Claims (10)

1. A honing apparatus comprising a honing head, wherein the honing head comprises:
a mounting seat;
the honing shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat along the axial direction of the front and back direction;
the honing tool comprises a honing shaft sleeve, an adjusting shaft sleeve and a honing tool, wherein the honing shaft sleeve is arranged at the front end of the honing shaft sleeve and extends along the axial direction, a channel extending along the axial direction is formed in the adjusting shaft sleeve, and a mounting groove communicated with the channel is formed in the side wall of the adjusting shaft sleeve;
the movable guide bar is movably arranged in the mounting groove in the radial direction of the adjusting shaft sleeve; and the number of the first and second groups,
the mandrel is arranged in the channel and provided with an expansion section, the outer side wall of the expansion section gradually inclines towards the central axis of the channel from front to back, the mandrel can be arranged along the axial direction in a reciprocating manner, and when the mandrel moves from front to back, the outer side wall of the expansion section is in butt fit with the inner side wall of the movable guide strip so that the movable guide strip moves from inside to outside along the radial direction.
2. The honing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side surface of the movable bar is disposed to be inclined gradually toward the central axis of the passage from the front to the rear.
3. The honing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the honing head further comprises a resilient ring, the resilient ring being sleeved over the movable guide.
4. A honing installation as claimed in claim 3, wherein there are two of said resilient rings, two of said resilient rings being provided at each end of said movable guide.
5. The honing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are plural mounting grooves provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the adjusting sleeve, and plural movable guides provided in correspondence with the plural mounting grooves.
6. The honing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are provided a plurality of the movable bars, a plurality of the movable bars being provided in the axial direction, and a plurality of the expanding sections being provided so as to correspond to the plurality of the movable bars, respectively.
7. A honing installation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the adjustment sleeve is provided with an end cap, the end cap and the spindle being spaced to form a piston chamber;
the honing head further comprises:
the piston piece is arranged in the piston cavity, is connected with the mandrel and can be arranged in a reciprocating manner along the axial direction so as to enable the mandrel to move from front to back; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the elastic piece is arranged between the rear end of the channel and the mandrel and used for enabling the mandrel to move forwards from the back.
8. A honing apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the piston member is spaced from the end cap to define a compression chamber;
and a flow passage communicated with the compression chamber is formed in the end cover, an opening is formed on the end cover by the flow passage, and a joint is arranged at the opening.
9. A honing installation as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a fluid supply device having an output gun extending axially in the fore-and-aft direction and disposed opposite the adapter, the output gun being movably disposed in the fore-and-aft direction to communicate with the adapter.
10. A honing installation as claimed in claim 8, wherein an accumulator chamber is also formed in said end cap in communication with said flow passage, an accumulator being mounted in said accumulator chamber.
