a retrieval request generation module 303, configured to generate a retrieval request according to the transaction attributes corresponding to the input item, the reference dialog box, and at least one other dialog box;
a retrieval request sending module 304, configured to send the retrieval request to a server, so that the server retrieves, in a database, the source information matched with the retrieval request to form a first source information set. The first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
And a first house source display module 305, configured to receive and display the first house source information set sent by the server.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the house source information matched with the input item is searched in the database according to the input item of the operator and the plurality of transaction attributes, and the house source information of the transaction attribute that the operator firstly cares about and the house source information of other transaction types that may cares about are directly provided to the operator at the same time, so that the operation of the operator is reduced, the efficiency of house transaction is improved, and the method and the system are particularly suitable for the operator who uses investment as a destination.
Based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
the selectable item display module is used for displaying at least one selectable item, and each selectable item is matched with and only matched with one house characteristic or transaction attribute;
the screening request display module is used for determining selectable items clicked by an operator and generating a screening request;
the screening request sending module is used for sending a screening request to the server so that the server screens the house source information matched with the selectable items clicked by the operator from the first house source information set according to the screening request to form a second house source information set;
and the second room source display module receives and displays the second room source information set sent by the server.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the optional items are provided for the operator, so that the fine operation of the operator search is realized, and the improvement of the experience degree of the operator is facilitated.
According to another aspect of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention further provide a server, and referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a functional block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used in the house source information searching method in the foregoing embodiments. Therefore, the description and definition in the house source information search method in the foregoing embodiments can be used for understanding the execution modules in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown, the server includes:
a retrieval request receiving module 401, configured to receive a retrieval request sent by a terminal, where the retrieval request carries an input item input into a reference dialog box, the reference dialog box, and a transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box, where the input item includes at least one house feature;
a first room source generating module 402, configured to retrieve, according to the retrieval request, room source information matched with the retrieval request in a database to form a first room source information set, where the first room source information set includes first room source information of a transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of a transaction attribute corresponding to at least one of the other dialog boxes;
a first room source sending module 403, configured to send the first room source information set to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the first room source information set.
Based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the server according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
the screening request receiving module is used for receiving a screening request sent by the terminal, wherein the screening request carries at least one selectable item, and each selectable item is matched with and only matched with one house characteristic or transaction attribute;
the second room source generating module is used for screening the room source information matched with the selectable items carried in the screening request from the first room source information set according to the screening request to form a second room source information set;
and the second room source sending module is used for sending the second room source information set to the terminal so that the terminal can display the second room source information set.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a house source information search system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the house source information search system includes: a terminal 501 and a server 502. The functions of the terminal 501 specifically refer to the above embodiment of the terminal side, and the functions of the server 502 specifically refer to the above embodiment of the server side, which are not described herein again.

the processor 601 and the memory 602 complete communication with each other through the bus 603, respectively; the processor 601 is configured to call the program instructions in the memory 602 to execute the semantic similarity calculation method provided in the foregoing embodiments, for example, including: displaying at least two dialog boxes, each of which corresponds to and is only associated with one transaction attribute; taking a dialog box selected by an operator as a reference dialog box, receiving an input item input into the reference dialog box by the operator, wherein the input item comprises at least one house characteristic, and generating a retrieval request according to transaction attributes corresponding to the input item, the reference dialog box and at least one other dialog box; sending the retrieval request to a server so that the server can retrieve the house source information matched with the retrieval request in a database to form a first house source information set; receiving and displaying the first room source information set sent by the server; the first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, where the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, where the computer instructions cause a computer to execute the method for calculating semantic similarity provided in the foregoing embodiment, for example, the method includes: displaying at least two dialog boxes, each of which corresponds to and is only associated with one transaction attribute; taking a dialog box selected by an operator as a reference dialog box, receiving an input item input into the reference dialog box by the operator, wherein the input item comprises at least one house characteristic, and generating a retrieval request according to transaction attributes corresponding to the input item, the reference dialog box and at least one other dialog box; sending the retrieval request to a server so that the server can retrieve the house source information matched with the retrieval request in a database to form a first house source information set; receiving and displaying the first room source information set sent by the server; the first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A house source information searching method is applied to a terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S101, displaying at least two dialog boxes, wherein each dialog box corresponds to one transaction attribute only;
step S102, taking a dialog box selected by an operator as a reference dialog box, and receiving an input item input into the reference dialog box by the operator, wherein the input item comprises at least one house characteristic;
step S103, generating a retrieval request according to the input item, the reference dialog box and the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box;
step S104, sending the retrieval request to a server to enable the server to retrieve the house source information matched with the retrieval request in a database to form a first house source information set;
step S105, receiving and displaying the first house source information set sent by the server;
the first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
2. The house source information searching method according to claim 1, wherein the step S105 is followed by further comprising:
step S106, displaying at least one selectable item, wherein each selectable item is matched with and only matched with one house characteristic or transaction attribute;
s107, determining selectable items clicked by an operator, and generating a screening request;
step S108, the screening request is sent to the server, so that the server screens the house source information matched with the optional items clicked by the operator from the first house source information set according to the screening request to form a second house source information set;
step S109, receiving and displaying the second room source information set sent by the server.
3. A house source information searching method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S201, receiving a retrieval request sent by a terminal, wherein the retrieval request carries an input item input into a reference dialog box, the reference dialog box and transaction attributes corresponding to at least one other dialog box, and the input item comprises at least one house characteristic;
step S202, according to the retrieval request, retrieving the house source information matched with the retrieval request in a database to form a first house source information set;
step S203, sending the first room source information set to the terminal;
the first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
4. The house source information searching method according to claim 3, wherein the step S203 is followed by further comprising:
step S204, receiving a screening request sent by the terminal, wherein the screening request carries at least one selectable item, and each selectable item is matched with and only matched with one house characteristic or transaction attribute;
step S205, according to the screening request, screening the house source information matched with the selectable items carried in the screening request from the first house source information set to form a second house source information set;
step S206, the second room source information set is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can display the second room source information set.
5. A terminal, comprising:
the dialog box display module is used for displaying at least two dialog boxes, and each dialog box corresponds to one transaction attribute only;
the input item receiving module is used for taking the dialog box selected by the operator as a reference dialog box and receiving an input item input into the reference dialog box by the operator, wherein the input item comprises at least one house characteristic;
the retrieval request generation module is used for generating a retrieval request according to the input item, the reference dialog box and the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box;
a retrieval request sending module, configured to send the retrieval request to a server, so that the server retrieves, in a database, source information matched with the retrieval request to form a first source information set;
the first house source display module is used for receiving and displaying the first house source information set sent by the server;
the first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
6. The terminal of claim 5, further comprising:
the selectable item display module is used for displaying at least one selectable item, and each selectable item is matched with and only matched with one house characteristic or transaction attribute;
the screening request display module is used for determining selectable items clicked by an operator and generating a screening request;
a screening request sending module, configured to send the screening request to the server, so that the server screens, according to the screening request, room-source information matched with the option clicked by the operator from the first room-source information set to form a second room-source information set;
and the second room source display module is used for receiving and displaying the second room source information set sent by the server.
7. A server, comprising:
the system comprises a retrieval request receiving module, a retrieval request processing module and a processing module, wherein the retrieval request receiving module is used for receiving a retrieval request sent by a terminal, the retrieval request carries an input item input into a reference dialog box, the reference dialog box and transaction attributes corresponding to at least one other dialog box, and the input item comprises at least one house characteristic;
the first house source generating module is used for searching house source information matched with the searching request in a database according to the searching request to form a first house source information set;
the first house source sending module is used for sending the first house source information set to the terminal so that the terminal can display the first house source information set;
the first room source information set comprises first room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to the reference dialog box and second room source information of the transaction attribute corresponding to at least one other dialog box.
8. The server of claim 7, comprising:
the screening request receiving module is used for receiving a screening request sent by the terminal, wherein the screening request carries at least one selectable item, and each selectable item is matched with one house characteristic or transaction attribute;
a second room source generating module, configured to filter, according to the filtering request, room source information matched with the selectable items carried in the filtering request from the first room source information set, so as to form a second room source information set;
and the second room source sending module is used for sending the second room source information set to the terminal so that the terminal can display the second room source information set.
9. A house-source information search system comprising the terminal according to claim 5 or 6 and the server according to claim 7 or 8.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein:
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the method of any one of claims 1-4.
