Description

Environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn and application thereof.
Background
Because the texture of the imitation cotton yarn is close to that of natural cotton yarn, and the price is relatively low, the imitation cotton yarn is deeply favored by the market. However, the existing cotton-like fabrics still have a difference in hand feeling from cotton, and at the same time, the elasticity is relatively insufficient, and the indexes directly related to the comfort degree of consumers are still to be improved. The existing cotton-like yarns are generally woven by polyester staple fibers, such as DuPont polyester staple fibers, but in order to pursue hand feeling, the DuPont staple fibers have longer yarn hairiness, so that the fabric is easy to pilling, and the service life and the attractiveness of the product are seriously influenced; the yarn spun by the twisted polyester staple fibers overcomes the defect of pilling, but has hard hand feeling, unobvious cotton-like advantages and easy crease of fabric dyeing; the high-grade cotton-like yarn, such as dupont cotton-like yarn, has the disadvantages of relatively high price and small popularization. This is a drawback of the prior art. Some cotton-like yarns are compounded by polyester and ammonia, the elasticity of the fabric is poor compared with that of natural cotton yarns, and waste recycled products of the products are difficult to separate and recycle due to component mixing.
More information about the above-described solutions can also be found in the following documents.
The Chinese invention patent CN103320923B discloses a production method of ionic composite cotton-like yarn, which adopts cationic polyester as raw material, produces cationic POY \ FDY (ITY) composite fiber through POY \ FDY composite fiber one-step spinning equipment, and then carries out false twisting processing on the cationic POY \ FDY composite fiber (ITY) to produce cationic composite cotton-like yarn.
The Chinese patent application CN103382601A discloses a composite yarn, a cloth made of the yarn by adopting a conventional process and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the composite yarn is ring spun yarn formed by twisting a DTY polyester yarn and a POY polyester yarn by a composite twisting machine, and the twist is 800T/M together with 600 plus materials. The DTY polyester yarn is 75D/48F yarn; the POY polyester yarn is 75D/72F yarn; the ring spun composite yarn was 160D/120F yarn.
Although the softness and drapability of the fabric touch are improved to some extent by the above two prior arts, the anti-fatigue property and the elasticity of the fabric are not improved. Therefore, a novel cotton-like fabric is urgently needed to avoid the defects, so that the performance of the cotton-like fabric is further close to that of a real cotton fabric, a cheap and comfortable fabric is provided for consumers, the recycling is easy to realize, and the purposes of environmental protection and resource saving can be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems in the background art, there is a need to provide an environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn and an application thereof, wherein the environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn needs to have excellent properties of natural cotton yarn as much as possible, and simultaneously has better elasticity and fatigue resistance than the existing cotton-like yarn, and is easy to separate, recycle and reuse in the waste recycling process of application products, so that zero waste utilization of resources is realized.
In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect of the present invention, the inventors provide an environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn, which is composed of a spindle-shaped yarn section and a dot-shaped yarn section, wherein the spindle-shaped yarn section and the dot-shaped yarn section are sequentially and alternately connected to form the environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn.
In a second aspect of the invention, the inventor provides an environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn, which is composed of a spindle-shaped yarn section and a line-segment-shaped yarn section, wherein the spindle-shaped yarn section and the line-segment-shaped yarn section are sequentially and alternately connected to form the environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn.
In a third aspect of the present invention, the inventors provide an environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn comprising long fiber polyester FDY and polyester staple fiber based on the environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn provided in the first or second aspect of the present invention.
In a fourth aspect of the present invention, the inventors provide a use of an environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn as described in the third aspect of the present invention.
Different from the prior art, the technical scheme at least has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the terylene is completely used as the raw material yarn of the cotton-like yarn, so that the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn is pure in component, is beneficial to future recycling, and is more energy-saving and environment-friendly;
(2) the spindle-shaped yarn section and the point-shaped yarn section or the spindle-shaped yarn section and the line-segment-shaped yarn section are sequentially and alternately connected to form a special structure, so that the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn is endowed with excellent elasticity and soft and comfortable touch feeling of cotton-like;
(3) the elasticity of the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn can reach more than 85% of that of spandex, but the fatigue resistance is superior to that of the spandex, so that the quality of a product is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarns of the first, second and third aspects of the present invention and the use of the environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn of the fourth aspect of the present invention are described in detail below.
First, the environment-friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn according to the first aspect of the present invention will be described.
The utility model provides an imitative cotton yarn of high-elastic of environmental protection, comprises fusiform yarn section and punctiform yarn section, fusiform yarn section and punctiform yarn section connect formation in proper order in turn the imitative cotton yarn of high-elastic of environmental protection.
Next, the environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn according to the second aspect of the present invention will be described.
The utility model provides an imitative cotton yarn of high-elastic of environmental protection, comprises spindle-shaped yarn section and line segment form yarn section, spindle-shaped yarn section and line segment form yarn section connect formation in proper order in turn the imitative cotton yarn of high-elastic of environmental protection.
The environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn according to the first and second aspects of the present invention has the same feature that both of them comprise a spindle-shaped yarn section, and since the spindle-shaped yarn section forms a relatively raised portion with respect to the overall structure of the cotton-like yarn and contains an air layer therein, the obtained yarn has a soft touch. When the stretching force in the length direction of the yarn is applied to the yarn, the bulge of the spindle-shaped yarn section is stressed to discharge air, and the spindle-shaped yarn section is stretched into a slender type with the thickness similar to that of the point-shaped yarn section or the line-shaped yarn section, so that the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn is stronger than common composite yarn.
The American Society for Testing and materials ASTM (American Society of Testing materials) definition for elastomers is: "at room temperature, a material is repeatedly stretched to at least 2 times its original length and quickly returns to its original length after the tension is released". According to the magnitude of the elastic elongation of the fiber, the elastic fiber can be divided into high elastic fiber (the elastic elongation is 400-. The high stretch cotton-like yarns of the present invention differ from the ASTM-defined high stretch yarns by emphasizing their relatively higher stretch index as compared to other types of composite yarns in the prior art.
The environmentally friendly high elastic cotton-like yarn of the third aspect of the invention is again described.
The environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn comprises long-fiber polyester FDY and polyester staple fiber.
The long fiber polyester FDY is one of polyester filament yarns, and the filament yarns refer to continuous fibers such as continuous filament bundles sprayed during silk and chemical fiber yarn making. Dozens or dozens of single filaments are commonly combined together for weaving, the fabric has smooth surface and strong luster, is commonly used as a summer fabric, has the length of more than kilometer, and is wound into a ball. The long-fiber polyester FDY has the characteristics of high strength, good heat resistance (the long-fiber polyester FDY can be used at the temperature of-70-170 ℃), good elasticity (the elasticity of the polyester is close to that of wool), good wear resistance (the wear resistance of the polyester is second to that of chinlon), good water absorption and the like. FDY is an abbreviation for FULLY DRAWED YARN and is indicated for polyester plus spandex yarn produced by a drawing production process.
The short polyester filament yarn, also called polyester staple yarn, refers to a fiber with the length of several centimeters to dozens of centimeters, and can be made by cutting filament yarns. The short fiber must be spun to twist and cohere the fiber to form continuous yarn for weaving. The short polyester filament yarn has good wear resistance (second to nylon, and is the second place in synthetic fiber) and insulativity, but has low water absorption (the water absorption and moisture regain of polyester), large static electricity generated by friction and poor dyeing performance. The surface of the short fiber fabric has hairiness, is full and fluffy, and is commonly used for autumn and winter fabrics.
Preferably, the long fiber polyester FDY has a specification of 30-300D.
Preferably, the polyester staple fibers have a gauge of 45-300D.
The specifications of the preferable long-fiber polyester FDY and polyester staple fiber are obtained on the basis of the strength, elasticity, cotton-like efficacy and the like of the high-elasticity cotton-like yarn obtained in a balanced manner. Therefore, although the specifications of the commercially available long-fiber polyester FDY and polyester staple fiber are not limited to the above specifications, the raw materials with the above specifications are screened in the technical scheme to produce the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn.
Preferably, the high-elasticity cotton-like yarn is produced by a production method comprising the following steps of:
preparing materials: preparing long-fiber polyester FDY and polyester staple fiber;
feeding the yarns into the texturing compound machine; and
and air entanglement, wherein the yarn feeding tension of the long fiber polyester FDY is controlled to be 1 cN/denier and the yarn feeding tension of the polyester staple fiber is controlled to be 0.5 cN/denier respectively when the yarn is fed to the texturing machine.
Finally, the application of the environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn according to the fourth aspect of the invention is described, wherein the environment-friendly high-elastic cotton-like yarn is described in the third aspect of the invention.
Preferably, the application is the application of the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn to the fabrics of sportswear and western-style clothes.
To explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the technical solutions in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
The performance test index of the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn is an elasticity index-curling shrinkage rate, the adopted instrument is a full-automatic curling shrinkage tester, and the adopted hot box is a 1H hot box. The test method refers to relevant regulations in GB/T6506-. The fabric test indexes woven by the environment-friendly high-elasticity spinning cotton yarn comprise elastic (fixed-force) elongation, fixed-force elastic recovery rate and fixed-force plastic deformation rate. The elastic (constant force) elongation is the elongation of the fabric under the load of 5N/cm, and is a direct evaluation index reflecting the elasticity of the fabric. The constant force elastic recovery refers to the elastic recovery performance of the fabric after 5 times of repeated stretching. The plastic deformation rate reflects the accumulated amount of unrecoverable deformation produced after 5 times of stretching. The elastic recovery rate and the plastic deformation rate of a constant force are used for measuring the retention of the elasticity of the fabric. The specific test method is as follows:
the elasticity index-elasticity (constant force) elongation, constant force elastic recovery rate and constant force plastic deformation rate are tested according to textile industry standard FZ/T01034-2008, textile woven fabric tensile elasticity test method, and a fabric strength tensile tester (INSTRON, Laizhou) is used for carrying out constant load elasticity test on the fabric or cloth sample or fabric obtained by weaving the environment-friendly high-elasticity cotton-like yarn provided by the specific embodiment of the invention by adopting a conventional process. Specifically, instrument test parameters are set, the width of each fabric sample is 50mm, the clamping interval distance is 200mm, the stretching speed is 100mm/min, the constant load is 25N, the pre-tension is 1N, the stretching stop time is 60s, the recovery stop time is 180s, the repeated stretching times are 5 times, and each sample to be tested is tested for 3 times.
