Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to tire design and manufacture, in particular to a bidirectional agricultural machinery tire, and belongs to the field of rubber processing.
Background
The agricultural machinery tire is mainly divided into a driving tire and a steering tire. The driving wheel requires the tire pattern to provide enough driving force and traction force, and the steering wheel requires the tire to have small rotation resistance and large bearing capacity, and meanwhile, the side surface can bear enough deformation force. The two types of tires have different requirements on pattern forms and different design concepts, but the tires with the same specification are often used as a tractor driving wheel and a harvester steering wheel in the actual use process, and quality problems such as cracks, abnormal abrasion and the like occur in the use process of the tires due to the non-normative configuration of customers.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the tire products are increased to meet the market demand, the selection of customers is facilitated, the tire has universality during the assembly of the whole vehicle, and the bidirectional agricultural machine tire which can meet the driving and steering requirements simultaneously is provided, in particular to the bidirectional agricultural machine tire.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme that the bidirectional agricultural machinery tire comprises a herringbone pattern arranged on a tire tread, wherein the herringbone pattern has a herringbone pattern angle a of 23-30 degrees; the pattern foreleg on the herringbone pattern is 18-22 degrees; the pattern heel foot on the herringbone pattern is 22-30 degrees.
As a preferred scheme of the bidirectional agricultural machinery tire in the invention: the shoulder flower depth/crown flower depth of the herringbone pattern is =1.2-1.4, and the grounding logarithm of the herringbone pattern is more than or equal to 2.4 pairs.
As a preferred scheme of the bidirectional agricultural machinery tire in the invention: the reverse arc of the pattern groove bottom of the herringbone pattern is R10-R40.
The invention has the beneficial technical effects that: the agricultural machinery tire can be used in two directions according to different actual needs, and the quality problems of cracks, different abrasion and the like in the use process of the tire are solved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Furthermore, reference herein to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one implementation of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.
Referring to FIGS. 1-2, as a first embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a bi-directional use agricultural machine tire comprising a herringbone pattern 20 provided on a tread of the tire 10, the herringbone pattern 20 having a herringbone angle a of 23 to 30; the pattern front foot 21 on the herringbone pattern 20 is 18-22 degrees; the pattern heel 22 of the herringbone pattern 20 is 22-30 degrees.
Specifically, the herringbone flower angle a is designed to be 23-30 degrees, and the pattern blocks have excellent traction force, so that the traction performance of the tire when the tire is used for a driving wheel of a tractor is ensured; the pattern front foot 21 is 18 degrees to 22 degrees and the pattern rear foot 22 is 22 degrees to 30 degrees, so that the pattern has better supporting performance, and the supporting performance of the pattern rear foot 22 is better than that of the pattern front foot 21, when the tire is used for reversely assembling a steering wheel of a harvester, the creep deformation of a pattern part which is firstly contacted with the ground is reduced, the abrasion difference between the pattern part which is firstly contacted with the ground and other parts is reduced, and the pattern is uniformly abraded on the whole.
The shoulder flower depth/crown flower depth of the herringbone-shaped pattern 20 is =1.2-1.4, and the grounding logarithm of the pattern is more than or equal to 2.4 pairs. The support performance of the tire pattern can be ensured.
The inverted arc of the groove bottom of the herringbone pattern 20 is R10-R40. In particular, the tire has better puncture resistance and self-cleaning performance.
As shown in fig. 3, when the tire is used as a driving wheel of a two-wheel tractor, the tire is assembled in a forward direction, and a running direction is consistent with a pattern direction. When the vehicle runs, the front angle of the pattern is firstly contacted with the ground, and the inclination angle of the front angle is smaller than the rear angle, so that the contact area between the tire pattern and the ground can be increased, and sufficient traction and driving force can be provided. The arrow direction in the figure indicates the tire running direction.
As shown in figure 4, when the steering wheel of the harvester is used, the tire is assembled reversely, and the running direction is opposite to the pattern direction. When the automobile runs, the back angle of the pattern is firstly contacted with the ground, the inclination angle of the back angle is larger than the front angle, so that the tire pattern under high load can be prevented from being greatly deformed, the supporting performance of the tire pattern is improved, and the probability of abnormal abrasion and root crack of the tire is reduced. The arrow direction in the figure indicates the tire running direction.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
