Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present specification.
In the prior art, if a merchant finds that other merchants use pictures made by the merchant without authorization, the merchant can inform the staff of the service platform, and if the staff determines that other merchants steal the pictures made by the merchant, the staff can steal the pictures made by the merchants from other merchants to take off the shelf.
It can be seen that the infringement behavior of the merchant by other merchants depends on the active discovery of the merchant, and after the merchant discovers that other merchants have the infringement behavior on the merchant, the staff can confirm the infringement behavior of other merchants and put pictures stolen by other merchants on the business platform, so that the pictures stolen by other merchants cannot be discovered in time, and certain loss is brought to the merchant.
In order to solve the above problems, the method provides a data evidence storing method, wherein after a service platform receives a service setting request sent by a service provider, a first summary information corresponding to multimedia data is determined from the service setting request, whether the first summary information is stored in a preset block chain is inquired, and if the first summary information is not stored in the block chain, the evidence storing information is stored in the block chain, and the multimedia data is displayed. Compared with the prior art, the method can store the summary information of the multimedia data of the service provider (such as a merchant) in the blockchain as the certificate, and if the behavior of stealing the multimedia data occurs subsequently, the summary information of the stolen multimedia data cannot be stored in the blockchain.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data storage method in this specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
s101: and the service platform receives a service setting request sent by a service provider.
S102: and determining the service which needs to be set by the service provider as a target service according to the service setting request.
S103: and determining multimedia data carried in the service setting request, and storing the multimedia data, wherein the multimedia data is data required by the service provider for displaying the target service.
In practical applications, a service provider (e.g., a merchant) in a service platform may provide multiple services to a user, in order to enable the user to know the services provided by the service provider more, when the service provider sets its own services (e.g., adding a new service, modifying the service content of an existing service, etc.) on the service platform, multimedia data related to the services are generally uploaded at the same time and displayed to the user through the service platform, the service platform may protect the multimedia data made by the service provider, so that other service providers cannot steal the multimedia data of the service provider, where the multimedia data may include pictures, videos, and the like.
Based on this, the service provider can add a new service and upload multimedia data related to the service through the terminal, and can also add and replace multimedia data shown in the existing service, and the service provider needs to send a service setting request to the service platform through the terminal when performing the operations. After receiving a service setting request sent by a service provider, the service platform can determine a service required to be set by the service provider as a target service according to the service setting request. Reference herein to a service provider may refer to a merchant that is resident at a service platform. The target service may refer to a service that a service provider needs to add or replace multimedia data. The terminal used by the service provider can be a terminal device such as a notebook computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like. Of course, the service provider may also send the service setting request through an Application (App) installed in the terminal, the client, and the like.
Further, the service platform may determine multimedia data carried in the service setting request, and store the multimedia data, where the multimedia data is data required by a service provider for displaying a target service, that is, the multimedia data may represent specific content of the target service. For example, the service provider is a supermarket that is hosted in the service platform, a commodity needs to be added in the service platform by the supermarket, the added service of the commodity may refer to a target service, the supermarket wants to add a picture for displaying the commodity, and the picture is stored in the service platform, a service setting request for the commodity may be sent, and the picture is sent to the service platform by being carried in the service setting request, so that the service platform stores and stores the picture after receiving the service setting request.
It should be noted that, the service platform may bind the block chain service address of the service provider and the service provider identifier of the service provider in advance. The service platform may determine a blockchain service address of a service provider and a service party identifier of the service provider when receiving a service binding request sent by the service provider, and correspondingly store the blockchain service address and the service party identifier in a blockchain. Reference herein to the service provider's service provider identification may refer to a license, service provider ID, etc. that may refer to the service provider. When a service provider registers in a service platform or executes a service related to certificate storage through a terminal or a client for the first time, the service platform can issue a wallet file to the terminal or the client of the service provider, the terminal or the client can generate a private key of the service provider through the wallet file to serve as a first private key, and a first public key and a block chain service address of the service provider are determined through the first private key. Then, the service provider may send the service binding request through the terminal or the client, and the service platform may store the blockchain service address and the service provider identifier in the blockchain correspondingly.
S104: and determining certificate storing information corresponding to the multimedia data from the service setting request, wherein the certificate storing information comprises first abstract information corresponding to the multimedia data.
After receiving the service setting request, the service platform can determine the evidence storing information corresponding to the multimedia data from the service setting request. The evidence storing information is used for storing in a block chain so as to store the multimedia data carried in the service setting request. The certificate storing information includes first summary information corresponding to the multimedia data, where the first summary information mentioned herein may be obtained through a summary algorithm such as MD5, SHA-256, and the like. That is, the terminal or the client of the service provider may encrypt the multimedia data by using a preset digest algorithm, so as to obtain the first digest information.
S105: and inquiring whether the first abstract information is stored in a preset block chain.
S106: and if the first abstract information is determined not to be stored in the block chain, storing the evidence storing information in the block chain, and displaying the multimedia data to a user viewing the target service after the target service is set.
After determining the evidence storing information corresponding to the multimedia data from the service setting request, the service platform may query whether a preset block chain stores first summary information in the evidence storing information, and if it is determined that the block chain does not store the first summary information, the service platform may store the evidence storing information in the block chain, and after the target service is set, display the multimedia data to a user viewing the target service.
That is, if the service platform determines that the first summary information is not stored in the blockchain, there is no duplication between other multimedia data already certified in the blockchain and the multimedia data, and the service platform can certify the multimedia data. Thus, when the target service is set (e.g., the target service is added to the service platform, or the service content of the target service is modified), the multimedia data can be displayed to the user viewing the target service, so that the user can know the set target service. It can be seen that, if the first summary information does not exist in the blockchain, the service provider does not acquire multimedia data that has been previously certified in the blockchain, and performs certification again, and there is no service provider that has issued the multimedia data before, and the certification behavior of the service provider on the multimedia data is authentic. However, if the service platform determines that the first summary information is stored in the blockchain, the multimedia data may be removed from the corresponding storage address of the multimedia data in the service platform, and the multimedia data is not displayed.
The authentication information may further include at least one of first signature information and associated information corresponding to the multimedia data. The first signature information is obtained by the service provider signing the associated information corresponding to the multimedia data through a first private key. The associated information may include a signature time when the service provider signs the associated information through the first private key, first digest information, a storage address of the multimedia data in the service platform, attribute information corresponding to the multimedia data, a first public key corresponding to the first private key, a creator name of the multimedia data, and the like. The attribute information of the multimedia data may include a resolution of the multimedia data, a size of the multimedia data, a name of the multimedia data, and the like. The creator name of the multimedia data mentioned herein may refer to a name of an author who made the multimedia data.
Based on this, the service platform may extract the first signature information from the service setting request, and perform signature verification on the first signature information through the stored first public key, and if it is determined that the first signature information passes the signature verification and the block chain does not store the first digest information, the service platform may store the certificate storage information in the block chain. That is to say, if the signature verification passes, the service platform may determine that the information evidence storing behavior of this time is from the service provider, so that the service platform may store the evidence storing information in the block chain, thereby implementing the evidence storing of the multimedia data.
In this specification, the service platform may convert the multimedia data according to preset multimedia resolutions to obtain adjusted multimedia data at the multimedia resolutions, and/or may cut the multimedia data according to preset multimedia sizes to obtain adjusted multimedia data cut by the multimedia data at the multimedia sizes.
For example, the original multimedia resolution of the multimedia data a is 1920 × 1080, the multimedia data a may be converted according to preset multimedia resolutions of 1024 × 768 and 1280 × 600 (actually, there are multiple resolutions, which are not described in detail herein), so as to obtain the multimedia data B with the multimedia resolution of 1024 × 768 and the multimedia data C with the multimedia resolution of 1280 × 600. As can be seen from this example, converting the multimedia data is actually to change the definition of the multimedia data, and not to change the substantial content of the multimedia data.
In addition, the service platform may also perform the cropping on the multimedia data, as shown in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the present specification, which is used to crop multimedia data according to preset multimedia sizes.
In fig. 2, the multimedia data a is a picture, and the multimedia data a can be cut to 1cm and 5mm of the side length according to fig. 2 to obtain the multimedia data D and the multimedia data E. That is, although the modified multimedia data is obtained by cutting out a part of the multimedia data, the modified multimedia data does not substantially change in content compared to the original multimedia data.
Of course, if the multimedia data is a video, clipping may be performed thereon. That is, since the multimedia data in the video format can be understood as being obtained by combining a plurality of frames of pictures in time series, the multimedia data in the video format after being cut can be obtained by cutting each frame of picture and combining the cut frames of picture in time series.
Then, the service platform may determine, for each adjusted multimedia data, summary information corresponding to the adjusted multimedia data as second summary information. If the service platform determines that the block chain does not store any one of the first summary information and the second summary information, the second summary information may be added to the certificate information and stored in the block chain. Therefore, the service platform can determine the second abstract information corresponding to the adjusted multimedia data according to the adjusted multimedia data which has the same substantial content as the multimedia data and has a certain difference with the multimedia data, so that the second abstract information corresponding to the adjusted multimedia data is used as a certificate. The method can prevent some service providers from modifying only part of the multimedia data, but can perform data storage on the modified multimedia data.
In this specification, the service provider may also authorize the owned multimedia data. For example, assume that a business a (service provider) owns a multimedia data a at a service platform, and summary information of the multimedia data a is already stored in the blockchain. The merchant b and the merchant a are chain merchants, the merchant a authorizes the multimedia data a to the merchant b, and the merchant b can use the multimedia data.
When a service provider needs to use multimedia data authorized by other service providers to the service provider, the service platform can determine a blockchain service address corresponding to the service provider, and query authorization information for the service provider to perform multimedia data authorization on the service provider from other service providers according to the blockchain service address. The authorization information mentioned herein may include a storage address corresponding to the multimedia data, a creator name of the multimedia data, a service type corresponding to the multimedia data, a public key corresponding to other service providers, and the like. Then, the service platform can determine multimedia data authorized by other service providers for the service provider as target multimedia data according to the authorization information, and send the inquired target multimedia data to the service provider. The service type corresponding to the multimedia data may refer to a type of a service authorized by another service provider to be used by the service provider. For example, if the service type is restaurant, it indicates that multimedia data authorized by other merchants (service providers) for the merchant can be used by the merchant in the restaurant industry.
If the authorization limit of other service providers for the multimedia data authorization of the service provider exists, if the service platform determines that the current time does not exceed the authorization limit, the inquired target multimedia data can be sent to the service provider, otherwise, the target multimedia data is not sent to the service provider. The authorization deadline mentioned here may be set by other service providers according to actual needs when authorizing the multimedia data to the service provider, and based on this, the authorization deadline may also be included in the authorization information mentioned above.
In addition, the service platform can also verify the multimedia data authorized to the service provider by other service providers, and the multimedia data can be sent to the service provider after the verification is passed. The verification mentioned herein may refer to the service platform verifying the identity of other service providers, and the service platform verifying whether the inquired multimedia data is the multimedia data actually authorized by the other service providers to the service provider. Therefore, the service platform may query second signature information corresponding to the authorization information from the block chain, where the second signature information is obtained by signing the authorization information with a second private key corresponding to the target multimedia data. Then, the service platform may query a public key corresponding to the target multimedia data according to the storage address corresponding to the target multimedia data included in the authorization information, and use the public key as a second public key, thereby performing signature verification on the second signature information according to the second public key. And if the service platform determines that the second signature information passes the signature verification, sending the inquired target multimedia data to the service provider.
In this specification, different service platforms may access the blockchain, and no matter which service platform is used, a service provider in the service platform may store the multimedia data held by the service provider in the blockchain and may also authorize the multimedia data held by the service provider. And the service providers of different service platforms can also authorize the multimedia data. For example, a merchant 1 (service provider) in the service platform a may authorize the multimedia data 1 to a merchant 2 in the service platform b. Therefore, the actual storage address of the target multimedia data mentioned above may be located in the service platform, and may also be located in other service platforms. Therefore, when querying the target multimedia data, the service platform may query the target multimedia data from the service platform or another service platform according to the storage address corresponding to the target multimedia data.
The method is explained above with a service platform as an execution subject, and a method for storing data provided by the present specification is explained below with a terminal of a service provider as an execution subject.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a data storage method in this specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
s301: determining a target service required to be set by a service provider and multimedia data required by the service provider for data storage of the target service, and determining storage information corresponding to the multimedia data, wherein the storage information comprises first abstract information corresponding to the multimedia data.
S302: and generating a service setting request corresponding to the multimedia data according to the certificate storage information and the multimedia data.
In this specification, a service provider in a service platform may send a service setting request to the service platform through a terminal in the service platform, where the service setting request is sent to the service platform by the service provider setting its own service through the terminal and adding multimedia data related to the service for the service. The service provider needs to store the certificate for the multimedia data added by the service, so as to ensure the data security of the service provider.
Based on this, the terminal can determine the target service which needs to be set by the service provider and the multimedia data which needs data evidence storage for the target service by the service provider, and determine the evidence storage information corresponding to the multimedia data. And generating a service setting request corresponding to the multimedia data according to the certificate storing information and the multimedia data. The certificate storing information mentioned here includes first summary information corresponding to the multimedia data. The specific determination process of the first summary information has been described in the foregoing, and is not described in detail herein.
The execution main body of the multimedia data that needs to be certified may be a terminal device such as a notebook computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like, or may also be software such as an App, a client, and the like installed in the terminal.
S303: sending the service setting request to a service platform, so that the service platform inquires whether the first abstract information is stored in a preset block chain according to the first abstract information carried in the service setting request, stores the evidence storing information in the block chain when the first abstract information is determined not to be stored in the block chain, and displays the multimedia data to a user viewing the target service after the target service is set.
After the terminal sends the generated service setting request to the service platform, the service platform may query whether the preset block chain stores the first summary information according to the first summary information carried in the service setting request, and may store the evidence storage information in the block chain when it is determined that the first summary information is not stored in the block chain, and display the multimedia data to a user viewing the target service. The process of storing the multimedia data is described in detail above, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, a service provider may authorize multimedia data to other service providers through a terminal, and the service provider needs to obtain a blockchain service address of the authorized service provider, fill the blockchain service address in the blockchain service address through the terminal, and select multimedia data that needs to be authorized. Based on this, the terminal can determine the blockchain service address corresponding to the target service party and determine the multimedia data needing to be authorized to the target service party as the target multimedia data. The target service party mentioned here refers to an authorized object of the service provider, i.e., an authorized service provider.
The terminal can determine the authorization information corresponding to the target multimedia data, and sign the authorization information corresponding to the target multimedia data through a second private key corresponding to the target multimedia data to obtain second signature information. Then, the terminal may initiate a transaction carrying the authorization information and the second signature information to the target service party through the consensus network corresponding to the block chain, so that the consensus network stores the authorization information and the second signature information in the block chain after confirming the transaction. That is, when each node in the blockchain notarizes the transaction and determines the transaction, the authorization information and the second signature information will be stored in the blockchain as part of the transaction record for the transaction. The authorization information may include a storage address corresponding to the target multimedia data, an authorization deadline corresponding to the target multimedia data, a creator name of the target multimedia data, a service type corresponding to the target multimedia data, a first public key corresponding to the service provider, a second public key corresponding to the target multimedia data, and the like. The second private key mentioned here is also obtained through the wallet file, and after the terminal generates the second private key corresponding to the target multimedia data through the wallet file, the terminal will generate a second public key corresponding to the second private key according to the second private key. It is mentioned here that the second private key and the second public key both correspond to multimedia data, and the first public key and the first private key correspond to a service provider. The first private key and the second private key are stored in a terminal of a service provider, and the first public key and the second public key are stored in the service platform. Since the service provider can have a plurality of multimedia data, each multimedia data can correspond to a private key.
It can be seen from the above method that the summary information corresponding to the multimedia data can be used as a certificate for the service provider to own the multimedia data. No matter which service provider needs to store the certificate of the multimedia data, if the service platform determines that the summary information of the multimedia data of the service provider is not repeated with the summary information of each stored multimedia data, the summary information of the multimedia data owned by the service provider can be stored through a blockchain to be used as the certificate of the property right of the multimedia data, so as to ensure the data security of the service provider. If other providers steal the picture of the service provider and send a service setting request, the abstract information of the picture of the service provider will not be stored in the blockchain.

The present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which can be used to execute the method of data storage shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3.
This specification also provides a schematic block diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 6, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to implement the data storage method described in fig. 1 or fig. 3. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
