s1, firstly, placing the equipment at a designated position through a supporting pad (2), then electrifying the equipment, placing the plate-shaped parts to be processed and polished in a placing rack (4) for arrangement, then placing one of the plate-shaped parts between a first rubber pad (34) and a second rubber pad (39), controlling a second cylinder (37) to work through a control panel (69), driving a pressing plate (38) and the second rubber pad (39) to move downwards, and clamping and fixing the plate-shaped parts to be processed and polished;
s2, controlling a third cylinder (8) to work through a control panel (69), driving a transverse plate (91) and a sliding sleeve (92) to move downwards, driving a polishing mechanism (9) to move downwards, and when the bottom of a polishing head (917) is in contact with the top of a plate-shaped part clamped and fixed by a fixing mechanism (3), controlling a second servo motor (915) to work through the control panel (69) to drive the polishing head (917) to rotate, so that the top of the plate-shaped part is polished;
