The invention relates to an elastic light inflation-free tire which comprises an outer tire and an elastic light inner tire, and is characterized in that the elastic light inner tire is composed of an elastic polyurea material and an elastic light material; the elastic polyurea material wraps each elastic polyurethane material or other elastic light materials with strong recovery energy, the shape of the elastic light materials is honeycomb shape or other uniform three-dimensional shapes, the elastic light materials are used for replacing air, the elastic polyurea materials or rubber and other elastic materials are used as bag bodies to wrap the elastic light materials to form a state similar to an air bag, and the air bags are tightly connected to form the elastic light inner tube; the shape and size of the elastic light material are determined according to the size and bearing pressure of a tire, or the elastic light material is integrally molded and then uniformly sprayed with elastic materials such as elastic polyurea or rubber; and manufacturing the outer tire on the basis of the formed elastic light inner tire by utilizing the existing process according to the requirement.

The elastic lightweight non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein the elastic lightweight inner tube can be made by using an outer tube available on the market and according to the required shape of the inner tube of the outer tube, and is installed in the outer tube available on the market.
3. The elastic lightweight non-pneumatic tire according to claim 2, wherein the elastic lightweight inner tube can be divided into segments uniformly or into pieces axially and radially, which facilitates installation of the inner tube in a tire with limited space.
4. The elastic lightweight non-pneumatic tire as claimed in claim 1, wherein said elastic polyurea material can be replaced by rubber or other elastic material.
5. The elastic lightweight non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein said bladder made of elastic material such as polyurea or rubber may be not filled with said elastic lightweight material, and air is used instead of said elastic lightweight material.
6. The elastic lightweight non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein said bladder made of elastic material such as polyurea or rubber is used by filling said elastic lightweight material and said air bag made of said elastic lightweight material to form said elastic lightweight inner tube.
