Claims (10)
1. A sewage pump device with sundries smashing function comprises a base (1), wherein a sewage pump main body (2) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1) through bolts, a cutting and smashing mechanism (5) is connected to a water inlet of the sewage pump main body (2) through a flange (3), and the sewage pump device is characterized in that the cutting and smashing mechanism (5) comprises a cutting box body (9), a smashing component arranged inside the cutting box body (9) and a transmission component arranged on the outer wall of the cutting box body (9), side covers (11) are fixed on the outer walls of two sides of the cutting box body (9) through bolts, the smashing component comprises a first cutting roller (14), a second cutting roller (17) and a cutting shaft (19), the two cutting shafts (19) are rotationally connected to the inner wall of the cutting box body (9), the first cutting roller (14) is sleeved on the outer wall of one of the cutting shafts (19), the other cutting shaft (19) is movably connected to the inner wall of the second cutting roller (17) through a key-shaped bulge (20) arranged on the outer wall of the first cutting roller (14), cutter grooves (15) in a circular array are formed in the inner wall of the first cutting roller (14), chamfers are arranged on the side walls of the cutter grooves (15), cutters (16) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the cutter grooves (15) are welded on the outer wall of the second cutting roller (17), a rotary table (13) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the second cutting roller (17) through bolts, a circular arc bulge (12) in a circular array is welded on the outer wall of the rotary table (13), a circular arc bulge (18) is welded on the outer wall of one side, close to the circular arc bulge (12), of the circular arc bulge (12), and a spring I (21).
2. The sewage pump device with the sundry smashing function according to claim 1, wherein balls are embedded in the arc-shaped side wall of the second arc-shaped protrusion (18).

The sewage pump device with the sundry smashing function according to the claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a motor (6) and gears (10), the two gears (10) are connected to the outer walls of the two cutting shafts (19) through keys respectively, and the two gears (10) are meshed with each other.

The sewage pump device with the sundries crushing function according to claim 3, wherein the outer wall of one of the cutting shafts (19) and the outer wall of the output shaft of the motor (6) are connected with belt wheels (8) through keys, the two belt wheels (8) are in transmission fit through a synchronous belt (7), and the motor (6) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1) through bolts.

The sewage pump device with the sundries crushing function according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of one side of the cutting and crushing mechanism (5) is connected with a pre-processing mechanism (4) through a flange (3), the pre-processing mechanism (4) comprises a first pipeline (22), a second pipeline (26) and a third pipeline (27), and blocking rods (24) which are arranged in a staggered mode are welded on the inner wall of the third pipeline (27).
6. The sewage pump apparatus with a debris crushing function according to claim 5, wherein the blocking rod (24) is inclined toward the water inlet.
7. The sewage pump device with the sundry crushing function as claimed in claim 5, wherein the inner wall of the first pipeline (22) is welded with helical blades (23).
8. The sewage pump device with the sundry smashing function according to claim 5, wherein a self-suction assembly (25) is arranged on the inner wall of the second pipeline (26), the self-suction assembly (25) comprises a sliding rod (30) and a support (32), a uniform water permeable hole (33) is formed in the inner wall of the second pipeline (26), the sliding rod (30) is connected to the inner wall of the second pipeline (26) in a sliding mode, and the support (32) is welded to the outer wall of the sliding rod (30).
9. The sewage pump device with the sundry crushing function according to claim 8, characterized in that plugs (31) corresponding to the positions of the water permeable holes (33) in number are fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the bracket (32).
10. The sewage pump device with the sundry crushing function according to claim 8, wherein a limiting plate (29) is fixed on the outer wall of the other side of the sliding rod (30) through a bolt, and a second spring (28) is arranged on the outer wall of the limiting plate (29) on the side opposite to the second pipeline (26).
