In the embodiment of the application, a target drawing meeting the requirements of a client is automatically generated; performing visual inspection on the printed matter of the target drawing to determine whether a printing problem exists; under the condition that there is not the printing problem, sort the printed matter and handle, reduced the input of a large amount of manpower and materials at the printing preparation stage, full automated production guarantees the printed matter quality, ensures not to produce the quality problem of human factor, also can solve the lower technical problem of printing efficiency among the correlation technique simultaneously.

Claims (10)

1. A method of processing printed matter, comprising:
automatically generating a target drawing meeting the requirements of a customer;
performing visual inspection on the printed matter of the target drawing to determine whether a printing problem exists;
and in the case of no printing problem, sorting the printed products.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to automatically generating the target drawing meeting customer requirements, the method further comprises:
and marking the customized document corresponding to the target drawing to mark the position to be processed.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein marking the customized document corresponding to the target drawing comprises:
marking a client serial number, a production date, an export date, and a crop box in the customized document, wherein the client serial number in the customized document is marked with the same indicia as in the enterprise resource planning system, wherein the production date in the customized document is marked with the same indicia as in the enterprise resource planning system, wherein the export date in the customized document is marked with the same indicia as in the enterprise resource planning system, and wherein the crop box in the customized document is marked with the same indicia as in the enterprise resource planning system.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein automatically generating a target drawing meeting customer requirements comprises:
and capturing corresponding customized drawings and order information according to the production orders of the enterprise resource planning system, and replacing values required on the customized drawings to obtain the target drawings.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein replacing values required on a customized drawing to obtain the target drawing comprises:
replacing the client serial number in the customized drawing with the client serial number in the customized document;
replacing the production date in the customized drawing with the production date in the customized document;
and replacing the export date in the customized drawing with the export date in the customized document.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein, while replacing values required on the customized drawing, the method further comprises:
and processing the color space of the customized drawing and canceling the overprinted elements on the customized drawing.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the printed product is sorted, the method further comprises:
the printed products are transported to the production line by an AGV trolley.
8. A device for processing printed matter, comprising:
the generating unit is used for automatically generating a target drawing meeting the requirement of a client;
the checking unit is used for carrying out visual inspection on the printed matter of the target drawing to determine whether a printing problem exists;
and the processing unit is used for sorting the printed products under the condition that no printing problem exists.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 7 by means of the computer program.
