And (3) placing the expansion ring into a bag opening for tensioning, turning the bag opening cloth 5 inwards to wrap the expansion ring 9 (as shown in figure 4), sewing the outer wrapping cloth 8 into a cylindrical sleeve outside, and finally sewing the edge of the end part of the bag opening cloth 5 turned inwards, the edge of the end part of the folded bag body folded 1 after being compacted and sewn and the edge of the outer wrapping cloth 8 by using sewing threads 2.
The schematic partial cross-sectional view of the pleated dust filter bag with its mouth mounted on the card 10 is shown in fig. 5.
The hanging strip 12 is arranged on the bag body of the folded filter bag, the hanging strip 12 is sewn on the outer wrapping cloth 8, the hanging strip 12 is arranged in a flat shape with the bag body of the filter bag and is connected with the surrounding belt 13 on the bag body in a sewing mode, and the position of the surrounding belt 13 is fixed. The material of the bag is selected from the sling 12, the length of the sling 12 is consistent with the length of the bag body of the bag, the width of the sling 12 is set to be 20mm, and the bag body sling 12 is shown in figure 10.
Example 2
Firstly, compacting and tightly sewing folds 1 at the end part of a pleated bag body, and forming a single-layer filter cloth area 3 at the end part of the pleated bag body and a three-layer filter cloth area 4 at the end part of the pleated bag body by compacting and tightly sewing the folds 1 at the end part of the pleated bag body (as shown in figure 1).
The material of the filling material 6 is selected to manufacture the dust removal filter bag, the thickness of the filling material 6 is set to be two layers of filter cloth, and the size of the filling material 6 is determined according to the size of the single layer of filter cloth 3 at the end part of the folded bag body.
The material of the clamping strip 7 and the material of the bag opening cloth 5 are selected to be used for manufacturing the dust-removing filter bag, and the thickness of the clamping strip 7 is set to be three layers of filter cloth. The circumferences of the clamping strips 7 and the bag opening cloth 5 are determined according to the circumference of the filter cloth at the end part of the bag body after the folds are sewed. In order to simplify the manufacturing process, the clamping strips 7 and the bag opening cloth 5 are made of one piece of cloth and are made into an integral cloth. Firstly, the filling material 6 is sewed on the single-layer filter cloth 3 at the end part of the folded bag body at the inner side of the end part of the folded bag body. Next, a pocket cloth made of one piece of cloth and the clamp strip 7 are sewn on the inner side of the end part of the folded pocket body. And thirdly, after the end part of the folded bag body is formed into a cylinder, the expansion ring is placed into the bag opening to be tensioned. And finally, wrapping the bag opening cloth 5 with an expansion ring in a downward inward turning manner, and bonding the bag opening cloth in the downward inward turning manner and the bag body cloth together by using a wrinkled bag body end bonding glue 11 to form a bag opening.
The schematic partial cross-sectional view of the pleated dust filter bag with its mouth mounted on the card 10 is shown in fig. 6.
Example 3
Firstly, pressing and sewing the folded bag body end folds 1 into a folded bag body, and pressing the sewn folded bag body end folds 1 to form a folded bag body end single-layer filter cloth area 3 and a folded bag body end bag mouth cloth and filling material area 4 (as shown in figure 1).
The materials of the filling material 6 and the bag opening cloth 5 are selected to manufacture the dust-removing filter bag, the thickness of the filling material 6 is set to be two layers of filter cloth, and the filling material 6 and the bag opening cloth 5 are integrated according to the size of the single-layer filter cloth 3 at the end part of the folded bag body and the size of the expansion ring 9 (as shown in figure 2).
The material of the clamping strip 7 is selected to be used for manufacturing the dust-removing filter bag, and the thickness of the clamping strip 7 is set to be two layers of filter cloth. The circumference of the clamping strip 7 is determined according to the circumference of the filter cloth at the end part of the bag body after the folds are sewed.
The filling material 6 and the bag opening cloth 5 are made into an integral cloth which is sewed on the inner side of the end part of the folded bag body; sewing the clamping strip 7 on the inner side of the end part of the folded bag body; and then overlapping the folded bag body into a tube. After the expansion ring 9 is expanded into the inner side of the end part of the folded bag body of the formed tube, the bag opening cloth 5 is turned inwards to wrap the expansion ring 9. Finally, the end part of the bag opening cloth 5 turned inside out is sewed with the end part of the clamping strip 7 by the sewing thread 2.
The schematic partial cross-sectional view of the pleated dust filter bag with its mouth mounted on the card 10 is shown in fig. 7.
Example 4
And (3) manufacturing the bag opening of the flat bag dust removal filter bag, wherein the bag opening comprises bag opening cloth 5, an expansion ring 9, a clamping strip 7 and filter cloth at the end part of the bag body.
The material of the bag opening cloth 5 is selected to be used for manufacturing the dust removal filter bag, the length of the bag opening cloth 5 is determined by the circumference of the expansion ring 9, and in order to completely wrap the expansion ring 9 and sew the seal, the width of the bag opening cloth 5 is required to be more than 2 times of the width of the expansion ring 9.
The material of the clamping strip 7 is selected to manufacture the dust removal filter bag, the thickness of the clamping strip 7 is selected to be the thickness of two layers of filter cloth, the perimeter of the clamping strip 7 is determined by the perimeter of the expansion ring 9, the clamping strip 7 is arranged on the bag opening cloth, and the clamping strips after being arranged in the pattern plate are positioned above and below the pattern plate holes.
After the bag opening cloth 5 with the clamping strips 7 arranged on the outer side is completely wrapped by the expansion ring 9, the bag opening cloth and the expansion ring 9 are expanded into the end part of the flat bag body together, and then sewing threads are arranged on the edge of the upper side of the bag opening cloth 5 and the edge of the end part of the flat bag body for sewing to form a bag opening.
The schematic partial cross-sectional view of the pleated dust filter bag with its mouth mounted on the card 10 is shown in fig. 8.
Example 5
And (3) manufacturing the opening of the flat bag dust removal filter bag, wherein the opening comprises an expansion ring 9, a clamping strip 7 and filter cloth at the end part of the bag body.
The material of the clamping strip 7 is selected to manufacture the dust removal filter bag, the thickness of the clamping strip 7 is selected to be the thickness of two layers of filter cloth, the perimeter of the clamping strip 7 is determined according to the perimeter of the expansion ring 9, the clamping strip 7 is arranged on the end part of the filter cloth of the bag body, and the clamping strip is positioned above the card plate after being clamped into the card plate.
The end part of the flat bag body filter cloth after being formed into a cylinder is folded twice to wrap an expansion ring 9, and the upper side of the bag opening is provided with a sewing thread 2 for sealing to form the bag opening.
The schematic partial cross-sectional view of the pleated dust filter bag with its mouth mounted on the card 10 is shown in fig. 9.

Claims (10)

1. A dust removal filter bag comprises a bag opening, a bag body and a bag bottom, and is characterized in that the bag opening adopts one of the following forms:
A) the bag mouth cloth and the end part of the bag body filter cloth are jointly wrapped with an expansion ring to form a bag mouth;
B) the end part of the flat bag body filter cloth is wrapped with an expansion ring through at least two inward turning or outward turning, or
The bag body filter cloth is folded to be turned inwards or outwards to wrap the expansion ring to form a bag opening;
the bag body is a folded bag body or a flat bag body.
2. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 1, wherein: the bag mouth is provided with a clamping strip which is sewn on the end part of the bag body filter cloth or the bag mouth cloth or is adhered/tightly assembled on the expansion ring.
3. The dust bag according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the end parts of the folded bag body filter cloth are folded to form single-layer and three-layer filter cloth, and at least one layer of filling material is arranged on the single-layer filter cloth.
4. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 3, wherein: the bag opening cloth and the filling material are integrated.
5. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 3, wherein: the clamping strip and the bag opening cloth are integrated.
6. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 3, wherein: when the clamping strip is arranged on the outer side of the folded bag body, the outer wrapping cloth is added.
7. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 3, wherein: at least one hanging strip is connected with the single-layer filter cloth.
8. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 6, wherein: at least one sling is connected on the outer wrapping cloth.
9. The dust removing filter bag according to claim 2, wherein: the clamping strip and the bag opening cloth are integrated.
10. The dust collection filter bag according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the sealing mode of wrapping the expansion ring cloth adopts a sewing method and/or an adhesive bonding method.
