Claims (10)

1. A project budget cost management system, comprising:
the data recording module is used for storing historical project data responsible by each responsible person and mapping and storing information of the responsible person and corresponding historical project data, wherein the historical project data comprises historical building area, historical building climate conditions, historical building geological conditions and historical building completion time;
the matching condition acquisition module is used for receiving current project data, wherein the current project data comprises a current building area, a current building climate condition, a current building geological condition and a current building predicted construction period;
the data mapping management module is used for storing the mapping relation between the historical project data and each item of data in the current project data in a preset mapping management table;
the data matching module is used for matching the current item data with the historical item data according to the mapping management table and calculating the matching degree of the current item data and the historical item data according to a preset matching probability calculation mode;
and the responsible person distribution module is used for acquiring historical project data with the highest matching degree with the current project data, acquiring responsible person information according to the mapping relation between the historical project data and the responsible person information, and assigning the responsible person to the current project.
2. The project budget cost management system according to claim 1, wherein the data matching module comprises a weight dividing unit and an item-by-item comparing unit;
the weight dividing unit is used for setting the weight occupied by each item of data in the current project data, setting the comparison priority of each item of data in the current project data according to the weight, and storing the comparison priority of each item of data in the current project data in a comparison priority sequence table;
and the item-by-item comparison unit is used for matching the current item data and the historical item data item by item according to the comparison priority sequence list and the mapping management table, and calculating the matching degree of the current item data and the historical item data item according to a preset matching probability calculation mode.
3. The project budget cost management system according to claim 2, wherein the item-by-item comparison unit comprises a comparison subunit, a matching subunit and a calculation subunit;
the comparison subunit is used for matching the current project data and the historical project data item by item according to the comparison priority sequence table and the mapping management table;
the matching subunit is used for stopping the comparison operation between the data with the later comparison priority of the current item data and the currently compared historical item data if the matching degree between the data with the earlier comparison priority of the current item data and the corresponding historical item data in the mapping relation table is lower than a preset range;
and the calculation subunit is used for matching the current item data with the historical item data item by item according to the comparison priority sequence list and the mapping management table.
4. The project budget cost management system according to claim 3, further comprising an add-drop management module;
and the adding and deleting management module is used for receiving the adding and deleting instructions and adding and deleting data items in the current item data in the priority sequence list according to the adding and deleting instructions.
5. A project budget cost management method, the method comprising:
storing historical project data responsible by each responsible person, and mapping and storing information of the responsible person and corresponding historical project data, wherein the historical project data comprises historical building area, historical building climate condition, historical building geological condition and historical building completion time;
receiving current project data, wherein the current project data comprises a current building area, a current building climate condition, a current building geological condition and a current building predicted construction period;
storing the mapping relation between the historical project data and each item of data in the current project data in a preset mapping management table;
matching the current project data with the historical project data according to the mapping management table, and calculating the matching degree of the current project data and the historical project data according to a preset matching probability calculation mode;
and acquiring historical project data with the highest matching degree with the current project data, acquiring information of a responsible person according to the mapping relation between the historical project data and the information of the responsible person, and assigning the responsible person to the current project.

The project budget cost management method according to claim 5, wherein the matching of the current project data and the historical project data according to the mapping management table, and the calculating of the matching degree of the current project data and the historical project data according to the preset matching probability calculation mode comprises:
setting the weight occupied by each item of data in the current project data, setting the comparison priority of each item of data in the current project data according to the weight, and storing the comparison priority of each item of data in the current project data in a comparison priority sequence table;
and matching the current item data with the historical item data item by item according to the comparison priority sequence list and the mapping management table, and calculating the matching degree of the current item data and the historical item data item by a preset matching probability calculation mode.

The method for project budget cost management according to claim 6, wherein the matching of the current project data and the historical project data item by item according to the comparison priority sequence table and the mapping management table, and the calculating of the matching degree of the current project data and the historical project data according to the preset matching probability calculation mode comprises:
matching the current project data and the historical project data item by item according to the comparison priority sequence list and the mapping management table;
if the matching degree of one item of data with the prior comparison priority of the current item data and the corresponding historical item data in the mapping relation table is lower than a preset range, stopping the comparison operation of the data with the prior comparison priority of the current item data and the historical item data;
and calculating the matching degree of the current project data and the historical project data according to a preset matching probability calculation mode.
8. The project budget cost management method according to claim 7, further comprising:
and receiving an add-delete instruction, and adding and deleting data items in the current item data in the priority sequence list according to the add-delete instruction.
9. An electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and executed according to any of the claims 5 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which implements any of the measures as claimed in claims 5 to 8.
