The embodiment also provides a use method of the bolt assembly, which comprises the following specific steps:
drilling and installing the bolt 1: drilling a prepared hole 101 which can be screwed with the screw rod 12 on the prepared object 100, wherein the prepared hole 101 penetrates through the prepared object 100; drilling a mounting hole 102 capable of being matched with the penetrating rod 31 on the pre-mounting object 100, wherein the mounting hole 102 penetrates through the pre-mounting object 100; placing the elastic gasket 7: two elastic gaskets 7 are reserved, the two elastic gaskets 7 are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the pre-installation object 100, the inserting holes 71 of the two elastic gaskets 7 are aligned to the reserved holes 101, and the bolt holes 72 of the two elastic gaskets 7 are aligned to the installation holes 102; installing a bolt 1: screwing the screw rod 12 into the preformed hole 101 and the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 at the same side from one side of the pre-installed object 100 until the screw rod 12 penetrates through the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 at the other side and the rod penetrating groove 113 is aligned with the bolt hole 72;
installing a nut block 6: screwing the nut block 6 with the screw rod 12 through the bolt hole 60 until the through hole 61 of the nut block 6 is aligned with the bolt hole 72 of the elastic gasket 7 on the corresponding side;
installing a bolt 3: aligning the inserting rod 31 with the inserting rod groove 113 and pushing the inserting rod 31 into the pre-installation object 100 until the limiting block 30 is received on the step surface and the inserting rod 31 passes through the bolt holes 72 of the two elastic gaskets 7 and the inserting hole 61 of the nut block 6;
installation fixing insertion sheet 4: aligning the inlet and outlet 43 with the position-locking rod 22, pushing the fixing insertion sheet 4 parallel to the top surface of the mounting block 11 to the top of the mounting block 11, so that the position-locking rod 22 enters the position-locking channel 40 through the inlet and outlet 43, in the process, the position-locking plate 21 presses the elastic sheet 41 to make the elastic sheet 41 elastically deformed to allow the position-locking rod 22 to enter the position-locking channel 40, when the elastic sheet 41 is separated from the position-locking plate 21, the elastic sheet 41 restores to the original state and presses the position-locking plate 21, and the fixing insertion sheet 4 is clamped between the mounting block 11 and the position-locking plate 21 and presses the plug pin 3, so that the installation of the bolt assembly;
the disassembling method comprises the following steps: when the bolt assembly needs to be disassembled, the elastic sheet 41 is pressed towards the direction close to the side wall of the clamping channel 40, the fixing insertion sheet 4 is taken down from the mounting block 11, the bolt 3 is taken down from the mounting block 11 through the disassembling ring 32, the bolt 1 is taken down from the pre-mounting object 100, and the disassembling is completed.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the nut block 6 may be omitted, as shown in fig. 9, where the bolt assembly is mounted by:
drilling and installing the bolt 1: drilling a prepared hole 101 capable of being screwed with the screw rod 12 on the pre-installation object 100, wherein the prepared hole 101 does not need to penetrate through the pre-installation object 100; drilling a mounting hole 102 capable of being matched with the penetrating rod 31 on the pre-mounting object 100, wherein the mounting hole 102 does not need to penetrate through the pre-mounting object 100; placing the elastic gasket 7: placing an elastic gasket 7 on the surface of the pre-installation object 100, aligning the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 with the preformed hole 101, and aligning the bolt hole 72 with the installation hole 102; installing a bolt 1: screwing the screw rod 12 into the preformed hole 101 and the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 from one side of the pre-installation object 100 until the rod penetrating groove 113 is aligned with the bolt hole 72;
installing a bolt 3: aligning the inserting rod 31 with the inserting rod groove 113 and pushing the inserting rod 31 into the pre-installation object 100 until the limiting block 30 is received on the step surface;
installation fixing insertion sheet 4: the inlet and outlet 43 is aligned with the position clamping rod 22, the fixing insertion piece 4 is pushed to the top of the mounting block 11 in parallel to the top surface of the mounting block 11, so that the position clamping rod 22 enters the clamping channel 40 through the inlet and outlet 43, in the process, the clamping plate 21 presses the elastic piece 41 to enable the elastic piece 41 to be elastically deformed to allow the position clamping rod 22 to enter the clamping channel 40, after the elastic piece 41 is separated from the clamping plate 21, the elastic piece 41 restores to the original state and presses the clamping plate 21, the fixing insertion piece 4 is clamped between the mounting block 11 and the clamping plate 21 and presses the plug pin 3, and therefore the installation of the bolt assembly is completed.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the elastic washer 7 and the nut block 6 may be omitted, and the bolt assembly may be installed by:
drilling and installing the bolt 1: drilling a prepared hole 101 which can be screwed with the screw rod 12 on the pre-installation object 100; installing a bolt 1: screwing the screw rod 12 into the prepared hole 101 from one side of the pre-installation object 100; installing holes 102: drilling a mounting hole 102 capable of being matched with the penetrating rod 31 on the pre-mounting object 100;
installing a bolt 3: aligning the inserting rod 31 with the inserting rod groove 113 and pushing the inserting rod 31 into the interior 100 of the pre-installed object towards the installation hole 102 until the limiting block 30 is received on the step surface;
installation fixing insertion sheet 4: the inlet and outlet 43 is aligned with the position clamping rod 22, the fixing insertion piece 4 is pushed to the top of the mounting block 11 in parallel to the top surface of the mounting block 11, so that the position clamping rod 22 enters the clamping channel 40 through the inlet and outlet 43, in the process, the clamping plate 21 presses the elastic piece 41 to enable the elastic piece 41 to be elastically deformed to allow the position clamping rod 22 to enter the clamping channel 40, after the elastic piece 41 is separated from the clamping plate 21, the elastic piece 41 restores to the original state and presses the clamping plate 21, the fixing insertion piece 4 is clamped between the mounting block 11 and the clamping plate 21 and presses the plug pin 3, and therefore the installation of the bolt assembly is completed.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the dismounting ring 32 may be omitted, and the bolt assembly may not be dismounted or dismounted in other manners, and the specific dismounting manner is a conventional technical means in the art and will not be described herein.
It can be understood that the material of the bolt assembly can be selected according to the material of the pre-installed object 100 and the use environment, so as to avoid the situation that each component in the bolt assembly is oxidized and falls off.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3 to 7 and 10, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a bolt assembly including a bolt 1, a top block 2, four bolts 3, two fixing tabs 4 and a reinforcing nut 9.
The bolt 1 comprises a mounting block 11 and a threaded rod 12, wherein the threaded rod 12 is vertically connected with the mounting block 11 and extends towards a direction far away from the mounting block 11. Top piece 2 is located the installation piece 11 and deviates from one side of screw rod 12, and top piece 2 includes screens board 21 and screens pole 22, and screens board 21 passes through screens pole 22 to be connected with installation piece 11. Two limiting grooves 110 are formed in the mounting block 11, the two limiting grooves 110 are located on two opposite sides of the clamping rod 22, and the limiting grooves 110 penetrate through the mounting block 11 and the penetrating direction is parallel to the extending direction of the screw rod 12.
Wherein the two bolts 3 respectively penetrate through the two limit grooves 110;
the reinforcing nut 9 is positioned on one side of the mounting block 11, which is opposite to the top block 2, a bolt groove 91 capable of being screwed with the screw rod 12 is arranged on the reinforcing nut 9, and two bolt grooves 92 capable of being inserted with the bolt 3 are arranged on the reinforcing nut 9. The reinforcing nut 9 is provided with a reinforcing block 93 on the side facing away from the bolt groove 91, the reinforcing block 93 includes a reinforcing plate 931 and a reinforcing rod 932, and the reinforcing plate 931 is connected to the reinforcing nut 9 through the reinforcing rod 932. Two pin grooves 92 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the bolt groove 91, and the other two pins 3 are respectively arranged through the two pin grooves 92.
Each fixed inserting sheet 4 is provided with a clamping channel 40, and the clamping channel 40 penetrates through one side of the fixed inserting sheet 4 to form an inlet and outlet 43; one of the fixing insertion pieces 4 is clamped between the mounting block 11 and the clamping plate 21, an inlet 43 and an outlet 43 of the fixing insertion piece 4 are used for the clamping rod 22 to pass through, and the fixing insertion piece 4 is sleeved outside the clamping rod 22 through a corresponding clamping channel 40 and abuts against the bolt 3; the other fixing insertion sheet 4 is clamped between the reinforcing nut 9 and the reinforcing plate 931, an inlet 43 and an outlet 43 of the fixing insertion sheet 4 are used for the reinforcing rod 932 to pass through, and the fixing insertion sheet 4 is sleeved outside the reinforcing rod 932 through a corresponding clamping channel 40 and abuts against the plug pin 3; the locking channel 40 of each locking tab 4 is provided with a spring 41, wherein the spring 41 of one locking tab 4 can abut against the locking plate 21, and the spring 41 of the other locking tab 4 can abut against the reinforcing plate 931 to prevent the locking tab 4 from being separated from the screw rod 12 through the opening 43 along the radial direction.
Inserting the screw rods 12 into the pre-installed object 100, drilling the installation holes 102 on the pre-installed object 100 corresponding to the pins 3, inserting two of the pins 3 into the limiting grooves 110 and into the pre-installed object 100 to prevent the screw rods 12 from accidentally rotating due to external force, and inserting the other two pins 3 into the pin grooves 92 and into the pre-installed object 100 to further prevent the screw rods 12 from accidentally rotating due to external force; the elastic sheet 41 of one of the fixing insertion sheets 4 can abut against the clamping plate 21, and the elastic sheet 41 of the other fixing insertion sheet 4 can abut against the reinforcing plate 931 to prevent the fixing insertion sheet 4 from being separated from the bolt rod 12 along the radial direction through the inlet and outlet 43, so that the bolt 3 can prevent the whole bolt assembly from falling off due to looseness by the anti-rotation effect of the bolt rod 12, the anti-separation effect of the fixing insertion sheet 4 on the bolt 3 and the anti-separation effect of the elastic sheet 4 on the fixing insertion sheet 4.
The manner in which the plug pin 3 and the fixing tab 4 are attached to the bolt 1 is the same as the manner in which the plug pin 3 and the fixing tab 4 are attached to the reinforcing nut 9, and here, the structure of the plug pin 3 and the fixing tab 4 will be specifically described by taking the manner in which the plug pin 3 and the fixing tab 4 are attached to the bolt 1 as an example.
In the embodiment, the fixing insertion piece 4 is further provided with a position avoiding hole 42, the position avoiding hole 42 and the clamping channel 40 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the position avoiding hole 42 penetrates through one side of the fixing insertion piece 4 to form an opening 45, and the opening 45 and the inlet and outlet 43 are positioned on the same side of the fixing insertion piece 4;
the bolt 3 includes stopper 30, interlude pole 31 and dismantlement ring 32, and the interlude pole 31 wears to establish in proper order and keeps away a pore 42 and spacing groove 110, and stopper 30 is protruding to be located on the periphery wall of interlude pole 31 and accept in spacing groove 110, and stopper 30 supports with fixed inserted sheet 4, and dismantlement ring 32 and interlude pole 31 lie in the outer same end of spacing groove 110, and dismantlement ring 32 lies in one side of fixed inserted sheet 4 back of the body head rod 12, and dismantlement ring 32 supports with the side of fixed inserted sheet 4 back of the body head rod 12. When the whole bolt assembly needs to be replaced, a user can take the bolt 3 off the mounting block 11 by operating the detaching ring 32, so that the detachment is convenient for the user.
In the present embodiment, the limiting groove 110 includes a fitting groove 112 and a rod penetrating groove 113 distributed along the axial direction of the bolt 12 and communicating with each other, the fitting groove 112 is closer to the top block 2 than the rod penetrating groove 113, and the outer diameter of the fitting groove 112 is larger than the rod penetrating groove 113 to form a step surface (not shown) at the boundary between the two, and the limiting block 30 is accommodated in the fitting groove 112 and abuts against the step surface. The stopper 30 can be inserted into the fitting groove 112 and received on the step surface, and the insertion rod 31 can be inserted through the mounting block 11 from the insertion rod groove 113.
In this embodiment, the bolt assembly further comprises two resilient washers 7, both resilient washers 7 being located between the mounting block 11 and the reinforcement nut 9. The two elastic washers 7 have the same structure, and in the present embodiment, a specific structure of the elastic washer 7 will be specifically described by taking only the elastic washer 7 connected to the bolt 1 as an example. The elastic gasket 7 is provided with a plug hole 71 for the bolt rod 12 to pass through, and the elastic gasket 7 is provided with a bolt hole 72 for the bolt 3 to pass through; the elastic pad 7 is corrugated. Before installing the bolt 1, the elastic gasket 7 is arranged on the surface of the pre-installation object 100 in a padded mode, the bolt hole 72 corresponds to the installation hole 102, the bolt 1 is screwed towards the inside of the pre-installation object 100, when the bolt 1 abuts against the elastic gasket 7 but the limiting groove 110 cannot correspond to the bolt hole 72, the bolt 1 can be screwed towards the inside of the pre-installation object 100 continuously, at the moment, the elastic gasket 7 deforms, and the bolt 1 can move towards the direction of the pre-installation object 100 continuously until the limiting groove 110 corresponds to the bolt hole 72. It can be seen that the elastic washer 7 can increase the operation space between the pre-installed object 100 and the bolt 1, facilitating flexible installation of the bolt assembly. Accordingly, the elastic washer 7 may be further interposed between the nut block 6 and the pre-installed object 100, and the same function is exerted, i.e., the insertion hole 61 can be made to correspond to the latch hole 72 by increasing the operation space between the nut block 6 and the pre-installed object 100.
In the present embodiment, the thickness of the fixing tabs 4 is 0.8 to 2% of the thickness of the mounting block 11.
The embodiment further provides a use method of the first bolt assembly, referring to fig. 11, which includes the following specific steps:
drilling and installing the bolt 1: drilling a prepared hole 101 which can be screwed with the screw rod 12 on the prepared object 100, wherein the prepared hole 101 penetrates through the prepared object 100; drilling mounting holes 102 capable of being matched with the penetration rods 31 on two opposite sides of the pre-mounting object 100; placing the elastic gasket 7: respectively placing the two elastic gaskets 7 on two opposite side surfaces of the pre-installed object 100, aligning the inserting holes 71 of the two elastic gaskets 7 with the preformed holes 101 on the corresponding side, and aligning the bolt holes 72 of the two elastic gaskets 7 with the installing holes 102 on the corresponding side; installing a bolt 1: screwing the screw rod 12 into the preformed hole 101 and the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 at the same side from one side of the pre-installed object 100 until the screw rod 12 penetrates through the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 at the other side and the rod penetrating groove 113 is aligned with the bolt hole 72;
installing a reinforcing nut 9: screwing the reinforcing nut 9 with the screw rod 12 through the bolt groove 91 until the bolt groove 92 of the reinforcing nut 9 is aligned with the bolt hole 72 of the elastic gasket 7 on the corresponding side;
installing a bolt 3: aligning the penetrating rods 31 of the two pins 3 with the penetrating rod grooves 113 and pushing the penetrating rods 31 into the pre-installation object 100 until the limiting blocks 30 are received on the step surfaces and the penetrating rods 31 penetrate through the pin holes 72 of the corresponding side elastic gaskets 7; aligning the inserting rods 31 of the other two pins 3 with the pin grooves 92 and pushing the inserting rods 31 into the pre-installed object 100 until the inserting rods 31 penetrate through the pin holes 72 of the corresponding side elastic gaskets 7;
installing one of the fixing insertion pieces 4: aligning one of the inlet and outlet 43 of the fixing insertion piece 4 with the position clamping rod 22, pushing the fixing insertion piece 4 parallel to the top surface of the mounting block 11 to the top of the mounting block 11, so that the position clamping rod 22 enters the clamping channel 40 through the inlet and outlet 43, in the process, the clamping plate 21 presses the elastic sheet 41 to enable the elastic sheet 41 to generate elastic deformation to allow the position clamping rod 22 to enter the clamping channel 40, after the elastic sheet 41 is separated from the clamping plate 21, the elastic sheet 41 restores to the original state and presses the clamping plate 21, and the fixing insertion piece 4 is clamped between the mounting block 11 and the clamping plate 21 and presses the bolt 3;
installing another fixing insertion sheet 4: aligning the inlet/outlet 43 of one of the fixing insertion pieces 4 with the reinforcing rod 932, pushing the fixing insertion piece 4 parallel to the top surface of the reinforcing nut 9 to the top of the reinforcing nut 9, so that the reinforcing rod 932 enters the clamping channel 40 through the inlet/outlet 43, in the process, the reinforcing plate 931 presses the elastic piece 41 to make the elastic piece 41 generate elastic deformation to allow the reinforcing rod 932 to enter the clamping channel 40, when the elastic piece 41 is separated from the reinforcing plate 931, the elastic piece 41 restores to the original state and presses the reinforcing plate 931, and the fixing insertion piece 4 is clamped between the reinforcing nut 9 and the reinforcing plate 931 and presses the plug pin 3, thereby completing the installation of the bolt assembly;
the disassembling method comprises the following steps: when the bolt assembly needs to be disassembled, the elastic sheet 41 is pressed towards the direction close to the side wall of the clamping channel 40, the fixing insertion sheet 4 is taken down from the mounting block 11, the bolt 3 is taken down from the mounting block 11 through the disassembling ring 32, the bolt 1 is taken down from the pre-mounting object 100, and the disassembling is completed.
Example three:
referring to fig. 3 to 7 and 12, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a bolt assembly having substantially the same structure as the bolt assembly of the second embodiment, except that:
in this embodiment, the bolt assembly includes a bolt 1, a top block 2, two bolts 3, a fixing insert 4 and a reinforcing nut 9, the two bolts 3 respectively penetrate through the two limiting grooves 110, and the penetrating rod 31 of each bolt 3 extends to the two bolt grooves 92 of the reinforcing nut 9.
The embodiment also provides a use method of the bolt assembly, referring to fig. 12, the concrete steps are as follows:
drilling and installing the bolt 1: drilling a prepared hole 101 which can be screwed with the screw rod 12 on the prepared object 100, wherein the prepared hole 101 penetrates through the prepared object 100; drilling a mounting hole 102 capable of being matched with the penetrating rod 31 on the pre-mounting object 100, wherein the mounting hole 102 penetrates through the pre-mounting object 100; placing the elastic gasket 7: respectively placing the two elastic gaskets 7 on two opposite side surfaces of the pre-installation object 100, aligning the inserting holes 71 of the two elastic gaskets 7 with the preformed holes 101, and aligning the bolt holes 72 of the two elastic gaskets 7 with the installation holes 102; installing a bolt 1: screwing the screw rod 12 into the preformed hole 101 and the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 at the same side from one side of the pre-installed object 100 until the screw rod 12 penetrates through the inserting hole 71 of the elastic gasket 7 at the other side and the rod penetrating groove 113 is aligned with the bolt hole 72;
installing a reinforcing nut 9: screwing the reinforcing nut 9 with the screw rod 12 through the bolt groove 91 until the bolt groove 92 of the reinforcing nut 9 is aligned with the bolt hole 72 of the elastic gasket 7 on the corresponding side;
installing a bolt 3: aligning the inserting rod 31 with the inserting rod groove 113 and pushing the inserting rod 31 into the pre-installation object 100 until the limiting block 30 is received on the step surface and the inserting rod 31 passes through the bolt holes 72 of the two elastic gaskets 7 and the bolt groove 92 of the reinforcing nut 9;

1. A method of using a bolt assembly, comprising the steps of:
providing a bolt assembly which comprises a bolt (1), wherein the bolt (1) comprises a mounting block (11) and a threaded rod (12), and the threaded rod (12) is vertically connected with the mounting block (11); the bolt assembly further comprises a top block (2), a fixing insertion piece (4) and a bolt (3), the top block (2) is located on one side, away from the screw rod (12), of the mounting block (11), the top block (2) comprises a clamping plate (21) and a clamping rod (22), and the clamping plate (21) is connected with the mounting block (11) through the clamping rod (22); a limiting groove (110) is formed in the mounting block (11), the limiting groove (110) penetrates through the mounting block (11), and the penetrating direction of the limiting groove is parallel to the extending direction of the screw rod (12); the bolt (3) penetrates through the limiting groove (110); the fixing insertion piece (4) is clamped between the installation block (11) and the clamping plate (21), a clamping channel (40) is arranged on the fixing insertion piece (4), the clamping channel (40) penetrates through one side of the fixing insertion piece (4) to form an inlet and outlet (43) for a clamping rod (22) to pass through, and the fixing insertion piece (4) is sleeved outside the clamping rod (22) through the clamping channel (40) and abuts against the bolt (3) to prevent the bolt (3) from being separated from the installation block (11); the fixing insertion piece (4) abuts against the clamping plate (21) and the mounting block (11) to prevent the fixing insertion piece (4) from moving axially along the screw rod (12); an elastic sheet (41) is arranged in the clamping channel (40), and the elastic sheet (41) can be abutted against the clamping plate (21) so as to prevent the fixing insertion sheet (4) from being separated from the mounting block (11) through the inlet and outlet (43) along the radial direction of the screw rod (12);
drilling and installing a bolt (1): drilling a preformed hole (101) which is screwed with the screw rod (12) on a pre-installation object (100), screwing the screw rod (12) into the pre-installation object (100) from the preformed hole (101), and drilling an installation hole (102) which is matched with the bolt (3) on the pre-installation object (100);
mounting bolts (3): aligning the bolt (3) with the limiting groove (110) and pushing the bolt (3) towards the inside of the pre-installed object (100);
installing and fixing inserting sheet (4): the entrance and exit (43) are aligned to the clamping rod (22), the fixing insertion sheet (4) is parallel to the top surface of the installation block (11) and is pushed to the top of the installation block (11), so that the clamping rod (22) enters the clamping channel (40) through the entrance and exit (43), in the process, the clamping plate (21) presses the elastic sheet (41) to enable the elastic sheet (41) to be elastically deformed to allow the clamping rod (22) to enter the clamping channel (40), when the elastic sheet (41) is separated from the clamping plate (21), the elastic sheet (41) restores to the original state and presses the clamping plate (21), the fixing insertion sheet (4) is clamped between the installation block (11) and the clamping plate (21) and presses the plug pin (3), and therefore the installation of the bolt assembly is completed.
2. drilling and installing a bolt (1): drilling a reserved hole (101) which is screwed with the screw rod (12) on a pre-installation object (100); screwing the screw rod (12) into the prepared hole (101) from one side of the pre-installation object (100) until the screw rod (12) penetrates through the pre-installation object (100); drilling a mounting hole (102) which can be matched with the bolt (3) on a pre-mounting object (100);
installing a reinforcing nut (9): screwing the reinforcing nut (9) with the screw rod (12) through a bolt groove (91);
mounting bolts (3): aligning one set of the pins (3) with the limiting grooves (110) and pushing the pins (3) towards the inside of the pre-installation object (100), and aligning the other set of the pins (3) with the pin grooves (92) of the reinforcing nuts (9) and pushing the pins towards the inside of the pre-installation object (100);
installing one of the fixing insertion sheets (4): aligning an inlet and outlet (43) of one fixing insertion piece (4) with the clamping rod (22), pushing the fixing insertion piece (4) to the top of the mounting block (11) in parallel with the top surface of the mounting block (11), so that the clamping rod (22) enters the clamping channel (40) through the inlet and outlet (43), in the process, the clamping plate (21) presses the elastic sheet (41) to enable the elastic sheet (41) to be elastically deformed to allow the clamping rod (22) to enter the clamping channel (40), when the elastic sheet (41) is separated from the clamping plate (21), the elastic sheet (41) restores to the original state and presses the clamping plate (21), and the fixing insertion piece (4) is clamped between the mounting block (11) and the clamping plate (21) and presses the plug pin (3);
