Preferably, at least two outer sealing ribs are provided.
Preferably, the bidirectional oil return lines are provided with multiple groups.
Preferably, the bidirectional oil return lines consist of clockwise oil return lines and anticlockwise oil return lines, and the total number of the clockwise oil return lines and the anticlockwise oil return lines is 10-16.
Preferably, the rubber member is further formed with a dust lip along an inner wall of the support portion of the metal skeleton.
Preferably, the sealing lip is made of a rubber material.
The invention provides a bidirectional rotary sealing high-rotating-speed oil seal which comprises a metal framework and a rubber part, wherein a sealing lip in contact with a shaft is entirely made of rubber and is not provided with a clamping spring; when the oil seal works, the sealing lip forms a contact surface with a certain width on the shaft, the part of the sealing lip, which is in contact with the shaft, is designed with an inner sealing rib, an outer sealing rib and a bidirectional oil return line, the inner sealing rib and the outer sealing rib play a sealing role when the shaft is static and operates, the bidirectional oil return line plays a role in pumping oil and sealing when the shaft operates, and even if the shaft rotates at a high rotating speed and in two directions, the sealing on the sealing lip and oil pumping elements play a role to form effective sealing. The oil seal is different from the traditional design of the oil seal with the tightening spring, the sealing lip is made of pure rubber, the holding force of the sealing lip to a shaft is small, effective sealing is formed, the friction is low, bidirectional high-speed rotation can be simultaneously met, the forward and reverse rotation occasions are not distinguished, and the linear speed can reach 60 m/s.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a bidirectional rotary seal high-speed oil seal according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a bidirectional rotary sealing high-rotation-speed oil seal, which comprises a metal framework 1 and a rubber part 2, wherein the metal framework 1 is of an annular structure with an opening in the middle, and a supporting part 11 extending out of the middle of the opening is arranged on the inner wall of the metal framework 1; rubber spare 2 vulcanizes around metal framework 1 to be formed with seal lip 21 along the supporting portion 11 inner wall of metal framework 1, seal lip 21 is parallel with metal framework 1, and the medial surface of seal lip 21 is kept away from 2 one ends of rubber spare and is equipped with annular inboard sealing rib 22, and the medial surface of seal lip 21 is close to 2 one ends of rubber spare and is equipped with annular outside sealing rib 23.
In a specific embodiment, at least two outer sealing ribs 23 are provided, and three or four rings of annular outer sealing ribs 23 can be adopted according to different shaft diameters and required holding force.
In the specific embodiment, two-way oil return lines 24 are uniformly distributed on the inner side surface of the sealing lip 21 at positions between the inner sealing rib 22 and the outer sealing rib 23. The number of sets of two-way return lines 24 varies depending on the size of the shaft diameter. Each group of bidirectional oil return lines 24 consists of clockwise oil return lines and anticlockwise oil return lines, and the total number of the clockwise oil return lines and the anticlockwise oil return lines is 10-16.
In the embodiment, the rubber member 2 is further formed with a dust lip 25 along the inner wall of the support portion 11 of the metal skeleton 1. The dust lip 25 functions to seal dust. In the occasion of little dust, the dust-proof lip can be omitted.
The invention is composed of a metal framework 1 and a rubber part 2, wherein a sealing lip 21 contacted with a shaft is entirely composed of rubber without a tightening spring; when the oil seal works, the sealing lip 21 forms a contact surface with a certain width on a shaft, the part of the sealing lip 21, which is in contact with the shaft, is provided with an inner sealing rib 22, an outer sealing rib 23 and a bidirectional oil return line 24, the inner sealing rib 22 and the outer sealing rib 23 play a sealing role when the shaft is static and operates, the bidirectional oil return line 24 plays a role in pumping oil and sealing when the shaft operates, and even if the shaft rotates at a high rotating speed and bidirectionally, the sealing on the sealing lip 21 and oil pumping elements also play a role to form effective sealing. The oil seal is different from the traditional oil seal with a clamping spring, the sealing lip 21 is made of pure rubber, the holding force of the sealing lip to a shaft is small, and the friction is low while effective sealing is formed.
The invention can be used for bidirectional rotary sealing in the automobile industry, such as a gearbox output shaft. The bidirectional rotating speed reducer is particularly suitable for occasions of high-speed bidirectional rotation, such as input shaft sealing of an electric automobile speed reducer, occasions of high-rotating-speed bidirectional rotation in the general machinery industry of subways, high-speed rails and the like, and occasions of importance that forward and reverse directions of an automatic driving automobile are not distinguished and are equal are used in the future.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
