7. A connection piece according to any of claims 1-6, wherein both side walls of said transition portion are of arcuate configuration, the radii of the arcs of the two side walls being different and non-concentric.

An equipment compartment comprising an apron plate and an equipment compartment framework, wherein the apron plate is connected with the equipment compartment framework through a connecting piece, the connecting piece is the connecting piece in any one of claims 1 to 7, the first part is the equipment compartment framework, the second part is the apron plate, and when the hanging part rotates towards the direction departing from the disengaging position, the apron plate rotates towards the locking position direction of the apron plate and the equipment compartment framework.

The equipment compartment of claim 8, wherein the second plate portion is provided with a boss toward a side wall of the apron, the boss having an internally threaded hole, the apron having a through hole into which the boss is inserted and a mounting groove portion communicating with the through hole and toward the second plate portion, the mounting groove portion for receiving the second plate portion; the apron board is fixedly connected with the second board part through a fastener which penetrates through the through hole and is in threaded connection with the convex column part; the height of the convex column part is smaller than the length of the through hole.
10. The equipment pod of claim 8, further comprising a resilient tab between the first panel and the equipment pod framework.
11. Rail vehicle, characterized in that it comprises an equipment bay according to any one of claims 8-10.
