The specific shape of the connecting column 15 is not limited, and may be, for example, a straight rod, a bent rod, or the like, and is not limited herein as long as it can fixedly connect the sliding bracket 25 with the guide base body.
The application of the clothes drying device 1 of the embodiment of the present application is not limited, for example, the guiding seat body can be directly installed in a common wardrobe for home use, or can be installed in a display cabinet of a shop, etc.
The present embodiment will be described taking as an example the application of the clothes drying device 1 to a clothes care machine.
Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a clothes care machine, which includes a machine body 21, a door 22, and any one of the clothes drying devices 1 described above. The body 21 has a drying chamber 211, an air inlet 212, and an air outlet 213, and the front side of the drying chamber 211 is open; a transverse first side of the machine body 21 is rotatably connected with the door body 22 to selectively open or close the opening of the machine body 21; the clothes drying device 1 is provided at the top side of the laundry drying cavity 211, and a plurality of hanging structures are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction of the machine body 21, that is, the longitudinal direction of the drawer body is in the front-rear direction of the machine body 21. When the drawer is pulled out to the front side of the body 21, the drawer is shifted to the second side of the body 21, that is, to the side away from the rotational connection between the door 22 and the body 21.
The clothes care machine of this application embodiment hangs the clothing 32 of treating the stoving in dry clothing chamber 211 and hangs the stoving, avoids adopting the drying methods of drum-type, consequently can reduce the damage to clothing 32, and clothing 32 after drying can not fold, twine moreover.
Exemplarily, the working principle of the laundry care machine is as follows: an air duct component and a heating element are arranged inside the clothes care machine, the heating element heats air flow in the air duct component, and heated drying hot air flow enters the clothes drying cavity 211 from the air inlet 212; in the drying cavity 211, the dry hot air flows across the surface of the wet clothes to exchange heat and moisture with the wet clothes, absorbs moisture in the clothes, changes into low-temperature humid air, and is discharged out of the drying cavity 211 through the air outlet 213; the low temperature wet air returns to the air duct assembly for dehumidification to become dry air, and the dry air is heated by the heating element to become hot dry air flow which enters the clothes drying cavity 211 through the air inlet 212. The clothes are continuously and efficiently dried by the aid of the circulating operation.
Referring to fig. 7, in the related art, the inner side of the door 22 has a protrusion 221 protruding toward the clothes drying cavity 211, and after the door 22 is opened for a certain angle, the protrusion 221 still shields a part of the clothes and is easy to interfere with the clothes.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment, taking the right side of the door 22 rotatably connected to the right side of the body 21 as an example, after the door is opened, the door 22 is located at the right side of the cabinet, and the drawing body is shifted to the left of the body 21 during the drawing process, so as to prevent the clothes 32 from colliding with the protrusion 221 of the door 22 and prevent the protrusion 221 of the door 22 from shielding part of the clothes 32.
In an embodiment, when the drawing main body is in a normal working position, please refer to fig. 8, that is, in a position where the drawing main body is not drawn, the plurality of suspension structures are linearly arranged along the front-rear direction of the machine body 21, so that the clothes 32 can be substantially equal to the inner walls of the clothes drying cavities 211 on the left and right sides, and the size of the machine body 21 in the left-right direction can be smaller under the condition that the clothes 32 are prevented from being scratched by the inner walls on the left and right sides.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the clothes care machine includes a driving mechanism 23, a support 24 and a sliding bracket 25 disposed at the top outer side of the machine body 21, that is, the driving mechanism 23, the support 24 and the sliding bracket 25 are all located at the top outer side of the machine body 21. The body 21 is provided with a mounting hole, and the connecting column 15 passes through the mounting hole and is fixedly connected with the sliding bracket 25. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the sliding bracket 25 is movably supported on the support 24; the driving mechanism 23 drives the sliding bracket 25 to vibrate the drawer body. Therefore, the clothes 32 can shake in the clothes drying cavity 211, dust and flock on the surface of the clothes 32 can be removed, the clothes 32 can shake and disperse in the drying process, and the ironing effect of the clothes 32 can be realized in the high-temperature steam environment. Furthermore, during the shaking process of the clothes 32, the air flow around the clothes 32 can be disturbed, so that the air flow takes away the water vapor on the surface of the clothes 32, and the drying speed of the clothes 32 is accelerated.
The vibration direction of the driving mechanism 23 driving the sliding bracket 25 is not limited, and may be one or more directions of the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction, or the height direction of the body 21. Illustratively, in some embodiments, the sliding bracket 25 oscillates back and forth in only one direction, e.g., only in the lateral direction, or only in the longitudinal direction, or only in the height direction. In other embodiments, the sliding bracket 25 oscillates back and forth in two directions, for example, in both the lateral and longitudinal directions, or in both the lateral and height directions, or in both the longitudinal and height directions. In still other embodiments, the sliding bracket 25 vibrates in three directions, i.e., the lateral direction, the longitudinal direction, and the height direction.
Referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment of the present application, the driving mechanism 23 drives the sliding bracket 25 to drive the drawing body to vibrate along the front-back direction of the machine body 21. Specifically, since the clothes 32 are sequentially placed along the front and rear direction of the machine body 21, when the machine body 21 vibrates along the front and rear direction, the clothes 32 have a large windward area, which can disturb the surrounding air flow to a large extent and accelerate the exchange rate of the water vapor and the hot air flow on the surface of the clothes 32.
The specific structure of the support 24 is not limited as long as it can provide a sliding support for the sliding bracket 25. For example, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 13, the number of the supports 24 is at least two, the supports 24 have through holes 24a, the through holes 24a of the two supports 24 are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the sliding support 25 are slidably inserted into the corresponding through holes 24 a. The specific shape of the through hole 24a is not limited, and may be circular, polygonal, elliptical, etc., and the shape of the through hole 24a substantially matches the shape of the end of the sliding bracket 25.
The specific structure of the driving mechanism 23 is not limited, for example, the driving motor 231 is a motor and link structure, and the sliding bracket 25 is driven to vibrate by the link mechanism.
Referring to fig. 13, in an embodiment, the driving mechanism 23 includes a motor 231 and a cam 232, the motor 231 drives the cam 232 to rotate, and the cam 232 drives the sliding bracket 25 to vibrate. Compared with the embodiment of the link mechanism, the cam 232 has the advantages of simple and compact structure, convenient design and reliable motion mode.
It should be noted that the cam 232 may drive the sliding bracket 25 to move in one direction, and in this embodiment, the driving mechanism 23 further includes an elastic restoring member, and the elastic restoring member drives the sliding bracket 25 to move in the opposite direction, that is, the cam 232 and the elastic restoring member together realize the reciprocating vibration of the sliding bracket 25.
In one embodiment, the cam 232 drives the sliding bracket 25 to reciprocate, i.e., without the cooperation of the resilient return member described above. Specifically, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the sliding bracket 25 is formed with an avoidance area 25a for avoiding the cam 232, the sliding bracket 25 is provided with abutting protrusions 251 extending into the avoidance area 25a on two opposite sides of the avoidance area 25a, and the cam 232 sequentially pushes the two abutting protrusions 251 to move in the rotating process, so that the sliding bracket 25 can be driven to reciprocate bidirectionally.
The specific configuration of the cam 232 is not limited. For example, referring to fig. 13 and 14, cam 232 includes a plurality of protrusions 2321, a recessed area 232a is formed between two adjacent protrusions 2321, and during the rotation of cam 232, the plurality of protrusions 2321 sequentially push against protrusion 251. Specifically, when one of the protruding portions 2321 is in contact with one of the abutment projections 251, the other abutment projection 251 is located in the corresponding recessed region 232 a.
The specific number of protrusions 2321 is not limited, for example, in an embodiment, the number of protrusions 2321 is odd and the plurality of protrusions 2321 are rotationally symmetric, and the two abutting protrusions 251 are arranged along a straight line. In this way, it can be ensured that one of the two abutment projections 251 is located in the corresponding recessed region 232a when the other is in contact with the projecting portion 2321.
Referring to fig. 14, in an embodiment of the present application, the number of the protruding portions 2321 is 3. So, both can guarantee that depressed area 232a has great region, avoid butt arch 251 jamming at depressed area 232a, here, rotate the round when cam 232, can drive sliding support 25 reciprocal vibration 3 times for motor 231 can make sliding support 25 have relatively great vibration frequency with less rotational speed. It is understood that in this embodiment, the number of reciprocating vibrations of the sliding bracket 25 is the same as the number of the protrusions 2321, and the larger the number of the protrusions 2321 is, the larger the number of reciprocating vibrations of the sliding bracket 25 is during one rotation of the cam 232.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 13, the cam 232 further includes a flange 2322 protruding from the bottom end of the protrusion 2321, and the flange 2322 slidably abuts against the bottom surface of the abutting protrusion 251. The flange 2322 plays a role in guiding and limiting the rotation of the cam 232, and prevents the cam 232 from being separated from the sliding bracket 25 from the upper side.
In the embodiment of the present application, with continuing reference to fig. 13, the motor 231 is configured with the speed reducing device 2311, and a motor shaft of the motor 231 can be arranged along the transverse direction of the machine body 21, so that torque steering is realized through the speed reducing device 2311, and therefore, the rotation axis of the cam 232 can be realized along the height direction of the machine body 21.
The motor 231 may be directly connected to the body 21, or may be indirectly mounted to the body 21 through another structure. For example, referring to fig. 11 and 13, in one embodiment, the clothes care machine includes a motor bracket 27, the motor bracket 27 is fixedly connected to the machine body 21, and the motor 231 is mounted on the motor bracket 27.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the laundry care machine further includes a flexible sealing member 26, a bottom end of the flexible sealing member 26 is hermetically enclosed around the mounting hole on the outer side of the machine body 21, and a top end of the flexible sealing member 26 is hermetically sleeved on the circumferential surface of the connecting column 15. The flexible sealing member 26 can seal around the mounting hole, so that the connecting column 15 can be ensured to vibrate in the mounting hole in a reciprocating manner, meanwhile, the sealing performance of the mounting hole is ensured, and air leakage of air flow in the clothes drying cavity 211 from the mounting hole is prevented.
The specific structure of the flexible sealing element 26 is not limited, and in an embodiment, the flexible sealing element 26 has a corrugated structure arranged along the extending direction of the connecting column 15, so as to seal and meet the vibration condition of the connecting column 15.
It should be noted that the specific shape of the mounting hole is not limited as long as the mounting hole has a space for the connecting column 15 to vibrate back and forth. For example, in one embodiment, the mounting hole is a substantially kidney-shaped hole extending in the front-rear direction of the body 21.
In order to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the laundry care machine, a decoration cover 28 may be disposed on the top of the machine body 21 to cover the components such as the driving mechanism 23 and the sliding bracket 25 from being exposed to the outside, so as to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the laundry care machine.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
