Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In a common inventory processing method for sharing inventory across business circles, one provider supplies multiple business circles with goods, but in the related art, when a user places an order, the provider in other business circles cannot synchronize with the inventory of goods in the business circle where the user places the order, and other business circles are displayed and sold according to the original supply quantity, so that over-selling behavior is generated due to shortage of goods, and bad brand effect and post-sale payment loss are caused to a platform. Based on the above technical problem, this embodiment provides an inventory processing method, which can solve the problem that suppliers supply across business sectors and each business sector inventory can accurately generate no over-selling behavior so as to avoid generating shortage of goods, and specifically refer to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method provided in this embodiment of the present application, and specifically includes:
s101, acquiring a business area ID and a commodity ID in the user order information.
The execution subject of the embodiment is an e-commerce platform. The embodiment does not limit the specific content of the user order information, and may include a business district ID and a commodity ID, or may include basic information of the user, for example, address information of the user, a user order number, a mobile phone number, and the like, which may be set according to the actual situation. It can be understood that the business area ID and the commodity ID in the user order information are both unique, that is, different business areas correspond to unique business area IDs, and different kinds of commodities correspond to unique commodity IDs.
S102, judging whether the inventory corresponding to the commodity ID in the business district ID meets the order placing quantity of the commodity ID according to the supplier business district inventory table.
The present embodiment does not limit the specific content of the supplier circle inventory table, and may include, for example, a supplier ID, a commodity ID, a warehouse ID, and an inventory amount. Inquiring a business area ID corresponding to a supplier business area inventory table according to a business area ID in user order information, inquiring inventory of a corresponding commodity ID in the business area ID according to the commodity ID, and determining that the inventory meets the order placing quantity of the commodity when the inventory is more than or equal to the order placing quantity of the commodity ID; when the inventory amount is less than the order placing amount of the commodity ID, the order placing amount of the commodity is not satisfied.
And S103, if the commodity ID is satisfied, updating the stock of the commodity ID and the stock of the commodity ID of the supplier corresponding to the business district ID in other business districts according to the order amount.
And when the inventory of the commodity ID in the trade area ID is larger than or equal to the order placing quantity of the commodity ID, updating the inventory of the commodity ID in the trade area, namely deducting the order placing quantity from the original inventory to obtain the updated inventory. It should be noted that, while the stock of the corresponding commodity ID in the business district ID is updated, the stock of the commodity ID of the supplier of the business district ID in other business districts also needs to be updated, that is, the stock of the commodity ID of the supplier in all the supplier districts is updated in time, thereby avoiding the over-selling behavior.
And S104, if the commodity ID does not meet the requirement, determining a commodity availability circle according to the order placing quantity of the commodity ID, and determining the occupied inventory quantity of the commodity availability circle.
And when the inventory quantity of the commodity ID in the commodity circle ID is smaller than the order placing quantity of the commodity ID, determining the commodity circle available so that the inventory quantity of the commodity circle available meets the order placing quantity of the commodity ID. The number of the business circles is not limited in this embodiment, and may be one or more, and may be determined according to specific situations. The embodiment does not limit the specific manner of determining the business circle available, as long as the order quantity of the business circle ID can be satisfied.
In a specific embodiment, when the inventory amount corresponding to the commodity ID in the business district ID does not satisfy the order placing amount of the commodity ID, determining the available business district according to the order placing amount of the commodity ID may include:
when the inventory corresponding to the commodity ID in the business district ID does not meet the order quantity of the commodity ID, respectively judging whether the inventory of the commodity ID in each business district ID meets the order quantity according to a supplier business district inventory table;
determining a first target business circle set meeting the lower single quantity, and taking each business circle in the first target business circle set as a commodity circle available for supply;
if not, determining a second target business circle set meeting the lower single quantity, and taking the second target business circle set as a supplier business circle; the sum of the stock amounts of the commodity IDs of all the business circles in the second target business circle set is larger than the lower order quantity.
That is, when the stock quantity corresponding to the commodity ID in the business turn ID does not satisfy the order quantity of the commodity ID, it is determined whether the stock quantity of the commodity ID in each business turn ID satisfies the order quantity, respectively, according to the supplier business turn stock table. In this embodiment, each business circle that can satisfy the order quantity of the product ID is taken as the first target business circle set. And taking the quotient circle set with the inventory sum of the commodity IDs in all the quotient circles larger than the next order quantity of the commodity IDs as a second target quotient circle set. The present embodiment does not limit the setting manner of the second target business turn set, as long as the total inventory amount of the commodity IDs is greater than the order quantity, all business turns of the platform may be taken as the second target business turn set, or the second target business turn set includes a plurality of sub-sets, and the total inventory amount of the commodity IDs in each sub-set is greater than the order quantity of the commodity IDs.
Further, the embodiment does not limit how to determine the occupied inventory amount of the business circle, as long as the order placing amount of the business circle ID can be satisfied. In a specific embodiment, in order to improve the user experience, providing the commodity to more users, determining a commodity availability circle according to the order placing amount of the commodity ID, and determining the occupied inventory amount of the commodity availability circle, may include:
comparing the stock according to the stock of each business district commodity ID in the first target business district set;
and determining the commodity circle ID corresponding to the maximum stock, and determining the stock occupied by the commodity circle ID according to the order quantity.
Namely, the business circle with the largest inventory quantity of the commodity ID in the first target business circle set is selected, the business circle ID corresponding to the business circle is determined, and the order placing quantity of the commodity ID is deducted from the inventory of the business circle ID, so that the order placing quantity of the commodity ID is the occupied inventory quantity of the business circle. It can be understood that, when the commodity is provided to the next user from the business circle storing the largest inventory amount of the commodity ID, the commodity in other business circles is reserved, that is, the inventory amounts of the commodity in other business circles of different suppliers are not changed, and the commodity cannot be out of stock due to being supplied to the user, so that the commodity can be provided to more users.
In a specific embodiment, to save the transportation cost, determining the availability circle according to the order amount of the commodity ID and determining the occupied inventory amount of the availability circle may include:
acquiring address information in user order information;
and selecting a business area set meeting the lower unit amount from the second target business area set according to the address information, and determining the occupied inventory of the business area set.
The embodiment does not limit the selection manner of selecting the business turn set satisfying the order placing amount from the second target business turn set, as long as the order placing amount can be satisfied. It can be understood that, according to the address information in the user order information, the embodiment does not limit the specific content of the address information, as long as the user address can be determined according to the address information. According to the address information, a plurality of business circles, namely business circle sets, which are close to the user address are selected from the second target business circle sets, namely the selected business circle sets can meet the order placing amount of the commodity ID, and each business circle in the business circle sets is relatively close to the user address, so that the logistics cost can be saved. Accordingly, the present embodiment does not limit the specific manner of determining the occupied inventory amount of the business district set, as long as the order placing amount of the commodity ID can be satisfied. For example, the inventory amounts of the product IDs in the business turn set may be compared and subtracted from large to small until the next order amount is satisfied.
And S105, updating the stock of the commodity available circle and the stock of the commodity ID of the supplier corresponding to the commodity available circle in other commodity circles according to the occupied stock.
After the occupied inventory of each business circle in the available business circle is determined, the occupied inventory is deducted from the system, namely the inventory is updated, and it needs to be noted that after the inventory of the available business circle is updated, the inventory of the commodity ID of the supplier corresponding to the available business circle in other business circles also needs to be updated. It can be understood that the supplier supplies goods across the business circles, that is, the total inventory of the commodity inventory of the supplier is the total inventory in the display and sale of each business circle, so that after the commodity circle is sold, the inventory is updated in time, meanwhile, the inventory of the commodity of the supplier in other business circles is also updated, and the over-sale behavior caused by the fact that other business circles sell according to the original inventory is prevented, and further the platform carries out extra claims.
Based on the technical scheme, the commodity inventory of the business district ID or the business district ID in the optional business district is updated, and the commodity inventory of the commodity ID of the corresponding supplier in other business districts can be ensured to be updated in time when the supplier supplies goods across the business districts and orders are placed by users, over-selling behavior can not be generated, extra claim payment cost of the platform is reduced, and user experience is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, in order to reflect the inventory of each business district in real time, the present embodiment provides an inventory processing method, specifically please refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a flowchart of another inventory processing method provided in the present embodiment, and the method includes:
s201, acquiring a business area ID and a commodity ID in the user order information.
S202, judging whether the inventory corresponding to the commodity ID in the business district ID meets the order placing quantity of the commodity ID according to the supplier business district inventory table.
And S203, if the commodity ID is satisfied, updating the stock of the commodity ID and the stock of the commodity ID of the supplier corresponding to the business district ID in other business districts according to the order amount.
And S204, if the commodity ID does not meet the requirement, determining a commodity availability circle according to the order placing quantity of the commodity ID, and determining the occupied inventory quantity of the commodity availability circle.
S205, according to the occupied inventory, updating the inventory of the commodity circle and the inventory of the commodity ID of the supplier corresponding to the commodity circle in other commodity circles.
For details of steps S201 to S205, reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described in detail herein.
And S206, when the order cancellation information is received, updating the stock of the commodity ID in the corresponding business circle according to the stock occupation table.
When order cancellation information is received, the inventory of commodity IDs of the suppliers in other business circles corresponding to the business circle IDs and the business circle IDs or the inventory of commodity IDs of the suppliers in other business circles corresponding to the available business circle IDs and the available business circle IDs are restored according to the inventory occupation table. The embodiment does not limit the specific content of the inventory occupancy table, as long as the original inventory amount of the corresponding business circle can be restored, and the inventory occupancy table may be set according to the actual situation, and may include, for example, an order ID, a supplier ID, a warehouse ID, a business circle ID, a commodity ID, a quantity, and a status (successful occupancy or cancellation occupancy).
In a specific embodiment, in order to increase the commodity transaction rate and prevent the occurrence of the over-selling behavior, the method may further include: and displaying the updated current inventory quantity of the commodity ID in the commercial available circle. Namely, the current stock of the updated commodity ID of the commodity zone available for the commodity is displayed on the E-commerce platform, and the information of the stock of the commodity can be provided for the user in real time, so that the user can purchase according to the information, and the commodity transaction rate is improved.
The embodiment provides a specific embodiment of an inventory processing based on cross-business district inventory sharing, and as shown in fig. 3, the specific embodiment specifically includes:
(1) displaying the APP inventory in the shopping mall: the system is used for accurately displaying the total inventory of each business circle to the user, so that the user can know how many sales can be sold and can purchase the sales;
(2) and (3) inventory occupation logic scheduling:
A. when a user places an order, the inventory of a supplier business district is taken to occupy the inventory according to a certain rule, if the supplier crosses the business district, the inventory of each supplier business district of the supplier is updated, and then the data is synchronized to the inventory of the business district again for displaying to the user;
B. when a user cancels an order, correspondingly increasing the stock of a supplier business circle according to the record of the stock occupied by the order, if the supplier crosses the business circle, updating the stock of each supplier business circle of the supplier, and then resynchronizing the data to the stock of the business circle for displaying to the user;
in order to more clearly illustrate the supplier cross-business district inventory processing method, the embodiment further provides a specific ordering process. When a user places an order, the stock of the local business district needs to be occupied under the condition of cross-business district suppliers, and meanwhile, the stock of the supplier in other business districts also needs to be occupied, so that over-selling is avoided; when the user cancels, in the case of a supplier crossing business circles, the stock of the local business circle needs to be released, and meanwhile, the occupied stock of the supplier in other business circles also needs to be released.
(1) When a user creates and orders, the platform system verifies whether the quantity of purchased goods is less than or equal to the commodity circle inventory, if the quantity of purchased goods is greater than the commodity circle inventory, the platform system prompts the user that the inventory is insufficient and the order can not be placed, and if the quantity of purchased goods meets the commodity circle inventory, the platform system can submit the order normally;
(2) determining a supplier circle and updating the inter-business circle inventory of the supplier according to the supplier circle inventory table: and inquiring a supplier business area inventory table according to the business area ID and the commodity ID in the user order information, and checking whether the quantity meeting the purchase, namely the order placing quantity exists from small to large according to the inventory quantity of the commodity ID in each business area. If yes, the updated stock amount is the stock amount-order amount (next order amount); if the data is not satisfied, comparing the next piece of data, polling all the data to find that none of the remaining inventory is satisfied, and locking the inventory from large to small: if one business circle meets the order quantity, the corresponding inventory of the corresponding supplier of the business circle is subtracted from the inventory of the corresponding suppliers of other business circles. I.e., to find whether the inventory of a certain business circle of a single supplier meets the order quantity, and if not, to mean that the order requires the inventory of multiple suppliers. For example, the supplier S1 supplies to the business circle T1 and the business circle T2 across the business circle, the stock quantity is 10, the supplier S2 supplies to the business circle T1 and the business circle T3 across the business circle, the stock quantity is 20, when the user a orders 25 commodities in the business circle T1, neither the stock quantity of the commodities in the business circle T1 by the supplier S1 and the supplier S2 can satisfy the order quantity, so it is possible to deduct 20 commodities ordered by the supplier S2 in the business circle T1 first and deduct 20 commodities by the supplier in other business circles, namely the business circle T3, and since the supplier does not satisfy all the order demands yet, deduct 5 commodities by the supplier S1 in the business circle T1 continuously and deduct 5 by the supplier S1 in other business circles, namely the business circle T2 simultaneously.
(3) When the stock deduction is successful, the stock update is performed on the business circles involved in the deduction of the warehouse ID and the commodity ID, that is, other business circles of the supplier (the updated stock is the stock-deduction stock).
When order cancellation information is received, the order cancellation flow may be:
(1) checking the inventory occupation table, and updating the recording state value of the table to cancel occupation;
(2) restoring the business circle ID or the stock of the business circle according to the supplier ID, the warehouse ID, the business circle ID, the commodity ID and the quantity in the stock occupation table;
(3) restoring the stock of the cross-business district supplier in other business districts;
(4) and calculating the sum of the sold stocks of the commodities according to the commodity circle ID and the commodity ID, and synchronizing a commodity circle stock table which can comprise the commodity circle ID, the commodity ID and the stock.
Based on the technical scheme, when the order cancellation information is received, the commodity ID inventory corresponding to the business district is restored in time, the updated current inventory of the business district can be displayed, the over-selling behavior can be prevented, the commodity transaction rate is improved, and the customer experience is improved.
