S5, installing a long heat-shrinkable sleeve: sleeving the long heat-shrinkable sleeve 4 on the balloon 2, enabling the two ends of the long heat-shrinkable sleeve to exceed the corresponding short heat-shrinkable sleeves 5, and heating the long heat-shrinkable sleeve 4 from the middle part of the balloon 2 to the end part until the two ends of the long heat-shrinkable sleeve 4 are completely attached to the silicone tube 1; (refer to FIG. 5)
S6, product quality inspection: and detecting the quality of the product, and sterilizing and packaging the qualified product. (refer to FIG. 6)
In the above embodiment, the balloon 2 is sleeved on the silicone tube 1, and the inner and outer glues 6 and 7 are fixed, and considering that the glue dispensing region is uneven, so that the connection transition between the silicone tube 1 and the balloon 2 is not smooth, therefore, two short heat-shrinkable sleeves 5 are sleeved on the glue dispensing region and are heated towards the end of the balloon 2, after the short heat-shrinkable sleeves 5 and the inner and outer glues 6 and 7 are heated, the short heat-shrinkable sleeves shrink, and the inner and outer glues 6 and 7 are extruded and deformed under the high temperature and the pressure of the short heat-shrinkable sleeves 5 to gradually form the bullet shape, so that the connection between the silicone tube 1 and the balloon 2 becomes smoother, finally, the long heat-shrinkable sleeves 4 are sleeved, the heating process of the short heat-shrinkable sleeves 5 is repeated, and the shape of the glue is further adjusted to meet the requirement of smooth connection degree.
The glue shape is fixed by adopting the mode, and the glue shape does not need to be processed and shaped, so that the assembly cost is low and the efficiency is high. In addition, the silicone tube 1 and the balloon 2 are fixed through glue, the long and short heat-shrinkable sleeves 4 and 5 can also play a role in fixing, and the reliability of connection of the silicone tube 1 and the balloon 2 is fully guaranteed through a triple fixing mode.
In step S1, the silicone tube 1, the balloon 2, the support rod 3, and the long and short heat-shrinkable sleeves 4 and 5 are dried and sterilized with alcohol before being assembled.
