The spraying and cooling mechanism 4 can be fixedly arranged, correspondingly arranged on each group of welding devices in the scheme and moves along with the welding support 201, so that the spraying range of the spraying and cooling mechanism 4 only comprises the pipes 5 to be welded at the positions in the welding process and before and after the welding process. The spraying position moves along with the movement of the welding device, so that the consumption of cooling water is reduced, the humidity of a working place due to the spraying of a large amount of water is avoided, a relatively dry welding environment is kept, and the welding effect is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A welding system including a feed mechanism, comprising
A support rotating device (3) capable of supporting and rotating the pipe (5) to be welded in a circular shape;
welding set, for two sets of and symmetry setting in the both sides that support rotating device (3), every group welding set includes feed mechanism, feed mechanism is including mount (41), the seal wire mechanism that is used for supporting wire reel (42), seal wire mechanism includes wire guide pole (431), horizontal wire reel (432), vertical wire reel (433), seal wire drive (434) that the welding wire walked around, seal wire drive (434) include seal wire motor (4341) and be connected seal wire runner (4342) with seal wire motor (4341), the welding wire gets into in welding wire pipe (435) through seal wire runner (4342).
2. A welding system comprising a feeding mechanism according to claim 1, wherein each set of said welding devices further comprises a first support mechanism (11), a welding mechanism, a first drive mechanism; the welding mechanism comprises a welding support (201) which can extend into a pipe (5) to be welded, and the welding wire pipe (435) is fixed on the welding support (201);
the supply mechanism further comprises a welding machine for providing electric arcs for the welding mechanism, an air storage tank for providing protective gas and a corresponding air pipe, the welding machine is fixed at the end part, far away from the supporting and rotating device (3), of the first supporting mechanism (11), and the first driving mechanism drives the fixing frame (41), the wire guide mechanism, the air storage tank, the air pipe and the welding mechanism to move back and forth on the first supporting mechanism (11).
3. A welding system including a feed mechanism according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of welding gun assemblies (210) are provided in the welding support (201), each welding assembly comprising a plurality of welding gun units including the first electrode (2101) and the second electrode (2102) for welding, the number of feed units being the same as the number of welding gun units and being arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.
4. A welding system comprising a feeding mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the welding system further comprises a wire rope (503) adapted to pass through the pipe (5) to be welded for supporting the welding support (201).

A welding system including a feed mechanism according to claim 3, the welding assembly also comprises a pitching driving unit for driving the corresponding welding gun unit to pitch, the pitching driving unit comprises a pitching driving motor (2211), a pitching guide sliding block (2212), a driving rod (2213) and a four-bar module (2214), the pitching driving motor (2211) drives the pitching guide sliding block (2212) to slide back and forth along the direction of the welding support (201), one end of the driving rod (2213) is hinged to the pitching guide sliding block (2212), the other end of the driving rod is hinged to the head end of a first connecting rod (22141) in the four-connecting-rod module (2214), the middle and the tail end of the first connecting rod (22141) form the four-connecting-rod module (2214) with a second connecting rod (22142), a third connecting rod (22143) and a fourth connecting rod (22144), and a welding gun unit is fixed on the fourth connecting rod (22144) which is vertically arranged and far away from the pitching guide sliding block (2212).

A welding system including a feeding mechanism according to claim 5, characterized in that said first link (22141) is provided with an angle, the corners are the hinge points hinged on said welding support (201), said driving rod (2213) has a set arc, said second link (22142) is parallel to the fourth link (22144), said third link (22143) is parallel to the first link (22141), said fourth link (22144) is an L-shaped structure, the vertical portion (221442) forms a four-link module (2214), the transverse portion (221441) is fixedly provided with a welding gun unit.
7. A welding system comprising a feeding mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that said support and rotation means (3) comprise a support base (501), and further comprise, arranged on the support base (501):
the guide supporting mechanism is used for supporting a plurality of groups of roller groups of the pipe (5) to be welded;
the limiting mechanism comprises a wrapping unit and a chain assembly, the wrapping unit can wrap the outer surface of the upper part of the pipe (5) to be welded and can guide the pipe (5) to be welded, and two sides of the wrapping mechanism are correspondingly connected with lug plates (539) on two sides of the supporting seat (501) through the chain assembly respectively;
and the second driving mechanism can drive the pipe (5) to be welded to rotate annularly.
8. A welding system comprising a feeding mechanism, in accordance with claim 7, characterized in that said wrapping unit comprises a wrapping carriage, a plurality of guide wheels (533) mounted on the wrapping carriage, said guide wheels (533) being able to be positioned on both sides of the upper part of the outer surface of the pipe (5) to be welded, said groups of rollers being able to be positioned on both sides of the lower part of the outer surface of the pipe (5) to be welded.
9. A welding system including a feed mechanism as claimed in claim 7 wherein said chain assembly comprises a chain (536), a tensioner (537), said chain (536) being clampable through a portion of the tensioner (537), the other end of the tensioner (537) being secured to the ear plate (539).
10. A welding system comprising a feeding mechanism according to claim 2, wherein a spraying and cooling mechanism (4) is further arranged above the supporting base (501), and the spraying and cooling mechanism (4) is correspondingly arranged on each group of welding devices and can move along with the welding support (201).
