For example, referring to fig. 5, the deformation cavity 6a is open toward the door body 1, so that the structure of the cushion pad 6 is simpler, the cushion pad 6 is conveniently molded and manufactured, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the cushion pad 6 has a tapered concave surface 6b, referring to fig. 8, one side of the magnetic attraction sheet 41 facing the door body 1 has a tapered convex portion 411, and the tapered convex portion 411 is matched with the tapered concave surface 6 b. The cooperation of the conical concave surface 6b and the conical convex part 411 plays a good guiding role for the magnetic attraction piece 41, so that the magnetic attraction piece 41 can be rapidly and accurately reset, and the magnetic attraction piece 41 is prevented from deflecting on the surface of the door body 1. Specifically, the magnetic attraction piece 41 is driven to reset by the elastic resetting piece, and the elastic resetting piece is flexibly connected with the magnetic attraction piece 41, so that the elastic resetting piece cannot independently complete accurate positioning of the reset position of the magnetic attraction piece 41. In the above embodiment, when the magnetic attraction piece 41 is slightly deviated from the preset position, the magnetic attraction piece 41 can automatically swing under the guiding action of the tapered convex part 411 and the tapered concave surface 6b, and can be ensured to be located at the same position after each reset.
The specific configuration of the cushion pad 6 is not limited. Specifically, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the cushion 6 includes a sleeve portion 61, a first flange 62, a tapered portion 63, and a second flange 64. The sleeve portion 61 is bored in the through hole 102, and a circumferential surface of the sleeve portion 61 abuts on an inner wall of the through hole 102. The first flange 62 protrudes from the end of the first end of the sleeve portion 61, and the first flange 62 is located in the accommodating chamber 101 and abuts against the periphery of the through hole 102, so that the first flange 62 can prevent the cushion 6 from being separated from the door body 1. The tapered portion 63 extends outward from the end of the second end of the sleeve portion 61, and the surface of the tapered portion 63 on the side away from the door body 1 constitutes the tapered concave surface 6b described above. The second flange 64 extends from the extending end of the tapered portion 63 toward the door body 1, and abuts against the outer surface of the door body 1. The cone portion 63 and the second flange 64 together enclose the deformation cavity 6a described above.
The cushion pad 6 may be directly clamped on the door body 1, or may be connected on the door body 1 by means of bonding, screw connection, or the like, without limitation.
Illustratively, the cushion 6 is a one-piece structure. The material of the cushion pad 6 is not limited as long as it has a cushioning effect, and examples thereof include, but are not limited to, rubber-based materials, synthetic resin-based materials, and the like.
In one embodiment, the moving stroke of the magnetic attraction piece 41 is not more than 10 mm. On one hand, the control of the motion stroke of the magnetic attraction piece 41 is convenient; on the other hand, the gap between the door body 1 and the cabinet 2 is not too large, and the safety of the clothes treatment equipment is ensured.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment where the second magnetic component 5 can move along the extending direction of the door hook 11, a specific scheme for implementing the movement of the second magnetic component 5 may refer to the movement implementation manner of the first magnetic component 4. For example, the second magnetic attraction component 5 can adopt the structure form of the magnetic attraction piece and the elastic restoring piece in the first magnetic attraction component 4.
In order to facilitate a user to open the door body 1, that is, the clothes treatment equipment is switched from the primary opening state to the secondary opening state, in an embodiment, the clothes treatment equipment comprises a door opening key and a controller, when the door opening key is triggered, the controller controls the electromagnet to be powered off, the magnetic attraction piece 41 is separated from the second magnetic attraction component 5, and the user can slightly open the door body 1.
The specific type of the door opening key is not limited, and the door opening key may be a mechanical key, a touch screen, or a virtual selection key on a display screen, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The setting position of the door opening key is not limited, and the door opening key can be arranged on the door body 1 or the case 2. For example, in one embodiment, the operating panel is disposed on the chassis 2.
An embodiment of the present application provides any one of the above door opening control methods for a laundry processing apparatus, please refer to fig. 9, including the following steps:
s1: confirming the end of the current washing program. It should be noted that the washing process in this embodiment refers to a process that can be started only when the door 1 is required to seal the laundry loading opening 2 a. Illustratively, the washing program includes: soaking, cleaning, dehydrating and the like.
S2: controlling the door lock mechanism 3 to release the door hook 11 and open the door body 1, and keeping the electromagnet electrified so as to automatically switch the clothes treatment equipment from a fully closed state to a primary opening state;
s3: and controlling the electromagnet to be powered off under the condition that a preset condition is met, so that the clothes treatment equipment is switched from a primary starting state to a secondary starting state. That is, the laundry treating apparatus controls the electromagnet to be powered off on the premise that the preset condition is satisfied.
The preset condition is a control basis for controlling the electromagnet to be powered off, and in one embodiment, the preset condition includes one or more of the following conditions:
the time that the clothes treatment equipment is in a first-level starting state is more than a preset value; or the like, or, alternatively,
receiving a door opening instruction; or
Separation of the first and second magnetically attractive components 4, 5 is detected.
It should be noted that the electromagnet can be controlled to be powered off as long as any preset condition is met.
Specifically, after the washing program of the clothes treatment equipment is finished, when a user needs to open the door body 1 in time, the user can input a door opening instruction, the electromagnet is powered off, the clothes treatment equipment is automatically switched from a first-stage opening state to a second-stage opening state, and at the moment, the user can take out clothes.
The input mode of the door opening instruction is not limited, for example, the user presses a door opening key arranged on the case 2 or the door body 1, and the door opening key is triggered, that is, the door opening instruction is generated. Or the wireless signal is a door opening instruction and is remotely input by the user and represents the door opening.
When the time that the clothes treatment equipment is in the primary opening state is greater than the preset value, namely, the user does not open the door body 1 within the preset time, the electromagnet is automatically controlled to be powered off. The preset value can be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset value is set to 0.5 hour, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and the like. When the user does not open the door body 1, the clothes treatment equipment delays to power off the electromagnet, and unnecessary electric energy loss caused by long-time electrification is avoided. It should be noted that, in the laundry treating apparatus with the drying function, the preset value is greater than the time required by the drying program, so as to ensure the safety of the laundry treating apparatus.
In some cases, when the user forgets to input the door opening instruction or the clothes treatment device is not equipped with a function for the user to input the door opening instruction, the user may forcibly open the door body 1, and when the acting force applied by the user is greater than the attractive force between the first magnetic attraction assembly 4 and the second magnetic attraction assembly 5, the door body 1 is opened, and the clothes treatment device is switched from the primary opening state to the secondary opening state. When the first magnetic attraction component 4 and the second magnetic attraction component 5 are separated, the clothes treatment equipment is in a secondary opening state, and therefore the electromagnet can be powered off at the moment.
It should be noted that, only one of the preset conditions in the three embodiments may be used, any two of the preset conditions may be used, or all three of the preset conditions may be used, which is not limited herein.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.

Claims (14)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
the clothes drying machine comprises a machine box (2), wherein a clothes throwing-in opening (2a) is formed in one side of the machine box (2);
the door body (1), the door body (1) is rotatably connected with the case (2), and the door body (1) is provided with a door hook (11);
the door lock mechanism (3), the said door lock mechanism (3) is set up on the said chassis (2);
the door comprises a first magnetic suction component (4) arranged on the door body (1) and a second magnetic suction component (5) arranged on the case (2), wherein the first magnetic suction component (4) and/or the second magnetic suction component (5) can move along the extending direction of the door hook (11);
in a fully closed state, the door lock mechanism (3) locks the door hook (11);
in a first-stage opening state, the door lock mechanism (3) releases the door hook (11) and opens the door body (1) to form a gap between the door body (1) and the clothes throwing opening (2a), and the first magnetic suction assembly (4) and the second magnetic suction assembly (5) are kept attracted;
and in a secondary opening state, the first magnetic component (4) and the second magnetic component (5) are separated.
2. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the first magnetic attraction assembly (4) comprises a magnetic attraction sheet (41) and an elastic restoring member, and the magnetic attraction sheet (41) is abutted against the surface of the door body (1) under the action of the elastic restoring member.

The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the door body (1) has a containing cavity (101) and a through hole (102) communicated with the containing cavity (101), a first end of the elastic reset piece is located in the containing cavity (101) and connected with the door body (1), and the other end of the elastic reset piece passes through the through hole (102) and is connected with the magnetic suction sheet (41).
4. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, comprising a guide member extending in a displacement direction of the elastic restoring member, the elastic restoring member being supported on the guide member.

The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the elastic return member is a spring (42), the guide member is a rod (7), and the spring (42) is sleeved on the rod (7); or the elastic reset piece is a rubber strip, the guide piece is a supporting plate, and the rubber strip is supported on the supporting plate.

The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the laundry processing apparatus comprises a fixed length rope (8), a first end of the fixed length rope (8) is connected with the door body (1), a second end of the fixed length rope (8) is connected with the magnetic suction sheet (41), and the fixed length rope (8) is tensioned when a distance between the magnetic suction sheet (41) and the surface of the door body (1) reaches a preset value.

The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that a first end of the fixed length rope (8) is located in the accommodating cavity (101) and connected with the door body (1), and a second end of the fixed length rope (8) is arranged in the through hole (102) in a penetrating manner.
8. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the elastic restoring member is a spring (42), and the fixed length rope (8) is disposed in the spring (42).
9. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the laundry processing apparatus comprises a cushion pad (6), and at least a part of the structure of the cushion pad (6) is arranged between the magnetic suction sheet (41) and the surface of the door body (1).
10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that the buffer pad (6) has a deformation cavity (6a), the deformation cavity (6a) surrounding the through hole (102).
11. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein one of the first and second magnetically attracting members is an electromagnet, and the other is a permanent magnet or a ferromagnetic member made of a ferromagnetic material.
12. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 11, comprising a door opening key and a controller, wherein the controller controls the electromagnet to be powered off when the door opening key is activated.
13. A door opening control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein one of the first and second magnetically attracting members is an electromagnet, and the other is a permanent magnet or a ferromagnetic member made of a ferromagnetic material, the door opening control method comprising the steps of:
confirming the end of the washing program;
controlling the door lock mechanism (3) to release the door hook (11) and open the door body (1), and keeping the electromagnet electrified so as to automatically switch the clothes treatment equipment from a fully closed state to a primary opening state;
and controlling the electromagnet to be powered off under the condition that a preset condition is met, so that the clothes treatment equipment is switched from a primary starting state to a secondary starting state.
14. The door opening control method of claim 13, wherein the preset conditions include one or more of the following conditions:
the time that the clothes treatment equipment is in a first-level starting state is more than a preset value; or the like, or, alternatively,
receiving a door opening instruction; or
Detecting that the first magnetic attraction component (4) and the second magnetic attraction component (5) are separated.
