Abstract
The invention discloses a snow tire, which comprises a tire body, a tire crown reinforcing part, two tire sidewalls and two tire beads, wherein the two tire beads are used for being in contact with a mounting rim; the tire crown part comprises a plurality of longitudinal pattern grooves which are arranged in a coherent manner, a plurality of transverse pattern grooves which are arranged in a non-coherent manner and are in a straight shape, and a plurality of middle grooves which are in a herringbone shape on the left and the right, and the longitudinal pattern grooves and the transverse pattern grooves divide the tire crown part into a plurality of side pattern blocks; the tread pattern structure provided by the invention can improve the integral rigidity of the tire pattern block, simultaneously keeps the traction performance of the tire on snow and ice, and can improve the rigidity of the pattern block, reduce the swing of the pattern block and reduce the abrasion of the tire during use by the alternate arrangement of the radial deep sipes and the radial shallow sipes and the arrangement of the pattern reinforcing ribs.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tires, in particular to a snow tire.
Background
The snow tire means a tire superior in braking performance and handling performance on snowy or icy road in winter compared to a general tire. The conventional snow tire is generally based on the shape of a block tread pattern, and the rigidity of the block is reduced by adopting a plurality of notches, so that the traction force of the tire on a snow or ice road surface is improved. The presence of these incisions is one of the most prominent features of snow tires that are clearly distinguished from traditional summer tires.
Although the incisions of the snow tire can effectively improve the traction force of the tire on the ice and snow, correspondingly, the rigidity of the pattern blocks is reduced due to the plurality of incisions, so that the sub blocks formed by the incisions in the running process of the vehicle swing more, and the tire is subjected to more abnormal wear.

the tire crown part comprises a plurality of longitudinal pattern grooves which are arranged in a coherent mode, a plurality of transverse pattern grooves which are arranged in a non-coherent mode and are in a straight shape, and a plurality of middle grooves which are in a herringbone shape on the left and the right, and the longitudinal pattern grooves and the transverse pattern grooves divide the tire crown part into a plurality of side pattern blocks;
the longitudinal pattern grooves and the middle grooves divide the tire crown into a plurality of middle pattern blocks, and pattern reinforcing ribs are arranged between the adjacent middle pattern blocks and between the adjacent side pattern blocks;
the side pattern blocks and the middle pattern blocks are provided with a plurality of narrow knife grooves on the surfaces, the narrow knife grooves comprise a plurality of radial shallow knife grooves and radial deep knife grooves, and the radial shallow knife grooves and the radial deep knife grooves are alternately arranged.
Preferably, the distance L3 between two adjacent radial shallow grooves or two adjacent radial deep grooves is 4-7 mm.
Preferably, the distance between each radial deep sipe and its adjacent two radial shallow sipes is equal or the distance between each radial shallow sipe and its adjacent two radial deep sipes is equal.
Preferably, the ratio of the length L1 of the rib to the length L2 of the lug groove disposed between the side blocks is in the range of 0.2 to 0.7.
Preferably, the ratio of the length L1 of the rib disposed between the middle blocks to the length of the middle groove ranges from 0.2 to 0.7.
Preferably, the ratio of the depth D1 of the rib in the tire radial direction to the depth D2 of the lug groove in the tire radial direction is in the range of 0.4 to 0.7.
Preferably, the depth D3 of the radial shallow sipes in the tire radial direction is 0.1mm to 2mm, and the ratio of the depth D4 of the radial deep sipes in the tire radial direction to the depth D2 of the lug grooves in the tire radial direction is in the range of 0.3 to 0.8.
Preferably, said crown portion is circumferentially surmounted in the direction of extension of the axial width of the crown reinforcement.
Preferably, two of said sidewalls extend radially outwards from the bead to the rib.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the tread pattern structure provided by the invention can improve the integral rigidity of the tire pattern block, simultaneously keeps the traction performance of the tire on snow and ice, and can improve the rigidity of the pattern block, reduce the swing of the pattern block and reduce the abrasion of the tire during use by the alternate arrangement of the radial deep sipes and the radial shallow sipes and the arrangement of the pattern reinforcing ribs.

the longitudinal pattern grooves 11 and the middle grooves 12 divide the tire crown part 1 into a plurality of middle pattern blocks 14, and the pattern reinforcing ribs 3 are arranged between the adjacent middle pattern blocks 14 and between the adjacent side pattern blocks;

The crown portion 1 is circumferentially overlaid in the direction of axial width extension of the crown reinforcement, the two sidewalls extending radially outwards from the beads to the ribs 3.
