. The current drug buyer can operate the key displayed on the interface of the auditing system for the user to confirm and select the target authorized pharmacist, the auditing system detects the operation, the current drug buyer is considered to be satisfied with the target authorized pharmacist screened by the auditing system, and the current drug buyer is willing to audit the drug information to be purchased by the target authorized pharmacist screened by the auditing system. The auditor system assigns the current drug audit task to the target medical practitioner C.
And under the condition that the auditing system receives the approved result input by the target medical practitioner, the auditing system generates the prompting information of approved result passing for the online pharmacy and the offline pharmacy, and the online pharmacy or the offline pharmacy can determine whether the medicine is sold or not by combining the approved result.
