The concentration range of the catechol is 0.01-0.05 mM, the pH =6 is adjusted by 0.1M phosphoric acid buffer solution, the adding amount of the catechol is 5 mL-20 mL during detection, the liquid amount of pesticide residue liquid in the premixing chamber is 0.2 mL-2 mL, the adding amount of the polyphenol oxidase is 0.2 mL-2 mL, the concentration of the polyphenol oxidase is 0.01mM, and the reaction temperature range of the polyphenol oxidase catalyzing the catechol is 15 ℃ -37 ℃.
The calculation mode of the pesticide content is P =0.8927W, P-current inhibition rate%, W is the concentration nM of glyphosate, the glyphosate is a common component in pesticides, the concentration of the glyphosate can represent the pesticide residue of fruits and vegetables, and the current inhibition rate is in direct proportion to the concentration of the glyphosate, so that the pesticide residue can be calculated by detecting the current of a solution to be detected.
Further, the refrigerator of the present invention is further designed with a pesticide residue removing function, and the implementation manners thereof are various, and the following two implementation manners are only examples.
The first method is that a spraying device 4 is connected with a third storage tank for storing pesticide removing residual liquid, a reversing valve 3 connected with a water storage tank and the third storage tank is installed at an inlet of the spraying device 4, the switching state of the reversing valve 3 is switched, pesticide removing residual liquid in the third storage tank is pumped into the spraying device 4, then the pesticide removing residual liquid can be sprayed to a temporary storage chamber 1 of fruits and vegetables, pesticide residues on the fruits and vegetables are removed, the pesticide removing residual liquid can adopt alkaline electrolyzed water or ozone water, the principle of pesticide removing residual liquid in the mode is that hypochlorous acid in the alkaline electrolyzed water is utilized to hydrolyze pesticide macromolecules attached to the surfaces of the fruits and vegetables into small molecules, then the strong oxidizing property of the hypochlorous acid is utilized to destroy the molecular structure of hydrolysis products, the hydrolysis products are further oxidized and decomposed into water-soluble nontoxic inorganic substances, and then clear water is sprayed to wash; or the strong oxidizing property of the ozone water is utilized to decompose the pesticide, so that the effect of removing pesticide residues is achieved. The second is that the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber 1 is provided with a pesticide residue removing device for removing pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables, and the pesticide residue removing device comprises an ozone generator and/or an ultraviolet irradiation device. During actual design, the two pesticide residue removing modes can be simultaneously applied to the refrigerator.
Still further, the refrigerator also comprises a sensing device and a controller, the controller is connected with the sensing device, the detection device, the spraying device 4 and the solution mixing device and is connected with the controller, and the controller controls the working states of the spraying device 4 and the solution mixing device according to detection signals of the sensing device and the detection device 16. Wherein, induction system can adopt camera or pressure sensor etc. and the indoor image of fruit vegetables temporary storage is shot to the top that the room was kept in to the fruit vegetables to the camera, judges whether the fruit vegetables have been placed in the room is kept in to the fruit vegetables according to the image, and pressure sensor can detect the weight of room is kept in to the fruit vegetables, judges that the fruit vegetables room of keeping in has placed the fruit vegetables when weight exceedes to set for weight.
Furthermore, the controller is also connected with a display device 8, and the controller controls the display device 8 to send different indication signals according to the magnitude of the working parameters, so that a user can know the pesticide residue condition of the fruits and vegetables in time. In a preferred embodiment, the display device adopts an indicator light, and the correspondence between the indicator light and the detection result is shown in the following table.
It should be noted that, the liquid amount of pesticide residue liquid in the temporary fruit and vegetable storage chamber 1 is controlled by controlling the opening time of the spraying device 4, the set time range of the opening of the spraying device 4 can be designed to be 2 min-10 min, and the set time of the spraying device 4 for spraying clear water and removing pesticide residue liquid can be designed to be the same or different. The liquid level detector 13 is installed on the premixing chamber 19, the liquid level detector 13 detects the liquid level of the premixing chamber, the liquid inlet valve 10 is closed when the liquid level reaches the set height, and in order to control the liquid amount of pesticide residue liquid in the premixing chamber 19 conveniently, the first reactant is injected into the premixing chamber 19 after the liquid level of the premixing chamber 19 reaches the set height in the pesticide detection process. The opening/closing valves are installed at the outlets of the first storage tank 11 and the second storage tank 12, and the amount of the reactant to be added is controlled by controlling the opening time of the opening/closing valves, or flow meters may be installed at the outlets of the first storage tank 11 and the second storage tank 12 to control the amount of the reactant to be added.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention also provides a pesticide detection method of the refrigerator, which is executed by a controller and includes the following steps:
judging whether the temporary storage chamber 1 for fruits and vegetables is provided with fruits and vegetables or not through a detection signal sent by the sensing device, and entering a pesticide detection mode if the temporary storage chamber 1 for fruits and vegetables is provided with fruits and vegetables;
the pesticide detection mode comprises the following steps:
opening a spraying device 4 to spray clear water to the temporary fruit and vegetable storage chamber 1, opening a switch valve of a second storage tank 12 to inject a second reactant into the reaction chamber 17, enabling liquid flowing out of the temporary fruit and vegetable storage chamber 1 to enter a premixing chamber 19, opening the spraying device 4 to a set time, closing the switch valve of the second storage tank 12 after the second reactant reaches a set addition amount, and opening a heater 15 to heat the reaction chamber 17;
judging whether the liquid level of the premixing chamber 19 reaches a set height through a detection signal sent by the liquid level sensor 13, if so, closing the liquid inlet valve 10, discharging liquid flowing out of the temporary fruit and vegetable storage chamber 1 from the first pipeline 5, opening a switch valve of the first storage tank 11, injecting a first reactant into the premixing chamber 19, and closing the switch valve of the first storage tank 11 after the set addition amount is reached;
judging whether the actual temperature of the reaction chamber 17 reaches the set temperature, if so, closing the heater 15, opening the control valve 18 when the first reactant is added and the actual temperature of the reaction chamber 17 reaches the set temperature, and enabling the liquid in the premixing chamber 19 to enter the reaction chamber 17 to form a solution to be detected;
and starting the detection device 16 to detect the current of the solution to be detected, judging the pesticide concentration of the solution to be detected according to the current and controlling the display device 8 to send an indication signal.
Further, the pesticide detection method also comprises the following steps: after the pesticide concentration of the solution to be detected is judged according to the current, if the solution to be detected does not contain pesticides, the pesticide detection mode is exited, if the solution to be detected contains pesticides, whether a pesticide residue removal instruction input by a user is received or not is judged, if yes, the pesticide detection mode is entered after pesticide residue removal treatment is carried out, and the pesticide residue of the fruits and vegetables is detected again. Wherein, remove the incomplete processing of farming and include: opening a drain valve 20 to drain the solution in the reaction chamber 17, and starting a spraying device 4 to spray residual pesticide removing liquid to the temporary fruit and vegetable storage chamber 1 and/or starting a residual pesticide removing device for removing pesticide residues on the fruits and vegetables. In order to improve the utilization ratio of fruit vegetables room of keeping in, the fruit vegetables can be deposited in the fruit vegetables room of keeping in, before the detection signal that sends through induction system judges fruit vegetables room 1 of keeping in and has placed the fruit vegetables, judges earlier whether receive the incomplete detection command of farming of user input, if then opens induction system again, judges whether fruit vegetables room 1 of keeping in has placed the fruit vegetables through the detection signal that induction system sent. The command may be input to the controller by a user operating a remote controller, or a button connected to the controller, such as a pesticide residue removing button or a pesticide residue detecting button, may be provided on the refrigerator, and the corresponding command may be input to the controller by pressing a different button.

Claims (14)
1. Refrigerator with pesticide detects function, its characterized in that includes:
a temporary storage chamber for fruits and vegetables;
the spraying device is used for spraying clear water to the temporary fruit and vegetable storage chamber;
the solution mixing device is used for mixing a reactant with the liquid flowing out of the temporary storage chamber of the fruits and vegetables to form a solution to be detected;
and the detection device is used for detecting working parameters of the solution to be detected, wherein the working parameters are changed along with the concentration of the pesticide.
2. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the reactants comprise polyphenol oxidase and catechol, the operation parameter is electric current, and the solution mixing device comprises a heater for heating the solution to be measured.
3. The refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein the solution mixing device comprises: the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber is provided with a pre-mixing chamber for receiving a first reactant and flowing out of the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber, a first storage tank for providing the first reactant for the pre-mixing chamber, a reaction chamber for receiving a second reactant, a second storage tank for providing the second reactant for the reaction chamber, and a control valve separated between the pre-mixing chamber and the reaction chamber, wherein the heater provides heat for the reaction chamber, and the control valve is opened when the actual temperature of the reaction chamber reaches a set temperature;
the first reactant is one of polyphenol oxidase and catechol, and the second reactant is the other of polyphenol oxidase and catechol.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 3, wherein the temporary storage chamber is provided with a liquid discharge structure, an intermediate pipeline is arranged below a liquid discharge port of the liquid discharge structure, and the intermediate pipeline comprises: the liquid level control device comprises a first pipeline for discharging redundant liquid and a second pipeline connected with the premixing chamber, wherein an inlet of the second pipeline is positioned right below a liquid outlet, and a liquid inlet valve is mounted on the second pipeline and is closed when the liquid level in the premixing chamber reaches a set height.

The refrigerator of claim 4, wherein the liquid discharge structure comprises: the liquid discharging hole is distributed on the bottom plate of the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber, the liquid collecting groove is arranged below the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber, the liquid collecting groove is obliquely arranged, and the liquid discharging port is arranged at the lowest position of the liquid collecting groove.

The refrigerator of claim 4, wherein the liquid discharge structure comprises: the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber comprises a bottom plate and a height adjusting mechanism, wherein the bottom plate is movably arranged in the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber, the height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the bottom plate, and the liquid outlet is formed in the edge position of the bottom plate.
7. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying device is connected to a third storage tank for storing the de-farming residual liquid, and the spraying device can spray the de-farming residual liquid to the temporary storage chamber for fruits and vegetables.
8. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temporary storage chamber is provided with a pesticide residue removing device for removing pesticide residue on the fruits and vegetables.
9. The refrigerator of claim 8, wherein the pesticide residue removing device comprises an ozone generator and/or an ultraviolet irradiation device.

The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a sensing device for detecting whether the fruit and vegetable temporary storage chamber is provided with the fruit and vegetable, and a controller connected with the sensing device, wherein the controller controls the working states of the spraying device and the solution mixing device according to detection signals of the sensing device and the detecting device.
11. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 10, wherein a display device is further connected to the controller, and the controller controls the display device to emit different indication signals according to the magnitude of the operating parameter.
12. A pesticide detection method for a refrigerator employing the refrigerator of any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized by comprising the steps of:
judging whether the temporary storage chamber for the fruits and the vegetables is provided with the fruits and the vegetables or not, and if so, entering a pesticide detection mode;
the pesticide detection mode comprises the following steps:
spraying clear water to the temporary storage chamber for fruits and vegetables, and mixing a reactant and liquid flowing out of the temporary storage chamber for fruits and vegetables in the solution mixing device to form a solution to be detected;
and detecting working parameters of the solution to be detected, and judging the pesticide concentration of the solution to be detected according to the working parameters.
13. The method for detecting a pesticide according to claim 12, characterized by further comprising: after the pesticide concentration of the solution to be detected is judged according to the working parameters, if the solution to be detected contains pesticide, whether a pesticide residue removal instruction input by a user is received or not is judged, and if the solution to be detected contains pesticide, the pesticide residue removal processing is carried out, and then a pesticide detection mode is entered; the pesticide residue removing treatment comprises spraying pesticide residue removing liquid to the temporary storage chamber of the fruits and vegetables and/or starting a pesticide residue removing device for removing pesticide residues on the fruits and vegetables.
14. The method for detecting a pesticide according to claim 12, characterized by further comprising: and after the pesticide concentration of the solution to be detected is judged according to the working parameters, if the solution to be detected does not contain pesticide, the pesticide detection mode is exited.
