Abstract
The invention discloses a novel sealing form of a gate valve, which comprises a sealing groove formed by inwards sinking a valve frame part of the gate valve and a sealing body arranged in the sealing groove, wherein the sealing body is connected with inflation equipment through an inflation pipe and an inflation nozzle, so that when the gate valve is opened, the sealing body is in a non-inflation state; when the gate valve is closed, the inflation equipment pressurizes the sealing body to expand the sealing body and fill the gap between the valve frame and the valve plate, so that complete sealing is realized. The problem of damage to a sealing surface in the opening and closing processes of the gate valve is solved, and therefore the gate valve is guaranteed to keep zero leakage rate for a long time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel sealing form of a gate valve.
Background
At present, a gate valve is commonly adopted for a channel valve. The gate valve is divided into two parts, namely a valve frame and a valve plate, wherein the valve plate moves upwards when the valve is opened, and the valve plate moves downwards when the valve is closed. The main sealing forms of the gate valve are two. One is a hard seal: the sealing surface is made of copper or alloy; the other is soft sealing: and sealing by using a rubber ring. In the practical use of the gate valve, the gate valve is difficult to ensure zero leakage for a long time.
However, the following problems exist:
1. by adopting a hard sealing mode, sealing surfaces rub with each other for a long time in the opening and closing processes of the gate valve, and the sealing surfaces are abraded to cause water leakage of the gate valve;
2. the rubber ring sealing mode is adopted, the sealing ring is partially or completely exposed, and the valve plate is easy to damage the rubber ring in the opening and closing processes of the valve plate, so that the gate valve leaks water;
3. the gate valve with damaged sealing surface has large leakage environmental protection pressure, large sealing replacement difficulty and high cost.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a novel sealing form of the gate valve to solve the technical problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel sealing form of a gate valve, which solves the problem of damage to a sealing surface in the opening and closing processes of the gate valve, thereby ensuring that the gate valve keeps zero leakage rate for a long time.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a novel sealing form of a gate valve, which comprises a sealing groove formed by inwards recessing a valve frame part of the gate valve and a sealing body arranged in the sealing groove, wherein the sealing body is connected with inflation equipment through an inflation tube and an inflation nozzle, so that when the gate valve is opened, the sealing body is in a non-inflation state; when the gate valve is closed, the inflation equipment pressurizes the sealing body to expand the sealing body and fill the gap between the valve frame and the valve plate, so that complete sealing is realized.
Preferably, the height of the sealing body in the non-pressurized state is less than the depth of the sealing groove.
Preferably, the sealing body is detachably inserted into the sealing groove.
Preferably, the sealing body is a hollow elastomer and is inflatable.
Preferably, the inflation device is an air pump.
Preferably, the sealing body is connected with the water pump through a water filling pipe and a water valve.
According to the technical scheme, the novel sealing mode for realizing sealing through contraction and expansion of the sealing body is designed. The sealing body is a hollow elastic body and can be pressurized. In the non-pressurized state, the seal body is in a contracted state, and in the pressurized state, the seal body is expanded. The sealing groove is arranged at the sealing surface of the valve frame for preventing the displacement of the sealing body, and the sealing body is embedded into the sealing groove. In the opening and closing process of the gate valve, the valve plate does not contact with the sealing surface when moving, so that the sealing body is not damaged. When the valve plate is closed in place, the sealing body is inflated to fill the gap between the valve frame and the valve plate, so that the valve plate and the valve frame are completely sealed.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "inside, outside" and the like included in a term merely represent the orientation of the term in a conventional use state or a colloquial meaning understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the term.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a novel sealing form of a gate valve, which includes a sealing groove formed by inward recessing of a valve frame portion of the gate valve and a sealing body disposed in the sealing groove, and the sealing body is connected to an inflation device through an inflation tube and an inflation nozzle, so that when the gate valve is opened, the sealing body is in a non-inflation state (as shown in fig. 2); when the gate valve is closed, the inflation equipment pressurizes the sealing body to expand the sealing body and fill the gap between the valve frame and the valve plate, so that complete sealing is realized (as shown in fig. 3).
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the valve plate does not contact with the sealing surface when moving in the opening and closing processes of the gate valve, so as to ensure that the sealing body is not damaged and prolong the service life of the sealing body, the sealing body is preferably in a non-charging state and has a height smaller than the depth of the sealing groove.
In the use, in order to facilitate the change sealing body, guarantee best sealed effect, preferably the sealing body detachably inlays in the seal groove.
In addition, in order to facilitate the production and processing of the sealing body and the material taking, the sealing body is a hollow elastic body and can be pressurized.

A novel sealing form of a gate valve is characterized by comprising a sealing groove formed by inwards sinking a valve frame part of the gate valve and a sealing body arranged in the sealing groove, wherein the sealing body is connected with inflation equipment through an inflation tube and an inflation nozzle, so that when the gate valve is opened, the sealing body is in a non-inflation state; when the gate valve is closed, the inflation equipment pressurizes the sealing body to expand the sealing body and fill the gap between the valve frame and the valve plate, so that complete sealing is realized.
2. The novel form of sealing of a gate valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein the seal body is at a non-pressurized height less than the depth of the seal groove.
3. The novel seal form of a gate valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seal body is removably inserted into the seal groove.
4. The novel form of sealing of a gate valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein the seal is a hollow elastomer and is inflatable.
5. The novel seal form of a gate valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the inflation device is an air pump.
6. The novel sealing form of the gate valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing body is connected with the water pump through a water filling pipe and a water valve.
