Abstract

即冲液态瓶装饮品制作及包装属于采用干湿分离的状态储存制作饮料的工艺及包装。传统的液态果蔬茶奶的瓶装饮品均含有添加剂，且比干品粉态的保质期短。本专利在瓶口贴盖下预置果蔬茶奶的粉状密封料包，瓶盖内置可调起、可平置的开包插针。饮用时拧下瓶盖，则插针竖起，插入贴盖料包。再将瓶盖旋紧，在此过程中料包被撕开，果蔬茶奶的粉料落下，摇晃均匀后，即成一瓶果蔬茶奶的饮品。这样可以把液态瓶装果蔬茶奶的饮品保质期从短期提高到长期，同时减少了化学添加剂的加入，且方法简洁，实用。

技术领域
本专利涉及一种常温下液态瓶装饮品，达到粉状干品保质期的瓶装饮品的制作及包装方法，尤其是不须加化学添加剂即达到干品保质期的即冲瓶装液态饮品。
背景技术
目前公知的果蔬茶奶的液态瓶装饮品，均含有化学添加剂，且与相应的干品粉态果蔬茶奶的保质期，有短期与长期的区别。液态瓶装饮品在提高保质期与减少化学添加剂的使用上，一直有待找到更多的效果明显的办法，本发明提供一种液态瓶装的即冲方法，不仅使液态饮品达到粉态干品的保质期，且无需添加化学添加剂。
发明内容
本专利解决问题的技术方案是；在瓶口贴盖下合体预置果蔬茶奶的粉态密封料包（如图1-4），瓶盖内置可调起可平置的开包插针（如图1-5）。
具体实施方式：当保质期长的水装瓶后，用与贴盖合体的粉态果蔬茶料包封口（如图1-4），盖上内有平置插针的瓶盖（如图2），饮品即可成品。
饮用时拧下瓶盖竖起插针（如图1-5），插针插入贴盖料包，旋紧瓶盖过程中同时开启料包，并落下果蔬茶奶的粉料（如图1-5），随之摇晃均匀，即成一瓶果蔬茶奶的饮品。
本发明的有益效果是：把液态瓶装果蔬茶奶的饮品保质期从短期提高到长期，同时减少了化学添加剂的加入，且方法简洁。

1.瓶盖中可平置可竖起的插件，在饮用时竖起，边旋紧边开包。
2.一般瓶盖中加入平置可竖起的带阵垫圈。
3.瓶装饮品的贴盖与果蔬茶奶料包真空合体并封瓶口。
