Description

Method for manufacturing bag opening for containing zipper
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of garment processing, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing a pocket opening for a zipper.
Background
The pocket is an important constituent element of the garment, the structure and the process quality of the pocket are important standards for measuring the quality of the garment, so that the sewing process of the pocket is high in requirement, and parts needing fine operation often need to spend much time and energy of workers. With the increase of the variety and style of clothes, the pocket has various changes. The zipper has the function of convenient closing, can effectively prevent articles in the bag mouth from sliding off and is commonly used for the bag mouth of a pocket. The manufacturing method of the conventional zipper pocket comprises the following steps: 1. pasting lining cloth at the position of the bag opening on the reverse side of the fabric; 2. drawing the positions of the pockets on the front side of the fabric; 3. opening the bag opening by using scissors; 4. buckling and ironing the bag opening; 5. a zipper is arranged and the open line is seen. The sewing method has the following defects in the actual operation process: firstly, the two ends of the bag opening are cut off and then buckled and scalded, so that hair dew is easy to occur; secondly, the quality of the pocket mouth is determined by the quality of the button ironing quality, and the pocket mouth is not square due to the phenomenon that the button ironing is not solid or the fabric is burnt or the technical problem is caused because the temperature of the iron is not suitable; thirdly, the ironing links are multiple, the whole process is complicated, the efficiency is low, and the energy is consumed.
In view of the above-mentioned prior art, there is a need for a reasonable improvement in the method of making the zipper-holding pocket. The applicant has therefore made an advantageous design, in the context of which the solution to be described below is made.

s3) the zipper is turned for 180 degrees around the sewing thread sewn in the step S2), so that the pocket mouth line at the upper cloth end of the zipper is aligned with the upper end thread of the fabric and sewn, and two ends of the sewing thread are back-stitched;
s4) cutting along the bag opening line in the step S1), and cutting two ends into Y-shaped cuts to form a bag opening;
s5) turning the zipper from the bag opening mouth to the back side of the fabric;
s6) turning the cloth on one side cut at the opening of the cloth bag inwards to make the front side attached to the front side of the corresponding cloth belt of the zipper, respectively corresponding the two ends of one of the cloth sewing lines of the cloth to the end parts of one side of the two width lines of the zipper and leveling, and sewing the presser foot close to the edge of the zipper sawteeth from the back side of the cloth;
s7) by adopting the same method as the S6), the other side of the cloth cut at the opening of the cloth is turned inwards to make the front side of the cloth belt corresponding to the zipper adhere to the front side of the zipper, the two ends of the other cloth thread of the cloth are respectively corresponding to the other side ends of the two width threads of the zipper and are leveled, and the presser foot is sewn close to the edge of the sawtooth of the zipper from the back side of the cloth;
s8) visible lines are seen on the front side of the fabric along the bag opening;
s9) is completed.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the distance from the upper stop to the lower stop is an effective length of the zipper, the length of the rectangular pocket is the width of one sewing machine presser foot extending from each side of the effective length of the zipper, and the width is the width of one sewing machine presser foot extending from each side of the sawtooth width of the zipper.
In another specific embodiment of the invention, the one sewing machine presser foot is a 0.3cm or 0.2cm presser foot.

s2) placing the back side of the zipper 1 upwards on the front side of the fabric 2, wherein the upper cloth end pocket line 101 of the zipper 1 and the upper end line 21 of the fabric 2 are respectively positioned at two sides of the presser foot, the lower cloth end pocket line 102 of the zipper 1 is aligned with the lower end line 22 of the fabric 2 and sewn, and two ends of the sewing line are back-stitched as shown in fig. 4;
s3) turning the slide fastener 1 by 180 degrees around the sewing thread sewn in the step S2) so that the upper cloth end pocket thread 101 of the slide fastener 1 is aligned with the upper end thread 21 of the fabric 2 and sewn, and sewing threads with two ends back-stitched as shown in fig. 5;
s4) cutting along the bag opening line in the step S1), cutting two ends of the bag into Y-shaped cut bags to form bag openings, and forming the bag openings as shown in FIG. 6;
s5) turning the zipper 1 inwards to the reverse side of the fabric 2 from the opening pocket, as shown in figure 7;
s6) turning the cloth on the cut side of the pocket of the cloth 2 inward to make the front side attached to the front side of the corresponding cloth belt 16 of the zipper 1, leveling the two ends of one of the cloth stitches 23 of the cloth 2 corresponding to the end parts of one side of the two width lines of the zipper 1, sewing the presser foot close to the edge of the zipper saw teeth from the back side of the cloth 2, as shown in fig. 8;
s7) in the same way as S6, the other side of the cloth cut at the opening of the fabric 2 is turned inside out to make the front side of the cloth belt 16 corresponding to the zipper 1, the two ends of the other fabric stitch 23 of the fabric 2 are respectively corresponding to the other side ends of the two width lines of the zipper 1 and are leveled, and the presser foot is sewn close to the edge of the zipper saw teeth from the back side of the fabric 2;
s8) is seen on the front side of the fabric 2 along the pocket opening as the open line 3.
S9) is completed. As shown in fig. 1.
In step S1), the bag opening line is a midpoint connecting line between the upper end line 21 and the lower end line 22 in the longitudinal direction.
In the step S4), when the bag is opened to a distance of 1cm from the upper end line 21 and the lower end line 22 of the bag opening, a Y-shape is cut at two corners of the bag opening, so as to facilitate the turning in the step S5) and the aligning and sewing in the steps S6) and S7).
Between the step S5) and the step S6), the triangular fabric with the Y-shaped notches cut at the two ends of the opening of the fabric 2 can be folded toward the reverse side of the fabric 2, and the triangular fabric and the zipper 1 can be sewn and fixed along the upper end line 21 and the lower end line 22 of the fabric 2, so as to further reinforce the opening of the bag.
