the planning module judges whether the current time reaches the exercise time period of the exercise item, and then the planning module plays a sound prompt through a sound prompt module M and displays the exercise item and the exercise time period through a display screen so as to prompt a user to start training at the moment;

the monitoring terminal can receive and store a fitness plan and body data made by workers, can play a role in reminding according to the fitness plan and the body data, and plays a role in motion supervision and time reminding;
