The invention discloses a low-odor rubber-plastic heat-insulation board for automobile decoration, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 11.32-11.34% of nitrile rubber, 1.2-1.4% of butadiene rubber, 20.88-20.90% of talcum powder, 12.93-12.95% of aluminum hydroxide, 14.88-14.90% of polyvinyl chloride, 1.93-1.95% of carbon black, 20.70-20.72% of chlorinated paraffin, 1.2-1.4% of dispersing agent and 4-6% of smell removing agent, wherein a plurality of smell removing agents are added into a raw material system to replace unnecessary products generating irritant smell in the raw materials, and meanwhile, the smell is removed by physical methods such as baking and the like subsequently, so that the volatile smell of the rubber and plastic product reaches the level of 3.0 required by the automobile industry.

The low-odor rubber-plastic heat-insulation board for automobile decoration contains: 11.33% by mass of nitrile rubber, 1.3% by mass of butadiene rubber, 20.89% by mass of talc, 12.94% by mass of aluminum hydroxide, 14.89% by mass of polyvinyl chloride, 1.94% by mass of carbon black, 20.71% by mass of chlorinated paraffin, 1.3% by mass of a dispersant, and 5% by mass of a deodorant.
EXAMPLE III
The low-odor rubber-plastic heat-insulation board for automobile decoration contains: 11.34% by mass of nitrile rubber, 1.4% by mass of butadiene rubber, 20.90% by mass of talc, 12.95% by mass of aluminum hydroxide, 14.90% by mass of polyvinyl chloride, 1.95% by mass of carbon black, 20.72% by mass of chlorinated paraffin, 1.4% by mass of a dispersant, and 6% by mass of a deodorant.
The production process of the low-odor rubber and plastic heat-insulation board for automobile decoration comprises the following steps:
s1, banburying and open mixing;
a. placing nitrile rubber, plasticizer, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and aluminum hydroxide into an internal mixer for internal mixing, discharging, mixing materials by an open mill, and slicing into a material No. 1;
b. respectively mixing a plasticizer, a foaming agent, nitrile rubber and a nucleating agent, and banburying, milling and rolling into a foaming agent film which is a No. 2 material;

s4, traction cooling: cooling the product formed by foaming in the foaming furnace by air cooling to solidify the structure;
s5, post-processing: the produced rubber and plastic product is baked in a 80 ℃ oven to continuously remove volatile gas, and is taken out after two hours and cooled, and the process is repeated for 4 to 5 times.
