Description

Apparatus for measuring operating parameters of electronic device and measuring method thereof
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for measuring an operating parameter of an electronic device and a measuring method thereof, and also relates to an apparatus for measuring an operating parameter of a multi-pole circuit breaker and a measuring method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, an electronic device generally has only a single function of temperature value overrun alarm, that is, only a temperature value is measured and then compared with a set value, for example, if the set value is 140 degrees, then an alarm is given when the set value is 140 degrees.
However, in principle, the temperature rise is closely related to the magnitude of the current. Even if a fault condition has occurred (e.g., the screws are not tightened causing the conductor contact resistance to increase), the temperature does not rise to the previously mentioned set point for the temperature alarm, such as 140 degrees above, because the current does not reach a certain level. As such, the fault cannot be identified at the first time.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the method, the current value is used as another judgment basis by adding real-time electric quantity (current) measurement, so that early fault early warning can be given. For example, under normal conditions, the normal temperature rise corresponding to the current of 25A (the current actually measured by the present apparatus) should be 10 degrees, and if the measured and calculated temperature rise is 20 degrees, it is considered that the aforementioned fault may occur, i.e., the fault may be early warned under the condition of relatively small current or short temperature limit value.

the calculation control module calculates an actual temperature rise of each pole of the multipole circuit breaker based on the received absolute temperature of each pole and the ambient temperature;
the calculation control module compares the actual temperature rise of each pole to the temperature rise threshold.
18. The measurement method for measuring operational parameters of an electronic device according to claim 17, wherein
Setting an alarm unit and a wireless communication unit;
when the calculation control module judges that the value of the absolute temperature exceeds the absolute temperature threshold value, the alarm unit generates a first alarm signal, and the wireless communication unit transmits the first alarm signal in a wireless mode;
when the calculation control module judges that the actual temperature rise exceeds the temperature rise threshold value, the alarm unit generates a second alarm signal, and the wireless communication unit transmits the second alarm signal in a wireless mode.
