Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of bamboo curtain manufacturing methods, and discloses a method for manufacturing a bamboo curtain by using phyllostachys pubescens, which comprises the following steps: selecting materials, bleaching, fumigating, drying, weaving and cloth pressing, wherein the cloth pressing procedure comprises the steps of coating glue on one side surface of the mesh-shaped cloth, adhering the mesh-shaped cloth to one side surface of the first curtain blank to form a second curtain blank, and pressing and fixing the first curtain blank and the mesh-shaped cloth in the second curtain blank by using pressing equipment. Compared with the prior art, the method for manufacturing the bamboo curtain by using the phyllostachys pubescens has the advantages that the cloth pressing working procedure is added, the first curtain blank and the mesh-shaped cloth are pressed and fixed, the mesh-shaped cloth is used for preventing mosquitoes, the mosquito prevention performance of the bamboo curtain can be greatly improved by utilizing the working procedure, and the use function and the use range of the bamboo curtain are expanded. In addition, through setting up netted cloth, can improve the bulk strength of bamboo curtain, still do benefit to the user simultaneously and tailor the size of bamboo curtain according to the user demand, can avoid tailorring the department and take place loosely.

step 4, drying, namely drying the bamboo strips by using drying equipment until the moisture content is 12-20%;
step 5, weaving, namely weaving the bamboo strips into a first curtain blank in a curtain shape by utilizing the weaving ropes;
and 6, pressing cloth, namely coating glue on the surface of one side of the mesh cloth, adhering the mesh cloth to the surface of one side of the first curtain blank to form a second curtain blank, and pressing and fixing the first curtain blank and the mesh cloth in the second curtain blank by using pressing equipment to form the non-edge-covered bamboo curtain.
Preferably, in step 6, the pressing device includes a first cylindrical pressing roller and a second cylindrical pressing roller, a gap for the second curtain blank to pass through is formed between the second pressing roller and the first pressing roller, the first pressing roller is a driving roller, and the second pressing roller is a driven roller.
Preferably, in step 6, a heater is arranged in the first roller and/or the second roller for implementing the thermal compression bonding of the second curtain blank.

3, fumigating, namely placing the bamboo strips on a fumigating furnace, introducing steam, continuously fumigating at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ for 1-2h, taking out the bamboo strips, and airing water on the surface;
step 4, drying, namely drying the bamboo strips by using drying equipment until the moisture content is 12-20%;
step 5, weaving, namely weaving the bamboo strips into a first curtain blank in a curtain shape by utilizing the weaving ropes;
and 6, pressing cloth, namely coating glue on the surface of one side of the mesh cloth, adhering the mesh cloth to the surface of one side of the first curtain blank to form a second curtain blank, and pressing and fixing the first curtain blank and the mesh cloth in the second curtain blank by using pressing equipment to form the non-edge-covered bamboo curtain.
In the specific implementation of step 1, the bamboo strips made of the first phyllostachys pubescens can be picked out. The toughness of the first layer bamboo strip is better, and the bamboo strip can be used for independently manufacturing high-grade bamboo curtains.

selecting materials, namely selecting phyllostachys pubescens as a raw material, sawing, pulling sheets and slitting according to requirements to prepare cylindrical bamboo strips, and polishing the cylindrical bamboo strips to be smooth;
step 2, bleaching, namely putting the bamboo strips into bleaching liquid, continuously boiling for 1-2h at the temperature of 90-100 ℃, taking out the bamboo strips, and washing the bamboo strips with clear water;
3, fumigating, namely placing the bamboo strips on a fumigating furnace, introducing steam, continuously fumigating at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ for 1-2h, taking out the bamboo strips, and airing water on the surface;
step 4, drying, namely drying the bamboo strips by using drying equipment until the moisture content is 12-20%;
step 5, weaving, namely weaving the bamboo strips into a first curtain blank in a curtain shape by utilizing the weaving ropes;
and 6, pressing cloth, namely coating glue on the surface of one side of the mesh cloth, adhering the mesh cloth to the surface of one side of the first curtain blank to form a second curtain blank, and pressing and fixing the first curtain blank and the mesh cloth in the second curtain blank by using pressing equipment to form the non-edge-covered bamboo curtain.

The method of manufacturing a bamboo curtain using phyllostachys pubescens as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing device in step 6 includes a first cylindrical pressing roller and a second cylindrical pressing roller, a gap for passing the second curtain blank is provided between the first pressing roller and the second pressing roller, the first pressing roller is a driving roller, and the second pressing roller is a driven roller.
3. The method of manufacturing a bamboo curtain using phyllostachys pubescens as claimed in claim 2, wherein in step 6, a heater is provided in the first roller and/or the second roller for performing thermocompression bonding of the second curtain blank.

The method for manufacturing bamboo curtains from phyllostachys pubescens as claimed in claim 2, wherein in step 6, the pressing operation of the two second curtain blanks is realized at one time by using a pressing device, the two second curtain blanks are aligned and stacked before the pressing operation, and the two mesh fabrics in the two second curtain blanks are attached to each other.
5. The method of making a bamboo curtain as claimed in claim 1, wherein step 5 further includes trimming the ends of the first curtain blank with a trimmer.
6. The method of manufacturing a bamboo curtain using phyllostachys pubescens as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step 6 further comprises a step of wrapping edges of the bamboo curtain not wrapped with the cloth to form a wrapped bamboo curtain.
7. The method of manufacturing a bamboo curtain using phyllostachys pubescens as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step 6 further comprises painting the edges of the bamboo curtain not covered with the paint with a paint to form a painted bamboo curtain.
