Claims (6)
1. A crusher with a screening function for building waste templates comprises a crusher body (1) and a discharge bin with the same, and is characterized in that a first screening mechanism and a second screening mechanism are arranged in the discharge bin at the bottom of the crusher body (1), the first screening mechanism comprises a driving rotary roller, a driven rotary roller, a first conveyor belt (3), magnetic particles (4), a driving mechanism and a scraper (12), the inner wall of the crusher body (1) is rotatably connected with the driving rotary roller and the driven rotary roller, the driving rotary roller and the driven rotary roller are in transmission connection through a first conveyor belt (3), one end of the driving rotary roller penetrates through the side wall of the crusher body (1) and is connected with an external driving mechanism, the first conveyor belt (3) is embedded with a plurality of uniformly distributed magnetic particles (4), the second screening mechanism is identical in structure with the first screening mechanism, and the second screening mechanism is in transmission connection through a second conveyor belt (10), and the third screening mechanism is arranged below the first screening mechanism, and an air treatment pipe (14) is fixedly communicated with the side wall of the discharging bin of the crusher body (1).

The building waste formwork crusher with the screening function according to claim 1, wherein the third screening mechanism comprises a fixed plate (6), a partition plate (5), a movable plate (24), fixed blocks (25), limiting plates (7), fixed rods (26), a vibration motor (28) and a spring (27), the fixed plate (6) is fixedly connected to the inner bottom surface of the discharging bin of the crusher body (1), the partition plate (5) is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixed plate (6), the symmetrically distributed limiting plates (7) are fixedly connected to the fixed plate (6) and the side wall of the discharging bin of the crusher body (1), the two fixed blocks (25) are symmetrically distributed in parallel and fixedly connected to the fixed plate (6) and the side wall of the discharging bin, the fixed rods (26) are fixedly connected between the adjacent fixed blocks (25), and the movable plate (24) is slidably connected to the fixed rods (26), and a plurality of through holes which are uniformly distributed are formed in the movable plate (24), two ends of the bottom surface of the movable plate (24) are fixedly connected with one end of a spring (27), the other end of the spring (27) is fixedly connected with the top surface of a fixed block (25) at the bottom, the spring (27) abuts against the surface of a fixed rod (26), and a vibration motor (28) is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the movable plate (24).

The building waste template crusher with the screening function according to claim 1, wherein a hollow limiting ring (20) is fixedly connected in the air processing pipe (14), two symmetrically distributed clamping grooves (23) are formed in the limiting ring (20), clamping blocks (22) are clamped in the clamping grooves (23), the clamping blocks (22) are fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the filter plate (19), and a handle (21) is fixedly connected to the center of the filter plate (19).

The building waste formwork crusher with the screening function is characterized in that a first through groove (15) and a second through groove (17) which are communicated with each other are formed in the side wall of a discharging bin of a crusher body (1), a plurality of uniformly distributed rubber blocks (16) are fixedly connected in the second through groove (17), a mounting plate (18) is connected in the first through groove (15) through bolt threads, a scraper (12) penetrating through the side wall of the discharging bin of the crusher body (1) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the mounting plate (18), and the scraper (12) is abutted to a first conveyor belt (3).
5. The crusher for the building waste templates with the screening function according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the discharging bin of the crusher body (1) is fixedly connected with a first material guide plate (2), a second material guide plate (13) and a material receiving plate (11).
6. The crusher for the building waste templates with the screening function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first material dripping plate (8) and a second material dripping plate (9) are fixedly connected to the inner bottom surface of the discharging bin of the crusher body (1).
