技术领域
本发明涉及涂布机技术领域,具体为一种正极挤压式双面喷涂快速干燥的涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,目前,在一些塑料薄膜的生产过程中,有的塑料薄膜需要进行双面涂料,而现有的涂布机无法进行双面涂料工作,导致往往需要一面涂抹完成后需后续进行另一面的涂抹工作,大大降低工作效率,同时不能进行干燥工作,导致收卷时,可能会因为染料未干,导致薄膜出现褶皱和粘连的情况,降低了薄膜的品质,为此,我们提出一种正极挤压式双面喷涂快速干燥的涂布机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种正极挤压式双面喷涂快速干燥的涂布机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种正极挤压式双面喷涂快速干燥的涂布机,包括设备主体和收卷装置,所述收卷装置固定设置在设备主体顶部右侧,所述设备主体顶部左端前后侧对称固定设置有支撑板,两组所述支撑板之间底部活动设置有底部涂料辊,且前侧支撑板前侧外壁底部固定设置有驱动电机,且驱动电机输出端贯穿前侧支撑板并与底部涂料辊前端连接,所述设备主体顶部左侧固定设置有涂布染料箱,所述涂布染料箱位于底部涂料辊正下方,前后侧所述支撑板之间靠上的位置设置有与底部涂料辊相配合的顶部涂料辊组件,所述涂布染料箱前侧外壁靠左侧的位置设置有微型泵,所述微型泵输入端通过管道与涂布染料箱相连通,所述微型泵输出端设置有输液管,且输液管与顶部涂料辊组件连接,所述设备主体顶部固定设置有干燥箱,所述干燥箱位于收卷装置和涂布染料箱之间,所述干燥箱顶部外壁从左至右依次设置有循环风机和风机,所述风机输入端设置有抽风管,所述干燥箱内腔顶部固定设置有加热壳体,且加热壳体内腔横向设置有电加热网,所述风机输出端通过管道贯穿干燥箱顶部并与加热壳体相连通,所述循环风机输入端设置有进风管,所述进风管另一端与干燥箱前侧外壁底部相连通,加热壳体底部均匀设置有喷嘴,所述循环风机输出端通过管道贯穿干燥箱顶部并与加热壳体相连通,所述干燥箱左侧开设有与底部涂料辊和顶部涂料辊组件配合的进料口,所述干燥箱右侧开设有与收卷装置配合的出料口。
进一步地,所述顶部涂料辊组件包括两组空心块,所述输液管远离微型泵的一端与前侧空心块的前侧外壁相连通,前侧所述空心块的后侧通过轴承活动设置有相连通的空心杆,后侧所述空心块的前侧通过轴承活动设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆和空心杆相对一端固定设置有与底部涂料辊配合的空心辊,且空心杆与空心辊相连通,所述空心辊外壁均匀开设有渗孔。
进一步地,前后侧所述支撑板上均开设有与空心块匹配的活动口,所述空心块左右侧均固定设置有滑块,且活动口内壁设置有与滑块匹配的滑槽,两组所述空心块顶部均通过弹簧与活动口顶部内壁固定连接。
进一步地,所述干燥箱底部固定设置有收集箱,且干燥箱底部均匀开设有与收集箱连通的渗液孔,且设备主体顶部开设有与收集箱匹配的凹槽,所述涂布染料箱右侧外壁底部设置有泵体,且泵体输入端通过管道与涂布染料箱连通,泵体输出端通过管道与收集箱连通。
进一步地,所述涂布染料箱内腔靠右侧的位置固定设置有相匹配的滤网板。
进一步地,所述干燥箱内壁设置有保温层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明设置有顶部涂料辊组件和底部涂料辊配合使用,当薄膜需要双面进行涂料时,通过启动微型泵,微型泵将涂布染料箱的染料注入前侧空心块,染料从而进入空心辊,在通过渗孔渗出进行涂料,同时底部涂料辊在通过驱动电机转动时,沾染涂布染料箱内的染料,对薄膜的另一面进行涂料,完成薄膜传动的过程中的双面喷涂工作,大大提高工作效率,同时设置有弹簧和空心块配合,使顶部涂料辊组件始终压紧薄膜,保证工作质量和涂抹质量;
2)本发明设置有干燥箱,通过风机将外界的空气注入加热壳体,通过内部电加热网转换为热量通过喷嘴喷出,保证烘干质量和均匀度,同时热量向下流动,对薄膜整体进行干燥,同时设置有循环风机可将位于底部的热量抽出继续注入加热壳体内进行循环使用,降低热量流失,同时设置有保温层,提高内部热量滞留时间,节省能源,同时,干燥时滴落的染料会通过渗液孔进入收集箱,后续,可通过泵体抽出至涂布染料箱进行循环使用,节省使用成本。

请参阅图1,设备主体1顶部左端前后侧对称固定设置有支撑板3,优先采用螺钉或螺栓的固定方式,两组支撑板3之间底部活动设置有底部涂料辊4,底部涂料辊4可采用转杆活动设置在支撑板3之间,当然活动连接的方式有多种,常用的就是活动通孔或轴承,在此,不做具体限定,且前侧支撑板3前侧外壁底部固定设置有驱动电机,优先采用螺钉或螺栓的固定方式,且驱动电机输出端贯穿前侧支撑板3并与底部涂料辊4前端连接,在实际情况中,底部涂料辊4采用转杆时,那么,驱动电机输出端与转杆的前端连接,通过驱动电机带动转杆从而使底部涂料辊4转动;
请参阅图1,设备主体1顶部左侧固定设置有涂布染料箱5,优先采用螺钉或螺栓的固定方式,涂布染料箱5用于储放涂布染料,从附图1可看出,底部涂料辊4外壁有部分位于储放涂布染料箱5内,在底部涂料辊4转动时,沾染涂布染料箱5内的染料从而进行涂料工作,涂布染料箱5位于底部涂料辊4正下方;
请参阅图1,前后侧支撑板3之间靠上的位置设置有与底部涂料辊4相配合的顶部涂料辊组件8,顶部涂料辊组件8用于与底部涂料辊4配合对布料的另一面进行喷涂工作,涂布染料箱5前侧外壁靠左侧的位置设置有微型泵6,微型泵6用于将涂布染料箱5内的染料注入顶部涂料辊组件8,微型泵6输入端通过管道与涂布染料箱5相连通,微型泵6输出端设置有输液管7,且输液管7与顶部涂料辊组件8连接,为了配合顶部涂料辊组件8的移动,输液管7优先采用伸缩软管;
请参阅图1,设备主体1顶部固定设置有干燥箱9,优先采用螺钉或螺栓的固定方式,干燥箱9位于收卷装置2和涂布染料箱5之间,干燥箱9顶部外壁从左至右依次设置有循环风机13和风机10,风机10输入端设置有抽风管,为了保证抽风质量,避免堵塞,抽风管内设置滤网,对进入的空气进行过滤,干燥箱9内腔顶部固定设置有加热壳体,且加热壳体内腔横向设置有电加热网11,用于对进入的空气进行加热,通过热量进行干燥工作,风机10输出端通过管道贯穿干燥箱9顶部并与加热壳体相连通,风机10将外界的空气抽至加热壳体内进行加热后使用,循环风机13输入端设置有进风管14,用于将干燥箱9内腔底部的热量抽出进行循环,避免热量快速流失,进风管14另一端与干燥箱9前侧外壁底部相连通,加热壳体底部均匀设置有喷嘴12,循环风机13输出端通过管道贯穿干燥箱9顶部并与加热壳体相连通,使循环的热量进行再加热后循环使用,避免热量流失,干燥箱9左侧开设有与底部涂料辊4和顶部涂料辊组件8配合的进料口,干燥箱9右侧开设有与收卷装置2配合的出料口,同时为了方便排出干燥箱9热量,在干燥箱9右侧外壁底部设置有相连通的排气管,且排气管上设置有控制阀。
如图2所示:顶部涂料辊组件8包括两组空心块81,输液管7远离微型泵6的一端与前侧空心块81的前侧外壁相连通,前侧空心块81的后侧通过轴承活动设置有相连通的空心杆85,为了提高密封性,可在轴承安装处设置轴承密封圈,后侧空心块81的前侧通过轴承活动设置有支撑杆86,支撑杆86和空心杆85相对一端固定设置有与底部涂料辊4配合的空心辊83,且空心杆85与空心辊83相连通,空心辊83外壁均匀开设有渗孔84,通过微型泵6将涂布染料箱5的染料注入前侧空心块81,染料通过空心杆85进入空心辊83,再逐渐从渗孔84向外渗出,从而对物料的另一面进行涂料;
如图1所示:前后侧支撑板3上均开设有与空心块81匹配的活动口,空心块81左右侧均固定设置有滑块,且活动口内壁设置有与滑块匹配的滑槽,滑槽和滑块的配合保证空心块81移动的稳定性,两组空心块81顶部均通过弹簧82与活动口顶部内壁固定连接,弹簧82能根据物料的厚度,保证空心辊83配合底部涂料辊4进行压紧;
如图1所示:干燥箱9底部固定设置有收集箱15,且干燥箱9底部均匀开设有与收集箱15连通的渗液孔,方便干燥时掉落的染料能通过渗液孔进入收集箱15,且设备主体1顶部开设有与收集箱15匹配的凹槽,涂布染料箱5右侧外壁底部设置有泵体,且泵体输入端通过管道与涂布染料箱5连通,泵体输出端通过管道与收集箱15连通,通过泵体可将收集箱15内的染料抽出至涂布染料箱5内进行使用;
如图1所示:涂布染料箱5内腔靠右侧的位置固定设置有相匹配的滤网板51,对干燥箱9内通过循环管进入涂布染料箱5内的染料进行过滤循环使用,降低使用成本;
如图1所示:干燥箱9内壁设置有保温层,保温层可采用保温棉层,提高干燥箱9内部保温能力,从而降低能源消耗。
