Description

Water-based capillary crystalline waterproofing agent
Technical Field
The invention relates to a crystalline waterproof agent, in particular to a permeable crystalline waterproof agent.
Background
With the continuous development of the Chinese engineering construction, the corresponding problems of water seepage of houses and floors are also endless. The demand for waterproof materials is also increasing. At present, the types of waterproof materials in China are complex, and the waterproof technology is continuously updated. The waterproof materials are 5 categories including waterproof coiled materials, waterproof coatings, plugging materials and the like.
A cement-base permeable crystallization type water-proof paint is a slurry material which is prepared from inorganic cementing material as main component, active chemical substance and a certain amount of mixed material through mixing with water, stirring, and brushing or spraying on the surface of base material, or directly pressing on the surface of cement concrete in the form of dry powder. The cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is a novel waterproof material, and is applied to construction engineering because the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating belongs to an inorganic waterproof system, the coating has high compatibility with a cement concrete system, and the initial purpose of the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is mainly applied to solving the problem of water leakage of a cement ship. The material is mainly applied to the surface of inorganic materials.
CN103803833A discloses an aqueous capillary crystalline waterproofing agent and a preparation and use method thereof, wherein soluble ammonium substances such as ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium oxalate, ammonium phosphate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate and nano-silica are adopted as main raw materials to prepare the aqueous capillary crystalline waterproofing agent. The main components are as follows: water, penetrant, defoaming agent, nano silicon dioxide and single or composite soluble ammonium salt. The weight percentage of each component is as follows: 0.1-0.5% of penetrating agent, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.1-5% of nano silicon dioxide, 0-50% of ammonium carbonate, or 0-19% of ammonium bicarbonate, or 0-6% of ammonium oxalate, or 0-21% of ammonium phosphate, or 0-38% of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, and the balance of water. The scheme belongs to an inorganic waterproof agent, and is not resistant to scouring and not strong in durability.
CN111620715A discloses a water-based capillary crystalline concrete surface repairing reinforcing material, a preparation method and an application thereof, and the material comprises 48-60 parts of lithium silicate, 20-28 parts of potassium silicate, 24-30 parts of sodium silicate, 2-10 parts of organic silicon, 0.5-2 parts of a coagulant, 0.8-1.8 parts of a waterproof agent, 0.1-0.25 part of a surfactant, 0.2-1 part of a reaction retarder, 0.1-0.24 part of an anti-freezing agent, 0.6-1.2 parts of fluorosilicate, 0.1-0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 0.08-0.16 part of a multifunctional assistant, 0.5-2 parts of an early strength agent and 95-115 parts of water. The main waterproof component of the scheme is still inorganic matter, is not resistant to scouring and has high requirements on construction conditions.
CN101619203A discloses an aqueous capillary crystalline waterproofing agent and a preparation method thereof, which consists of tartaric acid, sodium fluoride, silica sol, silane emulsion and water and is an aqueous waterproofing additive consisting of a plurality of active chemical components. In the scheme, the sodium fluoride is weakly alkaline when dissolved in water, has poor compatibility with tartaric acid and silica sol, and is not favorable for long-term stability of the waterproof agent.

(1) the amorphous calcium aluminate component in the water-based permeable crystallization type waterproofing agent can rapidly generate ettringite with gypsum and water, can improve the internal microstructure of concrete, and simultaneously plays a certain early strength role; the nano silicon dioxide can react with cement hydration products in the inner pores of the concrete to generate insoluble crystals, so that the capillary pores of the concrete are blocked, and the effects of compaction and water resistance are achieved; the macromolecular film-forming agent plays an auxiliary role in water resistance and permeability resistance and is also used as a complexing agent of the active nano silicon dioxide;
(2) the waterproof agent disclosed by the invention has strong permeability, can permeate 3-8 cm below the surface layer of concrete, and can chemically react with free alkali in the concrete to generate an irreversible composite silica eutectic, and the eutectic has growth performance, and can grow along the capillary pores of the concrete when being contacted with water and calcareous ions in the concrete again, so that all pores of the concrete are blocked, the compactness of the concrete is enhanced, the strength and the hardness of a concrete base material are enhanced, and the waterproof effect which has the same service life as the concrete in a real sense is achieved;
(3) the invention not only has the waterproof and moisture-proof functions of the common waterproof agent, but also can improve the plasticity of concrete and mortar, and further improve the weathering resistance, shrinkage resistance and seepage pressure resistance of the concrete;
(4) the construction process is simple and the cost is low.
