Abstract
The invention relates to a power-assisted steering system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile steering. The system comprises a steering motor, a controller, a storage battery, a power battery, a DC/DC circuit and a low-voltage power supply circuit, wherein the storage battery is connected at the upper stream of the low-voltage power supply circuit, the steering motor and the controller are connected in parallel on the low-voltage power supply circuit, the power battery is connected with the high-voltage side of the DC/DC circuit, the low-voltage side of the DC/DC circuit is connected in parallel on the low-voltage power supply circuit, an undervoltage relay used for detecting the short circuit or undervoltage of the storage battery is arranged in series on the low-voltage power supply circuit at the upper stream of the low-voltage side parallel point of the DC/DC circuit. The steering system of modern traditional fuel (gasoline, diesel oil, CNG, LNG) automobile comprises the following components: a mechanical steering system MS, a hydraulic power-assisted steering system HPS, an electric hydraulic power-assisted steering system EHPS and an electric power-assisted steering system EPS. Further, in order to safely control the working states of the steering motor and the controller, the system further comprises an ON switch relay which is connected in series in a low-voltage power supply line downstream of the low-voltage side parallel point of the DC/DC circuit, and a control coil of the ON switch relay is connected in parallel ON the low-voltage power supply line upstream of the ON switch relay.
Furthermore, in order to prevent backflow from damaging the DC/DC circuit, an anti-reverse diode is arranged between the low-voltage side of the DC/DC circuit and a low-voltage power supply line.

Of course, under the condition of ensuring that the vehicle runs normally, the vehicle also comprises a vehicle control unit, other electric devices or other vehicle-mounted devices which are connected in parallel on a low-voltage power supply circuit at the downstream of the parallel connection point of the DC/DC circuit, and power is supplied through a low-voltage power supply wire bundle. The normally live condition consumer and the power battery charging relay are typically powered by the battery, and thus the normally live condition consumer is connected in parallel to the low voltage power supply harness upstream of the ACC switching relay. When the DC/DC circuit works, the power battery provides an A-level voltage power supply for the steering motor and the controller through the DC/DC circuit, and can also charge the storage battery; when the DC/DC circuit does not work or the power battery loses power, an A-level voltage power supply is provided for the steering motor and the controller through the storage battery, and the under-voltage relay cuts off the connection between the storage battery and the low-voltage side of the DC/DC circuit under the condition that the storage battery is in a short circuit or under-voltage state, so that the steering power-assisted state is maintained, and the driving safety is ensured.
